Amazing experience 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽 The entire bombona team made us feel right at home from the get go. Completed both open water 20 & advanced open water 30 with Joy as the instructor. Amazing guy who ensured we never felt out of place diving for the first time. Dives were extremely fun all thanks to the supremely positive and professional nature of Joy (man does live up to his name xD) The boat staff was super helpful and lively as well. Not a single moment we felt even slightly unsafe at all.

Bombona are the best diving company. We did the open water 20 course over 3.5 days. It’s great value for money - £220 per person. Our instructor John was amazing. He had such a great sense of humour and explained everything so well. Was always calm and helped with the nerves. At the end of each day he would have a drink with us at the bar next door going over the day and plans/tips for the next dive. This really added to the experience for us as made it really special. Would highly recommend Bombona and especially John. Thank you!

Joe was an excellent instructor—professional, patient and very clear in his explanations, which made the whole experience feel safe and enjoyable. Even though English isn’t our native language, we understood everything well and could complete all parts of the course without any issues. A few days later, we also did a fun dive, and everything was just as outstanding. We highly recommend it! 🥰

I am not a strong swimmer and have struggled in the past with snorkelling. I went on the course to see if it could help me. Well it did that and so much more. Firstly, I met some amazing people the instructors and staff were so welcoming and friendly, and my instructor Adri he was alright too. Adri was fantastic- very understanding and explained everything clearly and slowly. There are so many choices for diving on Koh Tao, but I definitely think I chose one of the best. If you are thinking of trying diving as a try dive, open water or more La Bombona is definitely the place to go

I first came here to do my open water, I found it difficult being comfortable in the water but the instructors here at LaBombona helped me massively over coming those fears. I came back to do my advanced 35 and later on my Nitrox and deep 40 course! Huge thank you to the guys at LBD I’m now scuba diving around the world and I LOVE IT!

The best diving school!! I did the open water 20 course with La Bombona and I loved it so much that I stayed an extra day on Koh Tao so that I could do the Explorer 30 course too! I had the most amazing week and it was made special because of our wonderful instructor Julian! He was positive the whole time, he made me feel like everything was ok even when I started to worry, he is a 1000/10 instructor!! I always had a fear of the ocean, especially when you can’t see below, but we did the night dive together and that was a huge accomplishment for me, I don’t think I could have done it without Julian. Thank you to the team at La Bombona for making me feel at home, all the staff here are amazing and I will miss them very much!

An amazing diving experience from the very beginning helping us feel confident in our skills and knowledge and gradually building our exposure to the water. Kyle was our dive master guiding and coaching us throughout the entire experience and he was a good laugh throughout while sharing his experience with us. From the classroom theory lessons to the pool skill testing and the open water dives I loved every minute and will definitely continue diving. Me and my partner booked the open water 20. Our instructor was Joy and from the start he was absolutely brilliant. The next few days were amazing with him. Very good instructor with a good sense of humour making the theory side enjoyable as well as the dives. We enjoyed it that much we ended up doing our explorer 30 with him. Very good dive school in general would 100% recommend. Thank you to all the staff and to Joy!
