It's a crowded area ! In the summer ! So services will not be the greatest or the seats ! But they did they best We asked for a burger ! Salad and chicken ! The good in general was good and tasty The prices also was not super expensive taking in consideration the place and location ! Didn't notice any pizza in the menu ! Kids liked it I like the coffee more ! The ice creamer also was great ! Maybe if you visited the place in different times. They be more attention to details or service ! But in general it's a good option and much better than other places I have been there at the same location !

A delightful restaurant with lovely staff. The food was delicious and particularly local Savoie cuisine. Recommended. 😀

While on a visit to Annecy, as usual, decided to have an early lunch before the restaurants got crowded. Chose Le Cuisine des Amis as they had several “plat du jour” which caught our interest. Ordered the Bouillabaisse de Cabillaud and local fish in cream sauce. Not even 15 minutes after we sat down, the crowd at the des Amis and nearby restaurants began to swell. Lucky us. The Bouillabaisse was very good. Fish was fresh. Taste of the accompanying sauce was a good combination. Despite Annecy being very popular, surprisingly most restaurants quoted reasonable prices. Been lucky so far where meals are concerned. Food God (if there is one) must be smiling down on us. 😁. Thank you.

To our luck this place was open to serve food at around 4:30pm. Which is unusual for many restaurants in the area. They close their kitchens between 3 pm - 6pm. We placed our order, but we noticed the man who took our order wasn't pleasant or for some reason unhappy. Although we asked upfront if they can serve us food and he said yes. We asked for the Wi-Fi password, he said yes we have Wi-Fi, but then he just walked away.. The food was good, and the prices are not too expensive, our lunch costed us approximately 40 euros for 2 persons.

Service is ok. I had the Lamb, and it was not good, potatoes and sauce were good. My wife had the cod. Not as advertised, and came as more of a red sauce. Our neighbors sandwiches looked great, maybe we just ordered the wrong thing (questionable).

Great evening, delicious food, friendly service. I will go back to Annency and this bistro.

We had the set lunch for 15.50€ and menu enfant at 10€, it was very good value for what we got. Service was quick and cordial, we got our water even before ordering. Wine by glass start from 4€. It was a lovely meal a street away from the touristic side and highly recommended.

The place is sad, the atmosphere is very cheep. The food for me was fine, but my partner got sick after the lunch in this place. We had to stay at the hotel and not have a nice evening. Not recommend.

I only gave this place three stars based on the fact that the waiter pissed me off to no end. Its the one thing I HATE about France and it happened to me AGAIN. This place had a menu of the day, plus a list of appie type things like soup and salad, a fish section, meat section and dessert section. I wanted to order a soup and a fish entree and he told me it was NOT POSSIBLE. Why? who the hell knows, the soup was listed with a price and the fish was listed with a price. Its my pet peeve about France, why cant I order what I want to order. He told me I could only have a meal and dessert which is ridiculous. Its something I miss about the USA, If I walked into a place in the USA they would let me order one of every item on the menu and anytime of day as long as I pay. Needless to say I ate the fish, and its the white fish that is typical to the lake, starts with an F and I forget the name. It was served with a vegetable saute and a piece of potato and they brought a bowl of rice. The fish was perfect as well as the butter nut sauce, the vegetables were delicious as well as the potato, even the rice....boiled white rice, but topped with olive oil and parsley so it wasnt so blah. I did enjoy the meal overall, but I really wanted the crab soup!!!
