Perfect hotel to stay in Reims! This was our first night on a 2-week road trip through France and I was so happy my wife booked this location. They upgraded us to a room overlooking the cathedral, and it was amazing. We actually spent the morning drinking coffee on the balcony, staring at it in awe. The room was clean and well equipped. Robes and slippers are always a nice touch. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

One of the loveliest and most comfortable hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying. The facilities are incredible and the service is warm and attentive. We also enjoyed the spa services - great to relax in the sauna and pool after a long day of travel. In a great central location with a beautiful view of the cathedral. Amazing food at their restaurant and quality room service. Highly recommend.

A must stay!!! But you must stay on floor #4 with a super-sized balcony…right in front of the beautiful cathedral. Awe-inspiring to spend every night on our balcony, with champagne, as the Cathedral was all lit up; and every morning having breakfast on the balcony just staring at it. Well worth the money. The restaurants and the people are all amazing here. A special shoutout to the concierges Marion and Candice who answered all our many questions in the weeks before arrival; and especially Amelie whom we saw every day and was super helpful and answered our daily barrage of questions and gave us spectacular restaurant recommendations. The entire front desk staff was extremely hard working and always greeted us with a smile. Whenever we called down for assistance they would be at our door in under a minute every time. Amazing!!!! The morning breakfast was fantastic as well! If you are staying in Reims, there is no other place to stay!!!

Mixed experience due to poor follow-up. We had a great stay. The room, restaurant, and service were all excellent. However, after returning home, we realized we had left clothes (on our own hangers we brought from home) in the closet. We called the hotel immediately and were told they’d check the next day. From that point on, we received no updates and had to keep calling ourselves. Each time, the response was vague or dismissive. In the end, we were told nothing was found. We’re 100% sure the clothes were left there, and it’s upsetting to think they were thrown out or taken. Most disappointing of all is that we didn’t feel taken seriously. While it was our own mistake, the lack of proper communication and care really affected our experience.

This is truly a lovely hotel with a superb city centre cathedral location. Room 408 has a balcony which we used most nights and overlooks the glorious cathedral. We enjoyed dinner in Little Georgette and many a glass of champagne from the bar. The front desk staff were excellent, friendly and hospitable. Our room however really does need additional furniture as there is room for a chest of drawers etc. There is too little hanging space and no drawers. We had clothes hanging from the towel rack and could not fully unpack. Suggest some hooks and of course robes. We stayed 6 nights with large suitcases. We think you can remedy this.

This hotel feels very American (for good and less good). It has big comfortable rooms and a very large bathroom. The bed and linens were VERY comfortable and the location and concierge is excellent. They had refrigerators and nespresso machines in the room. The fridge was broken upon our arrival, but maintenance came and fixed it pretty quickly. Complimentary champagne on arrival would make sense to offer in this region and providing coffee in the lobby would be nice. More attention to the overall smell of the hotel would also be nice, but otherwise it was a very comfortable hotel and a good choice if you are looking for an affordable but nice place in Reims.

This hotel is a luxury brand? I called to the reception two times on the first night that the air conditioning was not working. The man said give it 30 minutes it will reset. This was at midnight! It never worked in the morning we told the front desk that it still was not working. After returning to the hotel the room was so hot I ask for a manager. They sent the manager from the restaurant because everyone else was on vacation!! She stated she knew the room was hot and that in one hour it would be okay but in she would send up a fan. We returned after dinner the fan was the only thing working to cool the room. This is a terrible hotel they just tell you anything and put it off until you check out. Shame on @marriott for even pretending this is a luxury hotel!!! @marriottbonvoy.com

Very nice hotel in the center of Reims. Excellent hotel service, the restaurant is also great. Highly recommend reserving a cathedral view room as the evening view out. Your window with the cathedral lit up is stunning..

Yelp
Lovely hotel, central location, very helpful staff. The pool and spa were closed when we were there (which was a surprise), but otherwise was a nice hotel!

Yelp
Fantastic tribute hotel right in the center of town next to the cathedral. We stayed on the 5th floor in a king room and had an amazing balcony and view of the town. Bonvoy members, this is a must!

Yelp
We are Marriott Ambassador level. 3-night stay. Our A/C was out one day, and the front desk said they would send someone to correct it. The person sent was a front desk employee, with no clue how to fix an A/C. Despite this, we were charged for the night. We asked to speak with teh manager, who never contacted us before or after. The staff was uniformly snooty and acted as though we should thank them. We stayed at teh St. Regions sin Florence and Park Hyatt Vendome in Paris, and had incredible, attentive and polite service, unlike here. Th hotel has to be accessed by cars through barricades; On our departure, we asked how to get our driver through, and were assured they could simply call the front desk. When we left, we saw 3 taxis enter and leave; we were told 5 minute after there "was a problem with teh codes" and would have to hike to our driver. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Next time, we will go back to Les Crayeres where we stayed on our last trip.
