This is a beautiful house with interior gardens operating as a Boutique hotel. Having breakfast at one of these gardens is a like food for your soul. The rooms are very comfortable , delicious food but the best thing is the kindness of the people working at the hotel. We will come back.! Thank you for everything.

Great little hotel right in the center of town with a restaurant, self service bar and spa. Service is great, really helpful staff. There is plenty around and the rooms are comfortable in an old colonial style hacienda. Fantastic value for money

My experience with Casa began before I even arrived. Perla went to great lengths to find me an English speaking driver from the airport and a walking tour of the city. Communication was perfect as my arrival was delayed by 6 hours but the driver was ready and even though Casa was locked up for the night, there was someone waiting to show me to my room. No endless hotel corridors either but almost a walk in the park. The room was large and well furnished, the shower was enormous, water hot, rain shower head perfect. |The location is perfect, walkable to so much, a major art museum within a block. |Perla is a gem but all the staff there are so kind and gracious. It was a pleasure to be there.

So charming and cozy place. Beautiful decorations and artwork, tastefully placed and presented . Very beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The staff is super friendly, professional and kind. The location is great. Will come back for sure.

Noisy room. Moldy smell. Low quality furnishings. Expected much better based on marketing materials online. Expedia rate charged was higher than posted rate, making it a poor value. “Boutique” nomenclature seems to refers to size of hotel, not its facilities. Disappointing.

I booked Casa del Atrio expecting something special given its #1 ranking in Querétaro, but sadly, it didn’t live up to the hype. The hotel is extremely outdated, not very clean, and the photos on the website and TripAdvisor are very misleading — it looks much better online than in person.||While the staff was friendly and helpful (which is the reason I gave 3 stars), the overall experience was underwhelming. The price is extremely high for what you actually get, and it simply isn’t worth the money. Disappointed, especially considering the high expectations set by the reviews.||I expressed all these concerns to the staff and they didn’t do much. Just told me that they didn’t control the prices and blamed booking.com for selling the night even higher than the standard pricing printed on the front desk (which in Mexico tends to be super high compared to the real price you pay). Frustrating!!||Anyway… avoid this hotel if you can. Not worth the money.

The location is fabulous. Our first room was spacious and cute but we had to change rooms after first day as our room had no hot water. Our replacement room was small and very basic. Hotel staff were unapologetic about the lack of hot water and the inconvenience of a move to another room at 10pm at night. |Definitely recommend the restaurant, Tijuana, which is around the corner from this hotel.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the building is full of history and character, and the location is great. It’s steps away from all of the points of interest in the center of the city. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Stayed one night in this charming bed and breakfast and wished we had more time there! The room was beautiful. The pillows were the best ever and the furnishings were first-rate. To top it off, the staff sprays a hint of lavender on the pillows at night for a most refreshing sleep! The breakfast was more than expected and much more than one could even eat! A perfect way to start the day. Looking forward to a return trip!

Yelp
We were in Quetèro for a destination wedding with six of our families staying in this wonderful historic hotel. Antonio went out of his way to make sure all our needs were met! And super breakfast service in their wonderful courtyards. Could not be more pleased

Yelp
A beautiful place, in Querétaro's lovely old Centro. It is in a series of quiet courtyards, the first occupied by an antique shop, which you enter and weave your way through lovely things, the ones further in full of flowers and fountains where you have breakfast each morning. Rooms are simple but elegantly appointed.
