Extremely budget. If you find yourself in dire straits it is there, but it should not be your first choice.
Granted it was a weekend, but the bar next door played music until four o'clock in the morning. Great music, and it really felt like I was right there in the bar.
The Men's dormitory has one door with a large window separating it from the kitchen which has eight sets of bright fluorescent lights which stay on all night and breeze past the thin sheets used at blinds into the room.
If you are able to sleep in a brightly lit bedroom with loud music, then the cheap cost of this place should be taken advantage of. Otherwise, spend twenty more pesos and sleep well.
I will also say that it does have rooftop access, while the chairs and tables are in questionable shape (don't sit on them with white clothes) the view of the city is unique.
