We just hosted a week-long conference of 200+ participants at La Creole Beach Hotel and Spa. The experience was very positive the team was always there to help to ensure the success of the meeting. Everything that we requested was delivered on time and with a friendly attitude. I strongly recommend this venue for small meetings. Also, the participant's accommodations and breakfast were excellent.

Enormous complex, not for us it seems. The breakfast was very good but also very busy. The pool and the rooms were also perfect, but the service and the friendliness of the employees really needs some attention. Just rude. This should be a reason to look for something else. Also the building and some equipement needs some love

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Would need some work improvement for the rooms but rooms are clean and decent nonetheless. The staff was always eager to help and cool. Location is ok and easy to explore the island. Would definitely go back.

This hotel is in what could be described as an industrial site. |After driving through carparks, high rise buildings, rubbish dumped on ground, you get to the reception. |Dark and dingy, unwelcome greeting. |The pool is tiny, beach man made and barely existent.|It’s more of an airport hotel for business guests to stop for one night - nothing remotely Caribbean or holiday feel about it. |Staff are not welcoming and the hotel is very small. |Would not recommend or ever come back.

The worst hotel ever: people speaks only French, in particular at the restaurant where they don’t understand any word in English. Services of 1 star , no variety at lunch and dinner, beach open to external people even without paying fee and using beach bed from hotel . Even if you book a full board service, they ask you to pay the water during eating.

Absolutely breathtaking….i enjoyed every minute of it…the service, the pool area, the beach. The entertainment. My kids and husband all enjoyed their food as well.

I was here for a week in March with my mother, so it's a bit late review, but hopefully still helpful. I loved our stay! Everything was great, our room was nice and clean, fresh towels and bed sheets regularly and also bathrobes. The bed was huge and very comfy, two people could sleep on it just fine without kicking themselves at night. Bathroom was good, it would be nice to have some hand soap holder next to the sink because it was always wet, but that's just a minor thing. ||On the first day, we had some issue with water leaking from the ceiling, we told the staff and they checked it and needed to fix it, so they gave us new room (in same category) right away, everything was sorted out very quickly in like an hour, which was great and we really appreciated it. We had the room with sea view and it was really worth paying for, I loved the view and the location, it was just few steps to the beach.||Beach looks small but is big enough for everyone, water was so clear and warm. Hotel staff would clean the beach every day so the sand was also spotless. There are enough sunbeds and you can get beach towels for a deposit. There are all kinds of animals in the garden and by the beach - iguanas and lizards and lots of different birds. You can book some trips and excursions directly on the beach, nice lady booked a water taxi to the nearby island of Gosier for us. ||The food was also great and there was quite a lot of variety, I really liked the local cuisine, lots of fruits and vegetables and desserts were amazing. Breakfast was good and I really liked the fresh juices and loved the yoghurt. There were also themed dinners like sea food and creole food. There were welcome cocktails and dancers on the beach in the evening, which was also very nice, then some rhum tasting etc. ||The concierge was so kind and helpful. Special thanks to Manuela who was so kind and helped us book an amazing boat trip to see whales and dolphins! By the way, most of the staff speaks English and if they did not, they were very patient with our basic knowledge of French language. I would definitely come back, even though Guadeloupe is very far away from my home! Thank you everyone at La Creole Beach!

We stayed here one night before getting on a sailboat for the following week. Overall a nice resort. Very good breakfast buffet with excellent coffee. Staff serving the coffee was comically slow, however. Get ready to wait ~15 minutes while you see many other staff standing there doing nothing but talking with each other. ||Hotel well situated on the ocean, but this is a man made lagoon that you share with water craft, so no real ability to swim much, and water is cloudy given people, tide and jet skis. So while pretty look at, there is not much interest in going in the water except to cool off. (We stayed at Hotel Fleur D’Epee for one day a week after we got off the boat, and those grounds, pool and location were overall better, however food was quite lacking in quality). ||We had dinner that evening at the restaurant on site and it was excellent. Every course was fantastic, and the service was also very good. ||Our ocean front room was basic and dated, but generally fine.
