We had an incredible stay at this place when visiting this October. Upon arriving by train to aguas value yes, this hotel had a staff member waiting for us with a sign to WALK us to the hotel and carry our bags! It wasn’t even driving distance and yet they went the extra mile to make our stay so comfortable. Upon checking in with Miguel (who was awesome), we were escorted to our rooms with luggage service. The room was SO cute, SO on theme for our Peru trip and super modern and clean. This was the cleanest hotel we stayed at on our trip. The shower water pressure was awesome which I love! Later that night we were hungry and didn’t know where to eat so they recommended a great authentic Peruvian place and again had someone walk us there! Amazing customer service that I’ve never experienced, not even at five star hotels. In the morning our breakfast was amazing and we were on our way to Machu Picchu. They held our bags so we didn’t have to bring them and even walked them to the train station so we could explore sans bags before our train back to Cusco. Absolutely recommend and will be back if I get lucky enough to visit peru again!

The staff were amazing and so helpful. ||The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we've ever eaten! ||The rooms were comfortable and nice. ||Location is also good and central. ||The only minus about the hotel is that most windows and balconies are facing the inner yard, i'e no fresh air coming in, this however also mean super quiet roos! This seem to be the case in many hotels because the Machu Picchu streets are so small. ||If you get a room with a window facing the street, the room will be quite noisy.||Would stay here again!

The hotel has a warm and nice reception. We were given two practical and well lighting room on the top floor. We arrived after reached Machu Picchu through a long Inca trail. We were very tired, so we joined the jacuzzis. The baths in the rooms were delightful and the beds very comfortable. The neighborhood was quite so we had best rest of our trip. Breakfast was pretty good with fruits, breads, eggs and american coffee, no espresso. Highly recommend.

I originally booked elsewhere, but they were sold out when i arrived and my reservation had been transferred here. I was given the most amazing room, where the bathroom was almost bigger then the room itself. I had an amazing view out my window of the area and a mountain. I loved this room so very much!! it is in the back at the top of the stairs. Even if you don't get that room, you can experience the view in the outdoor hallway / balcony at the top of the stairs - outside this room. Breathtaking!!!

Stopped here for the night when visiting Machu Picchu. Nice easy check in despite arriving late, staff were friendly. Room were large and clean, beds were very comfortable that allowed us to rest considering the longs days prior to our visit. Breakfast was good. Good location, very close to places to eat and drink, would stay here again.

Great hotel in Aguas Calientes that exceeded our expectations in every way! We stayed here during our visit to Machu Picchu. Rooms were clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was super helpful and prompt. They went above and beyond in helping us out with some of our special requests. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

We stayed here as part of the Inca Trail tour we booked with Action Peru Treks. Very good location, lovely staff, decent breakfast and comfortable room. Only slight downside is that the walls are quite thin and so we were woken a few times by those returning late to the hotel which was not ideal given that we had just finished a long hike and had an early start the following day to visit MP. Nonetheless, for one night only, very good.

We stayed one night at the hotel for visiting Machu Pichu. The service is outstanding, the staff super friendly. Room was nice with a jacuzzi which was welcome after walking the Incatrail. Very good bed and curtains that made the room dark. Nice breakfast in the morning.
