My friend with difficulties walking and I visited yesterday. She had previously called to ask about wheelchair accessibility and was told “no problem.” This is not exactly the case, thankfully my friend was having a good day and was able to walk more and was not heavily reliant on her chair. We were not offered parking closer to the establishment, requiring me to drop her off and pick her up on the gravel road. There are a few small steps from the road to reach the reception/ restaurant. There is a step at the entrance of the restaurant and the only accessible toilet is that of the restaurant. We made it work but for someone who is completely wheelchair bound it would not be possible.
Lunch was good but overpriced. €20 for a basic pasta is a bit much. Also considering the prices the service was disappointing. With few tables we had to remind our server about our glasses of wine after we had been waiting 10 minutes.
We visited on a week day so there were few guests at the pool and it was really lovely. They have a bar available poolside and the sweetest girl was working there. We really enjoyed talking with her and she even introduced us to one of the ponies! Apparently on quieter days they allow the animals to free graze and it’s beautiful. We met two ponies and a fluffy bunny.
€110 for a day at the pool for 2, 2 plates of pasta, 2 glasses of wine… a beautiful place, however don’t think it’s worth that amount of money.
