Chris and the team are the best. Super nice, efficient and honest. A lot of the comments on here are in reference to having to wait forever for parts and frames; that is basically every industry everywhere right now. I am building a bike with these guys and they have been nothing but flexible, accommodating and extremely nice. Plus, anytime I need to bring my bike buy for a quick service or question, they are always willing to jump right in to help.
