💯 Simply superb. The crown jewel of Districto Uno. We drove 4 hours from Juarez and the duck tacos alone were worth it (don’t worry, the menu changes every 6 months but the duck tacos are a constant).
Named one of Mexico’s top 100 restaurants and it’s no wonder why. Vibes for days (upscale, cozy chic) and a killer menu of unique items. Come for lunch to avoid the crowds.
🥘 Recommended Order: The duck tacos are unique and cannot be skipped. And you MUST order the “agua del día” ($55) — today was pineapple & alfalfa! The artichoke was novel and worthy of TWO orders (yes, we were just two people and didn’t want to share such a lovely vegetable). Tortellini was yum, but VERY rich (glad we shared it). Their free bread is Lucious and worth every calorie. 2 appetizers and a main shared between two people was perfect, but next time we will come more hungry and prepared to explore the wine list in order to taste our way through this feast for the senses!
🍰A divine pistachio tiramisu with fresh raspberry finished the meal (not a true tiramisu but if you like pistachio, order it).
