La Cabaña Tea House

Very nice tea house, clean, very good pumpkin soup and tea. Super service. Very slow (as usual Argentina) but it is worth to wait.

The “focaccia” was delicious and they have a great selection of cakes. Happy I went there before the hike to the Glacier Martial.

The dessert we ordered was good! The view is incredible, especially with snow!!! One bad thing about it is that they do not have wifi. When we went it was crowded so one of us had to give them our identity card while we waited. We waited around 15-20min to enter.

This is an unmissable place on your trip to Ushauia! What a gorgeous and super cute Tea house! The staff were friendly, the choices of tea was fantastic and the cakes all looked delicious. It gets busy so I would recommend getting there at a quieter time. Such an adorable place, would highly recommend! Was easy to reach via Uber and then there are plenty taxi’s outside to take you back to town.

Convenient to the start of the trail up to Martial Glacier (and don’t miss the woodland trails just beneath it) and the taxi stand, this is a friendly place to fuel up before a hike or decompress after one. They speak some English and accept credit cards. Good food and if you are interested in birds, keep an eye on the feeder through the window—you might spot a new species right here!

What a great surprise to have that beautiful spot right at the bottom of the glacial hike. Soup was fresh and delicious, we had tea and for dessert I might have had the best cheesecake I ever tried in my life. Delightful.

Nice place to stop after a long or short trip from the Glaciar Martial. The place its amazing, the cakes were ok, not amazing like the place itself.

Lovely little tearoom. Young lady had enough of a grasp of English so we didn't use G translate! Bit pricey and happy to recommend to travellers. BTW the carrot cake was yummy!

he place is trying to create what Argentinians think is a British tea house (pink walls, full of little decorations items) inside a Swiss Chalet! There is also a shop selling decoration items. The food and drinks are delicious and the service was attentive. Of course, the prices are inflated, this is a place for tourists. Was very relaxing after the hike in Glaciar Martial

Great location and beautifully decorated like a grandma house. Desserts look better than they taste, but still a great option after a long hike.
