One of my favorite go-to's for meeting up with friends, or even going by myself and study in a nice atmosphere. It's not really a coffee place as the name implies (although they do have a selection of coffee and tea), but everything I have ordered with regard to food is made-fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. My favorites have to be the enchiladas and chilaquiles, but I have also ordered croque monseuir, waffles, several cakes, this special frozen drink (I forgot what it's called), and salads. I have yet to be disappointed!
The atmosphere is comfortable with a simple rustic victorian feel and always fresh carnations at the tables. The patio is surrounded by greenery and lit with candles in the evening. Upstairs there's a small clothes/ accessories boutique that's over my price range, but it's still fun to go up and look around at the novelties.
Expect it to be crowded weekend mornings.
