La Clef Champs-Élysées Paris by The Crest Collection

This is NOT a 5 star hotel. Starting with the staff from reception, they all seem to have an attitude and be rude for no reason, I was actually very negatively impressed by their behaviour. Secondly, after waiting for 2 hours, my room was still not ready at 3pm. Lastly, the breakfast - honestly it’s terrible - in this what they call restaurant there’s only about 5 tables, coffee machine is always broken, and the food variety is not there - I chose to have breakfast somewhere else instead because of how bad theirs was. For what they charge and supposedly being a 5 star hotel they should start at least reviewing who they hire for reception and improve the breakfast! After seeing all the bad reviews here I get why. I don’t understand why they do not take action and try to improve things - it’s such a shame as the hotel has a very good location!

I had a reservation at this hotel under the name Thamer Awad (Booking No. 4264SF046956). Until now, the security deposit has not been refunded, even though the official refund period has already passed. In addition, only two bottles of water are provided per day, and if you request more, you are asked to pay extra. I do not believe this reflects the standards of a five-star hotel. I have stayed in many hotels, and this has never been the case.

I had a truly phenomenal experience staying at Le Clef Champs Elysees in Paris! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. A huge thank you to the manager, the guest relations team, the reception, and all the employees from A to Z who made my stay so memorable. Special thanks to Adrien, Rehab, Caroline, and Celine and to everyone else whose names I unfortunately don’t remember, you were amazing too! The hotel is incredibly safe, spotless, amazing location, and beautifully maintained. Every detail is taken care of, and the level of hospitality is simply unmatched. This is truly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. I can’t recommend it enough — thank you again to the entire team for such an unforgettable stay! 🌟 Le Clef will definitely be my first choice next time I’m in Paris!

The hotel is very nice, the location is excellent, and the service is great. The room itself is beautiful and well designed; however, there was a very bad smell in the room, which was not acceptable and affected the overall comfort of the stay. Despite this issue, the staff and location were very good.

I had an excellent experience during my stay at La Clef Champs-Elysees Paris. The accommodation was comfortable, the facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Ms. Rehab, who was exceptionally helpful, courteous, and professional throughout my stay. All the staff members were friendly and provided outstanding service. I am very satisfied with my experience and would gladly choose the hotel again in the future.

One star is already too much for this place. Do NOT book here. We arrived and were immediately treated terribly by a staff member with a not so good attitude. They were rude and made us waste an entire day of our trip. The smell from the restaurant downstairs was unbearable….. this does NOT feel like a 5-star hotel. I couldn’t even sit in the lobby comfortably. Their attitude was shocking. It’s fine if they can’t fulfill every request, but basic politeness should be the minimum. An experience I will never repeat.

I really loved the Hotel Le Clef, Unfortunately several issues arose with the stay.Early check in I requested .. They had a room ready and available but would not put me in the room until after my sister and I got lunch .. and came back 2 hours later pleading with them that we flew all night and were really tired. Another manager decided to check us in at around 2 pm instead of 3 pm. My boss had a family emergency and we had to fly back to the states 2 days early. I asked if they could add the coins or travel back to my account on trip .com the said no! Would not even try to gesture something towards me coming back . The location is great and for boutique hotels not accommodating their customers is not good . Another instance. I had called a few days ahead requesting a car service to pick up my sister. I have them the airline the flight number her name and cell.. the driver never checked flight information and my sisters flight got in 1 hour earlier.. she was there at the airport with no one to pick her up .. I asked for a credit.. I said does the company check the flight itinerary? Did they actually show up? It was all very sketchy and I have to tell you I felt bad for my sister arriving to the airport with no help at all having to go to the police security for assistance. So with hotels at our disposal and customer service is a must no a days I’m sad to say as much as I love the location I did not like being left out on taxi and the early check in and also the fact they would not accommodate at all..

This is the second time we have stayed here. The hotel is positioned perfectly just off the Champs Elysees. An easy walk to the Arc de Triomphe, the Eiffel Tower and the Seine. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Would recommend this hotel if you want that added luxury in the middle of Paris
