A lovely, small restaurant, tucked away down a narrow alley. Came here on a Sunday evening for dinner; reservations are essential if you want a table seat. The menu is eclectic, as is the crockery, table settings and chairs. Fabulous food; Spanish cooking with Asian influences. Friendly, efficient service and a great atmosphere.

Very nice ceviche and smoked aubergine. I am not fun of recommended octopus. It was indeed soft but some bites were tough on edges. But dish itself is not well composed for me - it is a bit of potatoes which are just good and a lot of mayonnaise around. It lacks something light fresh to elevate the taste. We left half of the dish (mayo) untouched

Very nice place, great job friendly fast service. I bit out of the way but a good find. Bring the wallet it's a bit pricy but worth it. Very good portion sizes. Another good "impress a date" type of place. I was there with 3 6 enjoyed the plac.

It is a great gastro bar in Cádiz. The food is very creative whith fresh ingredients ( nothing of that central prep food) and the staff is very friendly and professional. Definitely needs booking!

The Asian influenced food here was excellent. The Restaurant is not overly big (so book) otherwise they have tables in Plaza Candelaria which is where we ate. The 2nd lot of photos are from when we ate inside the Restaurant after booking!

Yummy!! We spent a few hours enjoying the beach and then wandered here hoping for lunch around 2 on a Sunday. Only the bar was available, but we were happy to get service. Staff was very friendly, we ordered the ceviche (yum! Enjoyed the textures and delicious, fresh and delicate flavors) and a plate of vegetables (wow!!!!, large serving size and inexpensive and wonderful variety and roasted so perfectly—accented with a side of fresh pesto and something that might have been roasted and crushed corn - both accents added additional flavor and texture and weren’t on the vegetables so you could take it or leave it as you wished—we’ve been really missing having enough vegetables on our holiday and this really hit the spot!!!) and a pork belly dish—also good! beer and a mango juice and bread. Very enjoyable dining experience, each dish was well timed after we’d finished the previous, restaurant was not loud, cute casual beach vibe matched our cheerful feeling about lovely Cádiz, clean, natural light. I’d recommend and probably come regularly if I was a local.

Fantastic restaurant with eclectic dishes. Almost everything we ordered was delicious, above all the smoked eggplant starter and the Iberian pork cheeks with goat cheese and quince. The only dish we weren't excited about was the "tocino del cielo" for dessert. La Candela is a small and popular place, so better make a reservation several days in advance. They have a few tables outside on beautiful Plaza Candelaria, about 100m away from the restaurant's entrance. Although the waiter had to run back and forth all the time, the service was very good.

It’s an amazing bar that has an exotic dishes. Kind of mixed Japanese and Tai food. Meanwhile the presentation was good if you like to take a good picture. They are super busy that had better to make a reservation in advance. Highly recommend.
