La Cave de l'Avenue

We stayed 4 nights at La Cave de l'Avenue de Champagne in a spacious and comfortable room overlooking the avenue. The position is ideal, being walking distance to the Champagne houses and to many restaurants. The breakfast included eggs any style and smoked salmon. There are several steps up to where you catch the lift.

We spent two nights in Epernay at La Cave de l"Avenue de Champagne in early May. Located in an old property at the beginning of the Avenue de Champagne, it was a perfect location to explore the town. A majority of the champagne houses line the Avenue, all within walking distance.|The room was spacious and comfortable. They obviously had to be creative to carve out the suite, as the shower/sink were in one area, then the stool was across the room. Funky, but it worked fine. The morning breakfast was great with ample cheeses, meats, eggs if desired, and of course pastries and breads. All in all, a great place to stay in the more quiet of the champagne towns.

My wife and I enjoyed a weekend here in March. Our room was nice, high ceilings and bay windows overlooking the park. Room was spacious and quiet. Private parking about 500 meters away at their other location, free of charge. Breakfast was tasty. Friendly staff and good communication. Dogs welcome. Its located on the avenue if champagne, so its in a perfect location. We would return!

Amazing location. Very quiet stay, comfortable beds. The breakfast was amazing. We were sad that the restaurant was closed in the evenings because we had heard great things. At times communication with the hotel was tough, there is no one around after breakfast time. More like a bed and breakfast style. However we had almost everything needed for our stay. Services could be enhanced by providing a refrigerator in rooms, or an ice machine. Thanks for a great stay! We would return :)

This is our second visit, unfortunately it was not as good as the first. Our shower head was so bunged up with limescale, the water trickled out.|The towels were old and very poor quality.|Staff not friendly. Breakfast not up too much.|It’s a great location but that’s not enough for a quality stay.

Very nice location on the av du champagne. Nice rooms, good beds, great shower. Excellent price/quality.

Amazing location and such a comfortable stay. Cannot fault the location. It’s right at the beginning of Avenue Du Champagne, only a 5min walk from the station, and the town with food options is just right next to it. Comfortable beds and room, and the staff were always happy to go above and beyond for us. Even with our tricky arrival and departure times they were able to hold our luggage which enabled us to visit Champagne Houses without dragging our bags with us. Would stay here again if I go back to Épernay!

I absolutely love their restaurant, in summer you have an amazing calm garden with lovely tables and when colder inside is also very comfortable and cozy. I took their burger and it was a great choice, in their menu it's only written burger and it doesn't do justice to its quality and top ingredients in it. Highly recommended !
