La Caña

I truly recommend La Caña for their menu del dia that they have during weekdays till 16h. It includes entry, main dish, dessert and beverage (also wine or beer) for 12.50€. The food was very good, great portions for very affordable price. We also added few portions from the regular menu. We ended with a bill of 95€ for 5 people and we were really happy with our experience in this place!

I had lunch there and everything was perfect: tasty food, good service and nice environment (maybe the music was a bit too loud, but still bearable). The price was also reasonable. This is a place I would definitely recommend.

What a little gem, white linen and polished glasses in a sea of mediocre burger joints. Friendly staff with nice food. The Black Rice is of particularly note, packed with flavour and unusual enough to make it a bit of an event in itself. We dinned early so not many others to create a buzz, but that was our choice and not a reflection on the venue. I can imagine it get packed with food like this.

The best service I ever had in a restaurant, even better than Michelin quality! The staff is so attentive, they immediately take away finished dishes, brought us in seconds a new fork when we dropped one down.. Except this, the decor is fancy, the dishes are creative, tasty and big portions, and with very good prices! Highly , highly recommended!

The food was good, the service a bit slow and dry but it was lunch time so maybe that’s why. We got one set menus and regular food. The cod, salad and croquettes were my favourite. The solomillo was okay but it was on the small side. The cheese cake was really good. Perfect for two ppl.

Friendly but overly priced. Make sure to look at the prices. Family of 5 end up costing us 165. Make sure to ask for prices. Food were ok, stay away from the pizza. Calamari was great.

Delicious food. Lovely presentation and atmosphere. Service was a little slow due to a busy Saturday night, but servers are much more polite and friendly than on previous occasions.

Decent Mediterranean food restaurant. Quick friendly service. A few veggie dishes to choose from as well. Good quality and price!

Everything about La Caña was excellent. The food / service were great. The prices were really good. We ordered 5 main dishes, 2 cocktails, a bottle of wine, 2 appetizers and 2 desserts for less than 100 Euros. I would definitely go back the next time I'm visiting Madrid.

Food was amazing. Service was "aight." They watched us like hawks and circled our table. It was very uncomfortable. We had a party of seven and they rushed us.

Once again, the Grupo Andilana makes a sure bet with La Caña. All of the pluses for their other restaurants for equally applicable here - the food was international and well-portioned, the service was mostly punctual, and the decor left nothing lacking. The prices are odd in that they end in uneven (and seemingly random) numbers, but I'm sure it has something to do with the tax being included, etc. They are more than affordable, which makes La Caña and any other restaurant in this group worth a date night, a casual girls' dinner, or a menu del día to share with coworkers.
