Great food, the beef was particularly good with nice pasta, while others in my group enjoyed their salads and pate. Desserts were very tasty as well. We were seated in the more traditional part of the restaurant at the rear, it was nice and quiet while a procession passed.

Our American family of 5 had a great dinner here! The menu was awesome with a variety of options, good portion sizes that were filling without leftovers. We had the stroganoff, curried pork, squid ink orzo, and chicken couscous. Loved the vibe and music, wish I could eat here all the time!

Every bite of food we ate was delicious. The guy who hosted us was very nice and the place is beautiful with a really nice patio out back

Google
A traditional Spanish restaurant with a flash of Asian and Peruvian touch for variety. The atmosphere was delightful and ambiance inviting. The service is 5 stars —the waiters explained the menu items and described how they cooked the food. A delicious tomato and arugula salad. Food: my wife had the lubina fish served whole. It was cooked perfectly and with hint of Asian flavors. I had the lomo saltado which is beef served with a combination of tomatoes, corn, and French fries and presented next to bone marrow. The meat was tender and flavorful. Dessert was tarta de calabaza and coffee. White wine.

The chicken couscous was a standout—tender, flavorful chicken infused with bold Spanish spices, perfectly paired with fluffy couscous. For dessert, the warm sponge cake with cream and vanilla ice cream was pure comfort, melting in the mouth with every bite. A memorable meal from start to finish!

An experience I will remember the rest of my life. I am travelling alone, so the service I get from the staff is a massive part of my experience. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant I felt welcome and almost like part of the family. And the service didn’t end there! I relied completely on the recommendations of the waiter and was not disappointed. Super tasty dishes and the local Rioja wine? Mind-blowing! I am not a big tipper but this time I tipped even more than I should have 😅

What a special place and what a great service from Raoul! Raoul speaks English and knows everything about wines and good food. The restaurant is very nice, a good vibe inside and on the outside nice to have a drink before you go to eat. We have enjoyed our lunch so much! It was well choosen with the perfect wine aside. Thank you!!!

Great playlist. Wonderful food and wine. It’s laid back, but somehow feel like luxury. The waiter, Nacho(?), adds to the vibe … I’m here for two day and I’ll have to come back.

Yelp
While on vacation in Cordoba we had dinner here. We enjoyed the complimentary olives (nice touch) and our meals. We ordered the cod over the creamiest mashed potatoes of our lives and calamari over black ink orzo. Both equally delicious. I thought the calamari serving was skimpy (only 2 of them) but tasteful and cooked perfectly. We were "scared" to try the black ink orzo but wowsa was it scrumptious. Note though that the menu is fairly small. It's one page that they have printed on a clipboard in several languages. It's not the menu you see on line. My hubs also enjoyed a Spanish beer. We do recommend. It gets you away from the touristy areas.

Yelp
Excellent food quality and service. Best meal so far. Highly recommend. Felt relaxed and well taken care off. Owner is very friendly and courteous. You wont be disappointed. Better than all other restaurants near the river.

Yelp
First night in Córdoba and decided to check this place out. We were the first in the restaurant and were warmly welcomed by the owner. He provided us with great suggestions, including the Mogote Asado and Coulant for dessert. Everything was so delicious and plated beautifully. The restaurant itself is aesthetically pleasing and homey. We'd give six stars if we could - and wish we could go back before we leave!

Yelp
One of my most favorite meals in Spain! Beautiful restaurant, wonderful service and fantastic Asian Spanish fusion tapas. Fantastic wine list. I love love love this place!!!!

Yelp
A truly exceptional experience. Astonishingly refreshing service from a uniquely attentive owner paired with extraordinarily delicious food. The atmosphere is intimate yet vivacious. The wine is local, affordable, and smooth. Every detail considered - down to handmade olive oil, homemade desserts, and locally sourced produce. The owner took the time to explain the daily special with such care and thought to include explaining a historic and culturally precious style of fishing. There are other great restaurants in Cardoba, but La Boca must be listed alongside the best.

Yelp
Warm, funny and knowledgeable Luis speaks fantastic english which is a rare joy in this country. He knows his wine and sherries. The food is Spectacular!!! Amazing arugula salads; fresh vegetables. Best we had in a two week trip through Andalucia. We stayed nearby and ate here three times in a two day stay.

Yelp
One of the best meals we had in Spain. Had great takes on foods from other parts using a local touch in terms of style and ingredients.

Yelp
We went here for lunch while visiting Córdoba for the day. Great place just a little outside the main sightseeing area. Cute neighborhood, seems like more locals that tourists. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Full bar. Really creative and tasty dishes. Great service.

Yelp
We visited here on the recommendation of our Airbnb host, Luis. To get there, we wandered the streets and when we entered at 8:30, we were the only ones there (By 10:30, it was hopping!). The food was really amazing, the flavors were subtle and presentation very interesting. The server recommended the perfect bottle of wine to accompany the meal. The grilled goat cheese appetizer and mango & ham salad were excellent first courses. And everyone in our party of four excited their main dish and dessert. We highly recommend this place to you.

Yelp
The only drawback to this excellent restaurant was the obnoxious American asshole trying to impress a foreign woman at the table next to us. The food, on the other hand, was excellent. The cod fritters and grilled cheese and sun-dried tomato salad to start. Both were exceptional and served quick on the heels of our vermouth cocktails. My girlfriend had the salmon and avocado tartar, whereas I, the meat eater, opted for the duck confit roll. Both dishes were elegantly served and filling. Our waitress was delightful and polite. The prices were reasonable, and the seats on the street were excellent in the Cordoba evening air. Can't recommend more highly

Yelp
We went to another well respected restaurant and couldn't get in. We begged for a good suggestion from the waiter. La Boca. Arriving early (8:30) the place was empty and I thought questionable. We were starving and ordered cava and seared tuna. OMG This place is fantastic. We ordered one plate more that we could eat - just to taste it. We live in both New York City and Los Angeles. Food is what we do and La Boca can easily hang with our favorites in either city. The breeze was wafting through the older section of the restaurant- ask for it. Wine was ordered. Old old jazz was in the distant background. One of the best meals we've had on this trip.

Yelp
Fantastic restaurant! You get it all, a great "non-tourist" restaurant (yet, I think it's slowly being discovered), an AMAZING outdoor patio (the lush plants and branches overhang make a charming and romantic setting), exceptional service (with fluent English servers) and both English and Spanish menus (although they could upgrade their actual menu (ie paper it's made out of). The food was phenomenal and I loved the way they bring out one dish at a time, so the three of us could enjoy and share each dish one by one. We shared the baked brie with marmalade, battered cod chunks with almonds almonds and garlic (the fish melted in your mouth), Iberian pork cheek (yes, sounds kind of weird but this meat was delicious! It had a mild curry flavor and paired well with the rice) and pizza with cherry tomatoes (your average pizza, but still good). We were STUFFED afterwards! I would definately go back here again and recommend to anyone looking for an awesome meal in a great location. Expect your bill to be on the higher end, but was appropriate given the food, service and ambiance.

Yelp
The food was not the greatest nor innovative ,if you want to pay for good decor and not care about the food then this a place for you. We ordered the salmon tartare which was very basic. Me and my girlfriend have been traveling around Spain for some time now and have eaten this dish around the country which is one of our favorites and this place had the most expensive so far and the most bland. Spain is know for its food and this place disappoints.
