La Ciliegina Lifestyle Hotel

I have stayed in many many hotels around the world and the service from these guys before we arrived and during our stay was about the best I have ever had. Nothing was too much trouble. They helped us with New Years Eve reservations and information on what to do and where to go. The hotel itself is centrally located and although not huge the rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast not extensive but more than what is needed and is fresh. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to other travellers.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, a lovely safe area, central and close to the metro and port. The hotel is stylish, fresh and clean, my room was just lovely and had the largest, most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. Great shampoo and shower gel products, a good mini bar with sensible pricing, great housekeeping & a lovely included breakfast with plenty of options, we were even provided with breakfast in a bag to take with us on our last morning with an early start. What adds to the experience is the fabulous staff, every single person was friendly and helpful, we couldn't have asked for more. Esraa on reception is so warm and lovely, she clearly loves her job and goes out of her way to be attentive to ensure that guests are super happy. A highly recommended hotel when visiting Naples.

If you’re considering this hotel…book it!!! |The hotel is fab, it was approx €35 by taxi from the airport and only took about 15mins.|On arrival our room wasn’t ready due to the time of day but on our return our cases were already in the room and had a lovely welcome Prosecco! |The rooms are exactly what you see in the pics and very spacious. The beds are massive!! Minibar in the room with plenty space for your own water and drinks etc. Good air con too. ||The staff at the hotel are lovely and very helpful with restaurant recommendations and how to get around the city. ||The roof top bar is amazing, we used it every night when we returned to the hotel having drinks and overlooking the square and the views of Vesuvius….lovely! Also drinks prices at the hotel are very good so well worth it! |Breakfast was great, good choices and attentive staff. |Location is excellent with easy walking to the main centre of town for bars and restaurants and the metro is just steps away. Only 2 stops to the main train station which then takes you to Pompeii and Sorrento. ||If we were to return to Naples we would stay here again and would 100% recommend the hotel. 5* from us! It's recommended.|Friendly and helpful staff.|The hotel has a good location, close to the high street and the metro, but in a quiet lane.|The fare price includes breakfast.|The room is clean and comfortable. Having room clean service every day. Shampoo, body wash, and soap were provided. Razrd, toothbrush, and paste were not provided.|It's a shame that the room I lived in had only a small window and two windows on the roof.

A lovely hotel with a very friendly staff. The room was exactly as pictured in one of the photos on the website and more spacious than expected with high ceilings. I had a long day of traveling and walked from the ferry terminal, so I appreciated the warm welcome with a glass of Prosecco. The next morning I had an early flight and the staff sent me off to the airport with a breakfast to go. Would definitely stay again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it’s a great hotel. Location is fantastic and nice and quiet. Comfy bed, clean room, great toiletries in the bathroom. Love the welcome prosecco that Roy gave us. Would not hesitate to stay here again in Naples

The hotel was in a great location and the staff was superb! The rooms were clean and comfy. The breakfast was delicious. They even gave us a breakfast to go on our travel day to Florence.|We enjoyed the 4th floor terrace and hot tub very much. The staff heated it prior to our arrival back in the evenings, and served us wine and snacks!|The hotel was exceptional!

The stay here was lovely. An excellent location, central to all of the major sights and an even more impressive staff. The team at the front desk was so hospitable and accommodating. We had an early morning flight and they suggesting packing breakfast for us to take with us to the airport. They packed tons of treats and fruits for us. They arranged for an early pick up by taxi to get us to the airport, as well. The team really went above and beyond. The room was lovely, clean and spacious. I would be thrilled to stay here again.
