La Casa del Atrio Hotel Boutique y Spa

I enjoyed my stay very much. The most important thing is that I slept very well every night. My king size bed was very firm, just as I like it. But not so firm as to bother my hips. The sheets were wonderfully soft. And the main firm thick pillow may be the most comfortable I’ve experienced in a hotel. I appreciated how quiet my room was. My only complaint would be the low water pressure and the time it took for hot water to reach the faucets and shower head. ||The staff was very friendly and helpful. One evening the room door key broke off in the lock as I was leaving the room. The front desk manager on duty immediately got to work and had a locksmith there in just 10 minutes or so. He fixed the lock and corrected the problem which was responsible for the incident. ||The hotel is well located in the central area within short walks to restaurants, museums etc. For breakfast and lunch I highly recommend the nearby restaurant La Compañía. Also on Pino Suárez. Well prepared and presented offerings.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the building is full of history and character, and the location is great. It’s steps away from all of the points of interest in the center of the city. I will definitely be back!

I really don´t know where to start...this jewel is pure perfection and I totally loved staying there. Located in the heart of Queretaro´s downtown, you can walk around it to go sightseeing, shopping, coffee-housing and eating like a king anywhere you go. We slept like a couple of queens with pillows that melted into our heads, the bedding, the quilts, the lavender scent...it just warmed-up my heart to long for the next visit...

In the heart of Queretaro, next to one of the best restaurants in town- Casa de Atrio is a beautiful boutique hotel with its own restaurant and spa. The hotel indoor/outdoor spaces are beautifully designed with great attention to detail. The rooms are large, quiet and my shower could fit 4. I switched from another hotel and Casa de Atrio, run with love by owner Pepe, is a gem and the perfect place to stay.

There is a reason why this hotel is ranked #1 and man do they deserve it! This place is not only beautiful but outstanding when it comes to the service, hospitality and friendliness of their staff. Everybody goes out their way to ensure you have a wonderful stay.

We had an event in the hotel restaurant “Cayetana” it was delicious, the service and the atmosphere is amazing. Thank you.

The front staff was friendly and helpful for everything I requested. They spoke English which was a plus for me. The room was clean and nice. Wifi included and it worked. The beds were extremely comfortable. Plenty of space to move around for multiple people. The hotel and room felt very secure. Definitely recommend this for anyone looking to explore downtown Querétaro.

This is a beautiful property in the heart of Queretaro’s beautiful UNESCO old city. Rooms and bathrooms are large and decorated with art. There is no noise as rooms are set back from the street and have stone walls. Very helpful staff. Great location, you can walk everywhere. Solid WiFi. Great place to come back to after touring.
