La Clef Champs-Élysées Paris by The Crest Collection

We were a little nervous arriving to this hotel due to some recent bad reviews - but we’re extremely delighted by how wonderful the hotel & team were! We arrived on an overnight flight and they were happy to store our bags and there was ample room in the facilities to change & refresh. The team quickly made us a lunch reservation at a place that can be challenging to get into! The room was beautifully furnished and we had no issues at all. Even with the location in Champs-Elysees, it was far enough away from the main area and proved to be quiet & enjoyable. Very easy to walk to many places. Highly recommend giving them a try! I would stay again if back in the area!

Magnificent (magnifique)|Everything was perfect. The location was in the optimal location. The hotel design was impressive, the whole property was incredibly clean, the rooms were beautiful and the bathroom has the wow factor! The staff were amazing, greeted us every single time, the door attendants were prompt and everyone spoke clear/very fluent English and were very supported when I tried to speak French for the first time.|We stayed here for Bastille Day, it was unexpectedly quiet from our hotel room, we were expecting the day to be very loud. We got to see and hear some of the defence force planes overhead very early morning, then we literally walked 50m down the road and we had the prime location for the parade, it was spectacular. We walked everywhere from this hotel, it's a fantastic location.|100% recommend and definitely worth the price. We loved La Clef Champs-Élysées!

The hotel is excellent—clean and new, with generally good facilities. However, housekeeping service is slow, and sometimes the evening turn-down service is not done, which affects the overall comfort. We hope the service can be improved to match the quality of the hotel.

I was disappointed by the service which led me to a major loss, I am an Indian business man came out here for meeting and desired to be smartly dressed. After asking for laundry service I was confirmed they will deliver my cloths with in 12 hours. however, on the day of the meeting they told me the laundry guy is out and won’t be able to deliver my cloths. In addition when I desired to get my cloths as it is they denied. In short I was left with no cloths on the day of my meeting. On the demand to speak with the GM (general manager) of the hotel. I was told I can’t speak with or can I get the number of the GM. Staff didn’t respond well either and showed disrespect. Some said they don’t know how to speak English.

An annoying experience at the reception with Ramprakash Unfortunately, my experience at La Clef Champs-Élysées was very bad because of the receptionist Ramprakash. From the moment I arrived, his treatment was dry and unwelcome, there is no smile and no professional way of dealing. Even worse, he was talking about me in French in a clear way that was sarcastic, as if he was mocking me because I don't understand the language. I asked for his help more than once, but he was completely ignoring me, as if my existence was not important. I feel that this behavior is racist and never acceptable, especially in a hotel with this name and level. I don't recommend staying here as long as there is an employee like Ramprakash in front of the hotel. Management should take immediate action to improve guest service and treat with respect

‏I had an excellent experience thanks to Maram’s professionalism and kindness. She was attentive, efficient, and made everything feel smooth and easy. The hotel itself is in a great location, and the rooms are beautifully designed and comfortable.

We loved the location of this hotel, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The room was very nice and clean, and the bed comfortable. The front desk staff and bellhops were extremely nice and gave us good recommendations for restaurants, as well as directions. We would definitely stay here again.

I had the worst experience with my stay here. The front desk showed constant rudeness. I gave my shirt for the iron service and was only met with disappointment and lies and upon failure with the service, they declined to return my shirt to me until the next day. Additionally the fridge was also not working. When asked for the GMs number they refused, giving me no option to report the issue to someone competent. I would not recommend visiting this hotel and giving them your time.
