Charming Staff and delicious chocolates BUT be careful if you intend to carry them back to your home country etc. : The packs are not tightly packed at all. The chocolates arrived in Tokyo in bad state - I can't gift them. At 31€ for a box that's not acceptable. Need to improve the gifting option please.

BEST chocolates EVER!! The pistachio bar is Devine, and his hot chocolate, everything. Worth every penny and the team is super nice.

This was a taste of Paris I’ll never forget! We discovered El Chocolatier in Paris and I tried their handmade chocolate for the first time — and it was absolutely divine. The flavor was delicate and rich, crafted with clear love and care. I brought it home in Kazakhstan as a souvenir from my friend, and every bite takes me back to the magic of Paris. This chocolate is more than a treat — it’s a memory, a piece of my journey, and something I’ll always cherish.

I would like to give this chocolaterie 5 stars - the chocolates I tried were really interesting and had lovely tastes, great textures and unique flavour combinations. However I left feeling annoyed after my visit and bought much less than I intended to (a big box of chocolates) because of the service. The man serving me could repeatedly not be bothered to tell me what’s in the different chocolates and boxes on display. I asked him so many different times and different ways to find out more - what’s the chocolate %, what kind of nuts and fruits and spices are in there… but it was like talking to a bored wall. It annoyed and disappointed me equally. I could overhear a different customer getting exactly the explanations I was looking for from a different employee when I was paying for my (pretty much surprise) three chocolates, so either the man serving me didn’t deign me an important enough customer or is not trained enough to do this job well. Please do better, I want to support William and his meticulously made chocolates, but this service makes me want to spend my money somewhere else.

What a lovely shop! The service was impeccable, and being offered samples right when we walked in was surprising and very welcoming. Of course, the chocolates were incredible!! I sampled the chocolate covered orange rind (delightful!) and bought three chocolates- my favourite was the milk chocolate with hazelnut butter and cookie, but I really loved the dark chocolate with raspberry and balsamic too! Worth the visit to treat yourself or someone you really like who will hopefully share with you! 🤭

Exceptional chocolate. We tried the Pérou 50% tablet which just incredible and the raspberry ganache chocolates were perfection. Would highly recommend.

They have the best chocolate covered almonds and hazelnuts. The chocolatier William is so friendly and everything he has developed is with love and a deep passion for chocolate. So much better than chocolate chains and such! 100% worth the visit.
