Friendly service, relaxed vibe and fantastic beach. And very cold beer. The shrimp in my cocktel was a bit overdone and I wanted some stronger flavors in it, but I'll be back for sure.

Loved this place, the atmosphere was great. They brought out chips and dips before we even ordered. Was a little sad cuz I tried to get fried squid in its own ink but they brought me fried squid. Wasn't till I finished that I saw a picture on the wall the proved my suspicion that my squid was not very inky at all.

We enjoyed our meal! The food was fresh and the service as great. The restaurant was also really clean and welcoming. We had the taquitos, chips and salsa, fried ice cream and baked Alaska. All delicious.

This was the best place I found in Acapulco! The prices were decent considering what you are getting in return--good, clean food that isn't going to get you sick afterward. (Believe me, a lot of questionable places out there.) Family friendly environment. Also, this restaurant is right on the beach, so you can choose a table right on the sand under some umbrellas and eat while the kids are in the water. The owner prides himself on the great reputation of his restaurant and goes out of his way to keep it that way. I will definitely be back.

The staff was always there when we needed them without being intrusive. We started with delicious mojitos, my favorite kind, generous with the rum! I had the fish and shrimp served with vegetables and rice. My wife the seafood crepes, all equally delicious!

Great place to eat and relax at just a few feet from the sea. I travel to Acapulco at least two times a year and always end up at the cabaña. Never got sick with their food. This restaurant and this area is the real original acapulco

A historic restaurant based on a calm Acapulco beach of Caleta. The water so warm. You can eat well, relax in the water and just enjoy a fine moment. Kids love it. The Paella deserves a special mention, and so does their Arroz con Camarón (Rice with Jumbo Prawns).

Great drinks. Good prices. Nice views of the bay. Plastic chairs but very good service and nice ambience.

Yelp
We came here after a tour of the city. Omg, the food was so good. We were staying at a resort, so food is always not authentic inside. So we like to venture out because the food of course is authentic, and a lot cheaper... and definitely better. And this fmreataurant did not disappoint. My husband got the chicken kebab and I hot fried fish... that you can tell was so fresh. I'm definitely gonna come back!

Yelp
This is the place for a true beachside Acapulco experience. Felix was our waiter & was exceptional. The menu is very traditional, so don't expect a lot of variety. Prices are standard. Very busy on the beach on weekends as people from Mexico City vacation here on weekends. Wouldn't you if you only lived a 3 hour drive from here? Don't miss this!!!

Yelp
Every year when in Acapulco, we come weekly to the wonderful Caleta beach. La Cabana sets up umbrellas for our party for a perfect day of swimming, shopping, and eating. Everything on the menu is great and the margaritas aren't too shabby. My favorite little hideaway in Acapulco

Yelp
Not sure how this place has so many good stars it was honestly pretty dirty the service was good but there's nothing special about it I didn't even want to try the food because it just looked like I was going to get food poisoning overall with a pretty decent view

Yelp
Best option in Caleta. They have umbrellas on the beach for free when you order here. The food is alright. Other restaurants nearby have better food, but they made me sick. Service is hit or miss. I've been served by two great waiters, and two terrible waiters. I'm surprised that the restaurant has only one review, considering it has been open for 30 years. The biggest problem is the constant begging of vendors. Every couple minutes or less someone will insist that you look at their stuff, until you do which will then get them to insist that you buy something from them. Even if you're sitting in the restaurant, they will come and pester you. If it weren't for the fact that I already rented a place for a month, I would have never come back. I've eaten the calamari, pancakes, olives, chilaquiles, mussels in wine, and seafood enchiladas. The chilaquiles were the best. And the salsa is pretty good! Not killer spicy. The offer bread, crackers, salsa, pico de gallo, and tortillas, with every meal. If you ask for it. And they always bring limes with water. They have coconut water!

Yelp
This is right on the beach, and has tables with umbrellas on the sand, as well as a substantial regular restaurant area, open air onto the beach. Food is great, always clean and inviting. People speak English. You can drink the water here. I've been eating here for more than 20 years, and it's always wonderful. Don't hesitate. Breakfast is great too! It's mostly seafood and fish, but there's a few plates for us who don't do fish. The location shown on the map is incorrect. Just ask any taxi driver, it's a well known destination.
