We had a wonderful night here and the room was lovely - we had a superior room with a large private balcony. I don’t think we’d stay again as I didn’t feel it was extraordinary enough to make sense of the cost, and the cost of the bar and other amenities makes it less interesting (somehow my gin and tonic was 22€ with tip included, which is, for Toulouse, quite expensive). Definitely a place I’ll recommend to my clients, but there are other Toulouse options that make more sense cost wise

Once again many thanks to all the staffs, specially to Juliette, you’re all amazing! The breakfast very delicious. And our room WOW! It’s perfect, we love it so much. My daughter had enjoyed the bathtub. Thank you very much! Merci😍

The staff--every single person we encountered--were warm, welcoming, and impeccably professional, and the atmosphere was elegant and calming. We immediately felt our blood pressures drop by several points each time we stepped through the doors to the peaceful courtyard. No real negative points, but two small quibbles. The decor is looking very tired in the area of the hotel where we stayed; chipped paint and dingy carpet were a surprise given the overall standard of excellence elsewhere. Also, there were no streaming services available on the TV.

A very bad - and expensive booking experience and a disappointing room: |We booked a hotelroom from the hotels webpage and when we received the booking confirmation, the price was suddenly raised 50% - a lot more, than we had agreed to pay, and a lot more than the prices announced on the homepage. When we asked at the reception, the explanation was: “you have booked the room from our old webpage - and there is nothing we can do about that”. The “double priced room” was an attic room with a double bed, a bathtub and a zink in the same room and a toilet in a closet. If you wanted to “enjoy the beautiful view of the city from the luxury room”, you would need to stand on a chair.|The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is, that the food in the Brasserie was fine - apart from this, I can absolutely not recommend this hotel.

I really feel that calling this a 5 star hotel is misleading. We stayed in a junior suite and the carpets in the room smelt and looked quite dirty. It was the same issue in the stairs going up to the room in the annex, the walls had scuffs and signs of damage. The bathroom was fine (I didn’t look too closely at the black marks in the corner) but the bed was quite uncomfortable. Overall this was not a pleasant experience. The staff is nice and that is the only reason why I am giving it 3 stars.

We gave our bags to the hotel to hold before our flight and come back to our bags being hit with WHITE PAINT… my headphones, 2 bags hit with paint. The hotel then found it smart to use paint remover On headphones… which I can’t wear now because they smell like a fuel station. The JR suite is a waste and smells bad. They also forgot to close the connecting door to another room when we got into the room which would have put a stranger… the deluxe room is better than JR. The blonde lady manager isn’t helpful. If anything needs re trained. Rooms were old, bathroom is modern but lobby and rooms smelled weird

We have just completed a three-nights stay in this delightful historic hotel in our first visit to Toulouse. The staff were excellent, especially the jovial Juliette who checked us in, and the very friendly Sabri whom we like to chat frequently during our stay when we see him. Other highlights: Breakfast - given the very small size of this hotel, the quantity may not be what we experienced in larger luxury hotels, but still, the quality is outstanding and we enjoyed it very much. Shower - the best we have experienced in this trip, especially when compared to the other luxury hotels we have stayed. The shower pressure is very strong, and the shower cubicle is very nice. Location - right smack in the middle of what we want to see and do in Toulouse in terms of touristic attractions and restaurants. Overall: It is really nice returning to our "home" after the day trips to Albi and Carcassonne. We look forward to returning to Toulouse and this hotel.

We stayed three nights in June and loved the hotel! There was myself and my two adult daughters and we were in a Junior suite on the third floor. Our room was very spacious and plenty of space for three people. The hotel is perfectly located close to shops, restaurants and the metro.
