La Casa del Atrio Hotel Boutique y Spa

We stayed in master suite #10 for 6 nights. The suite is large, has a jetted tub (we didn't use), & balcony overlooking one of the many outdoor sitting areas. Linens & towels & toiletries are of good quality & housekeeping tidied things for us each day. Our rate included a continental breakfast of fruit & cake. The hotel's location is fabulous for visiting Old Town plus there are lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were absolutely wonderful. The only reason we didn't give our stay a five star rating is because we believe the suite & the balcony needs a deep cleaning, especially the chairs, light fixtures, & railing of the balcony. But honestly, we would stay here again if in Queretaro.

This review is exclusively for the Spa and massage service. The lady who took care of my relative was "amazing" on her words, she felt sonrelax d and well care taken that she'd like to go back there. The facilities look pretty great IMO and properly maintained. This place is very conveniently located in downtown, so the only disadvantage would the be that parking is a bit hard to come by ..

We had a fabulous day at the boutique Hotel. It is well located. The staff is super helpful and kind walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. This is a fabulous place to relax. Enjoy all the fabulous decor and have a great night sleep. The staff was especially kind and helpful. They recommended the best restaurants to us and we were incredibly grateful with how they helped us navigate getting to the airport on time.

This is definitely a “boutique” hotel and boy were we happy there. The next morning, we asked for a room tour since when we arrived it was the middle of the night. Perla was so kind to show us around the other rooms. They were well appointed with unique artworks, antiques and amenities. Each unit is unique. It is important to know which room you may like when you book. Room 7 would possibly be a request next time. Everyone was so kind and accommodating. Only complaint is the Internet was kind of sketchy and the hot water can be hit or miss. Do not expect spit and polish. It is a well loved property. And the smell of jasmine in the courtyard (which is spacious) was wonderful. There is a 24/7 honor bar with snacks and drinks should you feel peckish at any hour. It is in an excellent location for all things Centro Historico. We walked everywhere we wanted and there was nothing we needed that was not in a short distance. The whole area is safe and the hotel was no exception. They offer complementary continental breakfast (coffee, tea, fruit cake) or a menu of various local specialties that looked wonderful. We did not take advantage of the many spa amenities though. But there are many services to choose from. We would highly recommend.

What an incredible experience with Casa del Atrio! My wife and I took a couple trip to Querétaro to experience the city and the surrounding vineyards. Casa del Atrio was such a relaxing and warm place to wake up and return to each day. The staff was warm and friendly, and went above and beyond to help me suppose my wife with a wine and bubble bath evening. The communal spaces are gorgeous and we spent hours connecting with friend in the courtyard. I can not recommend this place enough! We will be back.

Stay here! Amazing nature. Wonderful staff. Pleasant environment. I recommend room #10. That’s my favorite. Breakfast was delicious. Spa was so pleasant and enjoyable. I fell asleep I was so relaxed. Location is great for walking and seeing history in the Centro Plaza. Highly recommend.

Quaint boutique hotel where all rooms appear to open to variety of different courtyards. Every room is unique in design & decor. Spa is available Free breakfast served in courtyard by Rosa and the owners Pepe & Antonio are our friendly, informative & just nice. Walkable locations in area to explore. Feels like home.

Pepe the owner is super nice, workers very hospitable and the room was super clean and vintage. Definitely recommend. Divorced eggs was my favourite I definitely recommend that too

Stayed one night in this charming bed and breakfast and wished we had more time there! The room was beautiful. The pillows were the best ever and the furnishings were first-rate. To top it off, the staff sprays a hint of lavender on the pillows at night for a most refreshing sleep! The breakfast was more than expected and much more than one could even eat! A perfect way to start the day. Looking forward to a return trip!

We were in Quetèro for a destination wedding with six of our families staying in this wonderful historic hotel. Antonio went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met! And super breakfast service in their wonderful courtyards. Could not be more pleased

A beautiful place, in Querétaro's lovely old Centro. It is in a series of quiet courtyards, the first occupied by an antique shop, which you enter and weave your way through lovely things, the ones further in full of flowers and fountains where you have breakfast each morning. Rooms are simple but elegantly appointed.
