This restaurant is now one of my favorites. The day of my first visit I ordered a Bacon hamburger (comes with french fries), strawberry/blueberry agua fresca, cardamon coffee, chocolate & banana slice of pie and chocolate cookie w/nuts... All extremely flavorful and delicious! My waiter Alex was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable on all the menu items and very good looking. This eatery is a definite if you are ever in Colonia Americana, Guadalajara, Jalisco! 👍👍

Jesus what a breakfast! If you are visiting town and want a strong meal to keep you going for the entire day then look no further. The space is cute and plenty of outdoors, and I can tell they get very busy very fast, so better if you make reservations (if they do offer them). My dish was delicious and quite heavy, so be ready to get full. Also, more pricey than average Mexican prices, but understandably so. Pics taken with Pixel 4 XL

Speedy, cordial, friendly, and good experience overall. The food was a 7/10. A bit dry on the chilaquiles and bland coffee.

We, along with many, many locals, thought it was a great idea to enjoy Sunday morning breakfast here. We were all right—it was so worth the wait! The food and drink choices were unique, interesting, and very tasty. A STANDOUT was the chilaquilea ‘La Cafeteria’... wow. Run, don’t walk.

The restaurant is located on the beautiful boulevard. The outside seating has some awesome views of the streets around. And well.... the food is amazing. The chilaquiles rancheros are so delicious, I added 1 scrambled egg and gave it the perfect touch. The coffee and birote are also delightful

One of my favorite go-to's for meeting up with friends, or even going by myself and study in a nice atmosphere. It's not really a coffee place as the name implies (although they do have a selection of coffee and tea), but everything I have ordered with regard to food is made-fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. My favorites have to be the enchiladas and chilaquiles, but I have also ordered croque monseuir, waffles, several cakes, this special frozen drink (I forgot what it's called), and salads. I have yet to be disappointed! The atmosphere is comfortable with a simple rustic victorian feel and always fresh carnations at the tables. The patio is surrounded by greenery and lit with candles in the evening. Upstairs there's a small clothes/ accessories boutique that's over my price range, but it's still fun to go up and look around at the novelties. Expect it to be crowded weekend mornings.
