Starting with the apartment and location, the place was pretty comfortable and well equipped, we didn't feel like it was missing anything important. Even the ranch was really comfortable and beyond my expectations. It's about 6-7 minutes from the train and metro station, with a bunch of supermarkets, cafes and trattorias nearby. While that area might be a bit sketchy after midnight, there was police at the station so we didn't feel threatened. The landlord was as helpful and kind as he could get. Always made sure that we had everything we needed, was at our disposal for requests and even kept our luggage for a few hours after checkout.

Lovely place overall. Bedsofa uncomfortable. Chairs funny weak :) Kitchen underequipped. Stayed there 4 nights in lovely warm October.

Ottima sistemazione vicino alla stazione e a 10 minuti a piedi da via dei Tribunali. Casina ristrutturata a nuovo con 4/5 posti effettivi e comodi, ideale per famiglie. Molto silenzioso. Lucio mette a disposizione il necessario per la colazione di cui hanno usufruito i miei figli che ancora non apprezzano le delizie mattutine delle pasticcerie partenopee. Facilità di ingresso e di comunicazione. Speriamo di tornare presto in questa fantastica città!!

Soggiornato x 3 notti. Appartamento nuovo, appena ristrutturato. Ottimo come posizione, vicino alla stazione centrale dei treni, metro e bus. Disponibilità e gentilezza totale da parte del padrone di casa. Consiglio vivamente anche per vivere perfettamente lo spirito Napoletano del quartiere. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Ci fosse stata la possibilità avrei dato molte più stelle. Appartamento bellissimo,nuovo,confortevole. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato bibite, latte e tutto quello che ci poteva servire per ben oltre i nostri due giorni di permanenza. Su Tonia nn ci sono parole…. Mi ha seguita passo passo dal giorno prima e in qualsiasi momento è stata disponibile con i suoi messaggi e consigli. Esperienza unica! Grazie Tonia e grazie alla casa di Lucio

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Jugendlichen für 4 Nächte in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind ausreichend groß auch für 4 Erwachsene. Auf dem kleinen Balkon lässt sich das napolitanische Flair hautnah erleben. Die Nachbarschaft ist aber sehr ruhig, ausser Napoli gewinnt ein Fußballspiel 😉. Von der Wohnung ist das historische Zentrum in 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen und auch der Hauptbahnhof liegt nur knapp 10 Minuten Fussmarsch entfernt. Das Frühstück war okay, aber wir haben lieber auswärts unseren Espresso getrunken. Den Hausherrn, der sehr hilfsbereit war, haben wir zwar nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber die Kommunikation über WhatsApp lief reibungslos und ohne Zeitverzögerung.

Passati 6 giorni in questa casa e... perfetta!Tonia è super disponibile, la casa è in buona posizione(8 minuti dalla stazione e 15 da via dei Tribunali) e completamente ristrutturata dentro e fuori.Per 2 adulti e 2 bambini perfetta!Abbiamo anche lasciato l'auto nei pressi e non abbiamo avuto il minimo problema.Quartiere S. Lorenzo.Super consigliata!

Απίστευτα εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης, κοντά στον σταθμό Garibaldi που σε πηγαίνει όπου θες μέσα και έξω στην Νάπολη, μόνο η περιοχή είναι λίγο παρατημένη και φτωχή.
