La Boulange Saint Georges

the most delicious chocolatines and croissants (with a unique shape). great coffee in the cutest of plazas, the Sant George Place.

Don’t go in for a sandwich before noon. I went in at around 11:30 and was served a stale sandwich. The bread was falling apart. M against wasting food. So why not. But charging 7€ for a stale sandwich is a bit too much. The coffee was bland and the chocolatine was okay. Won’t go back for sure.

Small bakery with a selection of pre-made sandwiches, and croissants. Croissant was strange - felt like a different recipe that I usually encounter. Less butter perhaps? We picked up a mortadella sandwich for a ride and it was delicious. Coffee was good too

Came here because we saw the good reviews, highly recommend the pain au raisin but the coffee was very grainy!

Best raisin croissant I have ever eaten, to go with a great macchiato. A wonderful place to sit and watch people come and go on the square. The sparrows think so too (they are a little too friendly in their search for a buttery crumb). Merci Sant George!

The pastries were old and hard. The woman serving had a really bad cold and sneezed her nose with her bare hands. Afterwards touched the bake goods. I saw that after I just bought the pastries and was too polite to say anything but I wish I did. We were so disgusted afterwards.
