Rather odd to be eating French food in Casablanca, but this restaurant has nice decor and good ambience. Service is average, unless you are part of a tour group which requires fast service and seating together.
Foodwise, the salads are good with balsamic vinegar dressing. The grilled seabass is also good, without the flesh being dry and overcooked. However, the New York steak was disappointing since the waiter did not ask beforehand which level of doneness we wanted. Hence, the steak was served well done, making the meat tough and chewy. The chicken fricassee is more tender, but somewhat salty.
For the dessert, apple crumble is good, as typical of French dessert.
