Do not, I repeat, do not, under any circumstances book and pay through their website. If something happens and you have to cancel, you will spend weeks trying to cancel and receive a refund. Even 2 months out, there's a penalty of 10%, which fine, whatever, but even telling them yes that's fine, still no response, no refund, nothing. Hotel says call the booking platform, which is strange because I booked directly through THEIR site, call the Ecommerce 365 number they gave me, they tell me to call the hotel, and around and around again. I only paid ahead of time because I was worried about a currency exchange. Should've never done it. I can't in good faith recommend this place.
