Incredible selection of meat! Everything is amazing - Ranchera Preparada is always a hit. The Pollo Marinada is fire. Don’t leave without grabbing a few lbs of the short ribs (Costilla Preparada) - absolutely amazing.

I need help guesstimating the amount of food I needed for a party and they were so helpful. I keep coming back because the food is that good. The cuts are perfect and worth the price! Perfect for any party, family gathering, or just for you at home.

Bought meat I choose it from the display case and they go to the back to pick it? Weird but I thought whatever the times I’ve bought meat here it’s good. I get home the meat is dark like it’s old. Terrible. If you buy meat here make sure they pack it in front of you

This place is awesome. Their beef is of the highest quality. Amongst their wide range of offerings, their A5 Japanese wagyu is to die for. Their Australian wagyu picana is a delight to put on a charcoal grill. Their sites are clean, well organized, and their service is second to none. It is always a pleasure to walk in there before guaranteed good service and excellent quality.

Be careful with your meat here! My mom went to buy chorrizo and the next day when she was cooking it she found a NAIL!!!!! It was lodged inside and luckily when she cut it she she saw something shiny. Luckily she found it in the moment or else it could have been worse!!!! She went back to let them know and they said they couldn't do anything about it and offered her another piece of chorrizo(which she declined). They then offered her a piece of meat instead of a refund. Scary to think that my mom or dad almost ate that. They didn't even throw away the one they had there just incase it had more. They aren't careful with their meats!!!! Be careful!!

I've had this cut of tasajo from a family party and requested the location because it was the best beef I've ever had in my life so I'm here for seconds. Amazing product! The place is almost always full but they service everyone quickly I was in and out

Usually love this place. Delicious high quality meat. Sent my teen to pick up some carne asada for the dodger game tonight. He bought tortillas there too. Totally dried out, look at the bag and they expired 10/14. Bro, shame on you for having them out there 10 days after the expiration date. $80 worth of meat. Now I have to let it sit and get cold while I go buy tortillas at the store? Or eat these dry ones?? Foul.

Went here two weeks ago and the short ribs were nothing but fucking fat. It's ridiculous how they can sell this to customers. The quality in this meat market isn't here any more. They've lost care

If you want quality and best flavor this is the place to go. We have bought tasajo, ranchera, shrimp, milanesa chicken, chuletas ahumadas, and many more. Everything is delicious. Seasoned or not you will love it. Salsas are good too. All employees are nice and ready to get you whatever you order. What I think is something good is the place always clean. Please keep it always that way. You can order over the phone for pick up.

There are many of meat options available, and I personally enjoy their frijoles de puerco. I always order marinated meats; highly recommended! I'm going disclose that you are spending a lot more here than at your local carniceras, but the quality of meat makes up for it. Everyone is really helpful and patient! Call ahead of time to avoid having to wait in a large line.

This is an amazing meat market. I really appreciate the cleanliness, customer service and the attention to detail. The ladies and butchers behind the counter greet you as you walk in. The butchers are always very polite and friendly. La Carniceria in Bellflower is a bit pricey but it's very well worth it. I don't mind traveling a bit further and paying a premium for the quality of meat and customer service. This is why I always come here.

They have very excellent products. I mostly get their tasajo, marinated of course. Their chorizo is pretty good. Both kinds. Marinated chicken is pretty good. Green salsa is bomb. Red is too hot. They tried to give me some once but I was like, nah, I'm cool. Guacamole is good, the tortillas they carry are good too. What I especially like is that most of them are really cool and the place is clean.

You know it's a good spot when there's a line to place an order. Got some marinated ranchera and bone in ribs. Restaurant quality!! They thru in some free salsa at the end. Will be coming back!!!

Fast, friendly, efficient, good quality, good flavor. Long line on a weekend, but that's expected. Stick to the ranchera preparada and tasajo which are well marinated every time, and we've come here to feed so many family parties! Reliable spot

Clean friendly staff. The meat is top rate. Have gotten steaks and the prepared asada chicken and carne which is fantastic. It's a little pricey but you can tell the meat is quality and in my opinion well worth it.

La calidad a bajado .. el chorizo ahora tenía más nervio que carne. Y antes que regalaban con compras de 70$ y más salsas ahora me cobraron no me di cuenta hasta que llegó a la casa. Y mi gasto fue de 97$ eso no me gusta. que empiecen con esos modos de servicio. No se pongan cómodos y a dar calidad baja la gente va por su calidad sin eso pues que queda.

This is currently my favorite place to get expensive cuts of meat. They have all types from A5 Japanese wagyu, Australian wagyu, and even American wagyu. There's so many options and they also have lots of different cuts. The only ding would be that when weighing the meats they also included the black plate you see in the pictures. Now I don't typically have a problem with this but when meats are at the $50-$60 a pound, every little weight added counts! I didn't bring this up (but I should next time) because they were very kind throughout the entire process, I just thought of it as my tip. Their meat here always looks fresh and is top tier. Their customer service is also so amazing nice and patient. George helped me out today. I had so many questions before purchasing and he answered them all flawlessly. He was super patient and ultimately helped me decide what to get today! They also offer the service to cut your meat to your liking which is super nice. Their packaging is also neat and attractive. Overall this place is amazing!!

Alright so, I was hesitant on writing this one cz they are loved but... This is the 3rd time they get my order wrong. I've been able to catch it on the spot but the 1 time I go in to order and you still manage to get it wrong yikes. It's been a mix of , the wrong food off of a phone order, somebody else's food when I go in to order and giving me the wrong meat at 1 point. It's ok like I'm not mad but if you want me to justify the price you gotta get it right haha. I spend the same amount for Whole Foods meat but I know they're getting it right . Anyway yea, They're all nice, they're all pretty savvy with the meat cuts and they get good business. Check them out for yourselves, im sure you'll love it but guys... 3 times the wrong order? Sheesh Now, excuse me while I eat my non marinated steakI could've marinated myself, yes, but still...

My family and I love La carnicera meat market. We've been getting our meat there for a while now. But the last 3 times we've been getting a lot of fat. Which means no meat. First time I was like ok I get it. 1 pc maybe or 2. Second time I was still giving them the benefit of the doubt. But this being the third time I think I've had enough. So I'll go ahead and share some pictures and let you be the judge. I hope this improves. Because the meat is obviously not cheap.

Everything I see there looks nice the meats are top quality I like what I bought the T Bones, rib eye file cuts, it all good.

Quality you can see and taste. Definitely recommend for a carnita Asada with the family and friends.

If you are looking for any type of meat for grilling, cooking frying... this place is literally one of the best meat markets you can go to! In an area that doesn't seem the cleanest this meat market is extremely organized, beautiful and has the best quality meat you could ask for! So this particular trip I was looking for Australian wagyu picanha and carne ranchers meat! Both were extremely affordable and the picanha was just melt in your mouth amazingness! The ranchera meat was perfect for tacos along with their own branded salsa and tortillas. I 1000% recommend this meat market and I'm coming back as soon as I can! The lady was even nice enough to throw in a salsa for free! The service was quick, on point and welcoming if it be your first or multiple time there. For some perspective it was a 4 pound picanha for $130 which is extremely affordable for wagyu meat! The picanha is the queen of steaks and one of the best cuts for texture, flavor and a balance of fattiness and deliciousness! I cannot wait to come back!

Some of the best possible meats you can find here in bellflower, whether your going for some wagyu or some usda they are there to help. Services is amazing sometimes can be very crowded. Walking into this place is by far the cleanest and most up kept places to get some meat for a bbq.

hands down some of the best cuts out there. Their pride and joy is the Tasajo for sure, that's what I always get, and that's what makes me the happiest. Their other stuff is good too, you can also request marinated or not. The marinade is delicious, so I'd try some with and without to see what you like best. They also have high grade Waygu for those of you with deeper pockets and can splurge. I'll try some of that as a birthday gift to myself one of these years. Do yourself a favor, quit going to northgate and come here! Happy eating, FJ

The Carne Asada is the best thing ive had there yet. The prepared chicken was a little under flavored for my liking. The restaurant was clean and the servers was quick and efficient. Once again get the Asada!!

Great customer service Reasonable prices DAMN GOOD MEAT !!! By far the best quality meat I've ever had !! The Japanese Wagyu was so creamy and melted the moment is touched my tongue !! So delicious and really affordable! Kept things very safe and social distancing in store!!

Oh my gosh! This place is so clean!!! For A meat shop I was pleasantly surprised how clean it was inside! Even their meats were lined up and organized inside so nicely! The staff that opened the door for us was super friendly and so Was our butcher. We bought the wagyu ribeye soooo bomb!!!! OMG MELT IN UR MOUTH!!! Def be careful and don't over cook your meat or You won't enjoy this melt in your mouth wagyu goodness!!! Will be back!!! Downside tho is that they assume ur Hispanic and speak to you in Spanish. I don't understand why you would assume that and speak to everyone who Comes in in Spanish? Eventually The butcher figured it out and spoke to us in English but still the cashier didnt.

Went there for the first time last week. Staff were super friendly, even gave us an extra piece of meat to try out with what we purchase. The food was AMAZINGLY GOOD! Once you started eating.m, you just can't stop (and this comes from a really picky person with food).
