I was celebrating my wife’s birthday so I decided to go here. We were absolutely happy with the experience; we ordered a salad that it wasn’t in the menu and it was delicious. Then we order lamb and entrecot, all these with a great bottle of French red wine. Everything was cooked to the perfection, very well presented by Hicham who was not only professional but always attentive to the little details. World class service. For sure we’re coming back.

Rather odd to be eating French food in Casablanca, but this restaurant has nice decor and good ambience. Service is average, unless you are part of a tour group which requires fast service and seating together. Foodwise, the salads are good with balsamic vinegar dressing. The grilled seabass is also good, without the flesh being dry and overcooked. However, the New York steak was disappointing since the waiter did not ask beforehand which level of doneness we wanted. Hence, the steak was served well done, making the meat tough and chewy. The chicken fricassee is more tender, but somewhat salty. For the dessert, apple crumble is good, as typical of French dessert.

Environment and food were nice. Nearly forgot I was in Morocco. The decorations and the atmosphere were nice as well though the little lamp kept running out of battery (really dim inside and rely on lighting from that lamp heavily) but seems no one notice at all. The service was really not up to standard and disappointing here. Not sure if they get used to treat non French speaking asian like this. Most waiters were not keen to serve us nor show any welcoming attitude. People in Morocco normally very welcoming and nice, it's the first time we face this situation in Morocco, not to mention that this suppose to be a decent restaurant with good service.

Nice food and nice ambience, but the service is not really up to standard. I'm not sure if it's because we are asian, most waiters are not keen to serve us or show any welcoming attitude (except the bald waiter with glasses). We observed that other non asian customers received much better service, we are quite disappointed as it's the first time we face similar situation in Morocco, not to mention that this suppose to be a decent restaurant with good service.

Lobster ravioli was delicious, as was the escargo. Steak was severely undercooked for medium rare, probably went on the grill still a bit frozen. But it was well seasoned and sauces were delicious as were sides.

An excellent high-end dining experience in central Casablanca. I had Dakhla oysters for an appetizer and then a fillet de bœuf, medium rare as a main course. Both were outstanding and fresh. The steak was a perfect medium-rare. It was also a pleasant surprise to be able to find not only alcohol here (which is pretty rare in Casablanca), but the local Casablanca beer. Service was kind, attentive, and professional.

La Bavaroise is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, and it only got better from there. The standout dish of the night was undoubtedly the T-bone steak, which was cooked to perfection and packed with flavor. But the culinary delights didn't stop there - we were also treated to an amazing chocolate brownie for dessert. It was easily one of the best I've ever had and the perfect way to cap off a wonderful meal. But it wasn't just the food that made the experience so memorable. The carpaccio was also a highlight, with the starter being beautifully presented and full of flavor. And the chef de service, Patricio, was an absolute gem throughout the evening, with his friendly and attentive service making us feel right at home. Overall, I can't recommend La Bavaroise highly enough. From the exceptional food to the incredible service, it's clear that this restaurant is truly passionate about delivering an unforgettable dining experience. Whether you're in the area for business or pleasure, make sure to add La Bavaroise to your list of must-visit restaurants

Very good atmosphere and ambiance. Excellent service. We tried rib eye which could've been better. Then apple pie with ice-cream was good. 290MAD for two. Overall fantastic experience.
