I would like to give this chocolaterie 5 stars - the chocolates I tried were really interesting and had lovely tastes, great textures and unique flavour combinations.
However I left feeling annoyed after my visit and bought much less than I intended to (a big box of chocolates) because of the service.
The man serving me could repeatedly not be bothered to tell me what’s in the different chocolates and boxes on display. I asked him so many different times and different ways to find out more - what’s the chocolate %, what kind of nuts and fruits and spices are in there… but it was like talking to a bored wall. It annoyed and disappointed me equally. I could overhear a different customer getting exactly the explanations I was looking for from a different employee when I was paying for my (pretty much surprise) three chocolates, so either the man serving me didn’t deign me an important enough customer or is not trained enough to do this job well. Please do better, I want to support William and his meticulously made chocolates, but this service makes me want to spend my money somewhere else.
