We stayed here for a long weekend to celebrate my Mum’s birthday. We arranged transfers from Charles De Gaulle, despite the transfer suffering from a burst tyre before collecting us, another pick up was swiftly organised. We were offered a glass of champagne in our room or at the bar to start off the weekend celebrations, which was greatly appreciated. My Mum also had chocolates in her room with a note which was a nice touch. The rooms were a good size, beds comfy and bathrooms modern and clean. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the historical centre of Reims and with a view from the bar looking at the cathedral. We spent every evening enjoying drinks on the terrace, with the views of the cathedral. It was a relaxing weekend, and would definitely return to this hotel. Thank you!

Perfect hotel to stay in Reims! This was our first night on a 2-week road trip through France and I was so happy my wife booked this location. They upgraded us to a room overlooking the cathedral, and it was amazing. We actually spent the morning drinking coffee on the balcony, staring at it in awe. The room was clean and well equipped. Robes and slippers are always a nice touch. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

One of the loveliest and most comfortable hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying. The facilities are incredible and the service is warm and attentive. We also enjoyed the spa services - great to relax in the sauna and pool after a long day of travel. In a great central location with a beautiful view of the cathedral. Amazing food at their restaurant and quality room service. Highly recommend.

Nice room with a view of the Cathedral. Quite small rooms but functional. Parked my car off sight with no problems. Friendly and efficient service. Breakfast has everything you could want. Pastries could have been fresher. Only spoilt by someone feeding a small dog at the table next to us. Not sanitary and the dog basically had a free meal.

Staff does an excellent job of keeping this machine well oiled and running smoothly. The location is outstanding and the central outdoor space with the old firefighter hose tower is a nod to past history.|Rooms are not large but the king sized beds are a plus. Everything was clean and presentable and the breakfast was fantastic. Have breakfast a little later and watch the sous chefs work their pre lunch magic in the open kitchen. Because of its location, Uber will drop you off just around the corner.|Top tourist tip....the TGV does NOT leave from Reims Ville station. It leaves from a different station called Champagne Ardenne. The city tram ends at this station and drops you off less than a block from the hotel. You can buy tickets at each tram stop. If you're going to Epernay to sip champagne then you want to leave from Reims Ville.|Either way, this hotel is conveniently located from both stations with good tram access.

Overall, fantastic experience. we had the top floor suite with a perfect view of Reims Cathedral. it was also the largest room we had on our entire euro trip. the shower in the suite is terrible though. that’s the only downside. it’s barely good enough for one person, let alone two.

Google
Location is 5+ and the staff was very professional. |Rated a 3 because we booked a rooftop apartment thinking we would have a cool view and spot to hang out in the afternoons and evenings. Nothing could be farther from the truth and experience. The “apartment” faced construction on one side and rooftops on the patio side. Our friend’s stayed in less expensive rooms that had glorious views of Notre Dame de Reims (these are the rooms that people should book). |To boot, the bedroom is on the second level of the “apartment” and does not have air conditioning vents. Consequently, it was uncomfortably hot at night. |Marriott Autograph Collection should really reconsider renting these rooms until they resolve this known issue. After the first night of restless sleep, they brought us a portable fan for the upstairs. It helped, but not the same…between the hot room and the terrible view, the apartment is a hard pass.

A truly lovely, professional hotel. We stayed here for 3 nights in August and loved every moment. The staff, with a special recognition to the concierge! The restaurant is world class. Our room, overlooking the cathedral, was very well appointed. The hotel is close to major attractions. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Lovely hotel, central location, very helpful staff. The pool and spa were closed when we were there (which was a surprise), but otherwise was a nice hotel!

Yelp
Fantastic tribute hotel right in the center of town next to the cathedral. We stayed on the 5th floor in a king room and had an amazing balcony and view of the town. Bonvoy members, this is a must!

Yelp
We are Marriott Ambassador level. 3-night stay. Our A/C was out one day, and the front desk said they would send someone to correct it. The person sent was a front desk employee, with no clue how to fix an A/C. Despite this, we were charged for the night. We asked to speak with teh manager, who never contacted us before or after. The staff was uniformly snooty and acted as though we should thank them. We stayed at teh St. Regions sin Florence and Park Hyatt Vendome in Paris, and had incredible, attentive and polite service, unlike here. Th hotel has to be accessed by cars through barricades; On our departure, we asked how to get our driver through, and were assured they could simply call the front desk. When we left, we saw 3 taxis enter and leave; we were told 5 minute after there "was a problem with teh codes" and would have to hike to our driver. TERRIBLE SERVICE. Next time, we will go back to Les Crayeres where we stayed on our last trip.
