This place is about 3 stars. The place is super cute but the Boba pearls were undercooked so it was hard to chew. The drinks we got was either too sweet or not sweet enough. The Bears that was supposed to sit on the top of the drink barely float and sink as soon as you put your straw in. Not highly recommended, but worth a try. Almost $20 bucks for 2 drinks.

It's a cute place and their ice bear is so cute but as for the drinks, it was ok. The flavors is too light for my liking. I would like it to have more flavors but it is very cute aestically.

Very cute shop, perfect for pictures and hangouts. Employees are very kind but things seem a bit slow, however they are a brand new shop so it's understandable, I can imagine everyone is still getting the hang of things. I recommend to go during not-so busy days so your drink will be ready quicker. I Ordered a Nutella Chimecone, a Mocha boba, and a Strawberry Italian Soda. Can confirm, bears and bunnies are NOT colored ice water. They seem to vary depending on the drink. Some are frozen jelly, Others are like frozen colored tea. The bunny in the picture is frozen jelly which was squishy inside. It's sunk because I forgot to take a picture before stiring the drink and the clear lid was removed by me. Strawberry slices were fresh and tasted great, the popping boba was my favorite. The sprinkles and Nutella on the chime cone gave the creamy vanilla ice-cream great flavor and texture. One my favorite ice-creams in a while. I didn't try the mocha boba, it was my mom's but the bear was cute and delicious! Store was nicely cleaned and everyone on the team seemed to be doing their work very well. Definitely recommend, more enjoyable if you go on non-busy days as I did. Can't wait to try more of the menu!

Cute and bright aesthetics inside. We arrived here around 8pm and the were a few people inside. Employee at the counter greeted us and gave us the menu. The menu is easy to read and understand. We ordered and got our drinks within a few minutes. Didnt wait long. The quality of the drinks were actually pretty good! Wasn't watered down and taste was accurate to what we ordered. The interior is very photogenic and you could easily spend a few minutes getting pictures in IF there isnt a big crowd. Overall, a good spot to get drinks. We had a positive experience.

Really good drinks and ice cream. This place has the cutest ice bears that go on top of your drinks, which makes them look adorable. But the drinks not only look nice, they also taste really good. I would say the matcha has a lot of work to do. My favorite thing to get here is the ice cream with the biscoff spread and cookie, omg that combo is phenomenal and perfect for a sweet tooth. Definitely coming back to try out the rest of their menu, which by the way is really long, the menu here is one of the longest I’ve seen for an establishment of this kind (which is iconic, but difficult to decide for only one thing). I’m really excited more places like this one are opening up in the Central Valley.

This place is super cute and well decorated however service was a little slow and noticed that kept messing up orders for different customers while I was waiting for my order. For one order they forgot to put a lid so employee took back the order and added the lid, another drink they didn’t include coffee as the customer asked so they had to remake the order. Also they forgot to give a drink to another customer. When I got my drink - boba chai, The ice wasn’t fully blended so there was chunks of ice in the drinks I think if service was better and didn’t feel so rushed this place would be a 5!

I was waiting to leave a review. We have given this place three chances. Every time we’ve been there they are out of multiple flavors. They lack consistency in drinks and their staff always seems new and doesn’t know the menu well. It would be ok if the prices were lower but they’re high priced drinks that lack flavor. Another thing is the small of bleach is extremely strong and irritating. We hate leave bad reviews but we hope they address the issues I and many others have mentioned.
