We have already been at this restaurant during a previous stay and loved everything (especially the excellent quality of food). So we decided to return. Unfortunately our experience was very mixed this time. While service and location continue well, the quality of food is no longer the same. The starters (pâté en croûte de volaille, tempura de queues de crevettes) were still tasty and good, the dessert (fondant au chocolat noir) even excellent. But the main dishes were just disappointing. My fish (filet de Saint-Pierre rôti) was ok, but in terms of taste/spices simply boring. My wife's beef (onglet de boeuf Angus) was a complete disaster. First it came almost raw (extremely bloody) without the service even having asked for her preference. After our complaint, it returned totally dry, chewy and hard bitten. In addition, the whole dish was without any taste (no salt, no pepper, no spices). To be honest, this was probably the worst piece of meat of our life. We do not know if the cook had a really bad day but in a restaurant of that level/price this may not happen ...
