Lovely place to stay in Queretaro. Near plaza and museums. Charming courtyard where they serve marvelous breakfasts. Be sure to get the chilaquiles, they are the best in all of Mexico. The rooftop terrace on the second level s a delightful place to look over the city and enjoy all the plants on the terrace. |The bed was comfortable. The shower worked well and robes were a nice touch. The toiletries were fine. There are only six rooms of various sizes which makes it a nice place to stay. The first floor room we stayed in was near the courtyard with a charming plant-filled walkway and small tables. There was only one window in the room so it did get a little stuffy. |Weekend nights downtown can be noisy but earplugs mitigate the most of it. |The staff really go out of the way to make this a charming place to stay.

What a lovely place! Besides their great location this hotel has many great things to offer. We have a yellow Labrador service dog and they were super friendly and flexible with it and offered us a bigger room so we could be mor comfortable. The room is very nicely decorated. You feel the attention to detail the owner and staff put in to it. The rooftop garden terrace is lovely and the staff was really nice. We had delay on our flight and lost the first night, however they honored it and we were able to use it afterwards, what a gentle gesture! Bravo

I spent 5 wonderful nights at La Casa del Naranjo during my visit to Queretaro. Great location in Centro Historico - very convenient to get to many of the sites, restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops in town. The whole property is charming and cozy. My suite - I stayed in El Limon - was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Only thing that could have been better was if the suite was refurbished (it was a bit old and dated, but not a dealbreaker). Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and professional.

We're hat a lovely 3 night stay here. The breakfast is delicious! The hotel is centrally located but still relatively quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

If you are looking for a comfortable place and amenities that guarantee a nice stay, this place is far to be considered as an option to stay and relax. If you are looking for a Mexican typical house, then it is the place to visit. I am talking about the room I selcted. The AC was damaged, so we had a very cold place to sleep, the windows are very dirty, the shower head doesn't work properly, the towel hanger is loose, the soap dispenser damaged, no hand soap provided, the safe to keep our pasports in safe place does not work porperly, the breakfast was served cold. Is clear that the administration does not consider that maintenance is not a priority. The price per night should be around 45% reduced. Clearly, it's not a place to return or to recommend.

My wife and I spent two nights al this excellent hotel. It has a great location, the room is very clean / comfortable, and their attention is outstanding. We would like to highly commend Teddy, Ken, Brenda, Luis, Vladimir and Emma. They were all extremely pleasant, professional, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Queretaro. Muchas gracias a todos por sus atenciones y tan buen trato! Jorge and Ana

It is a good hotel and this was my second stay here. The showers are wonderful (rainhead showerhead). There was a problem on this visit. It’s a problem in a lot of Mexican hotels. Beds that are hard. Although the room named Mangono has a nice and comfortable bed, Durazno and Limón do not. And Durazno was the room that I was given. I would avoid these rooms because the beds are hard as a rock and it is like sleeping on concrete. I couldn’t sleep. And that made me sleep deprived. Unless you don’t have a problem with hard beds. I was unable to request a room change because I took off early, 2nd day, to explore the Sierra Gorda region, and came back late. On my second night I was stuck in the same room. Another night of troubled sleep. It is a compact room and you will need to be creative on where to hang your stuff. Also bring a sleep mask as the patio lighting that stays on all night creeps into the room. Try to book the Mangono room. The amenities are quite wonderful and include big and fluffy towels and bath robes, and really good soaps, shampoos, etc. It’s actually a very good hotel, except for the bed issue, which for me, was miserable. So be sure to be sure that you like your bed and room when you check in. Breakfast is from 9 to 11. Great for walking just about anywhere because of its great location at Hidalgo and Allende. V60 specialty coffee is just up the street. As are Kao and Koffein . Wonderful breakfast at Naranjo.

Ana is awesome, she speaks Spanish and English and can help you with almost anything you need. She booked rides for us and gave good advice. She is also very friendly and has a great laugh. The room was very nice, large, good bed, nice pillows, clean. The big whirlpool tub in our room didn't work, at least we couldn't figure out how to work it. The locations was good and it is fairly easy with a good map to find anything from that location. The only things I'd fix is the breakfast is really not very good, needs more options or better cooking or something. And there was some noise bleed over from a bar downstairs, but with earplugs we were able to sleep. There are some stairs but anyone with good mobility won't have problems with them.

Yelp
Customer service is great! They are fairly a new hotel. They have three rooms in their property. I stayed in their biggest room. Bed super comfy!! Location is about half a mile from town square. The shower had either boiling hot water or ice cold water. The sink looks nice but splashes water everywhere. Overall is nice but has those two things to fix. They have great wifi!
