Setting is a 12th century wine cellar. Ambience is cozy but well lit. For a business dinner it was perfect. There’s a seating fee per person, but the wines and the food are reasonably priced.

Really, really good quality food and exceptional service. Certainly is the level of a 1 star restaurant but in a nicely relaxed and welcoming environment. Note the €31 cover charge per person, as the food prices are (relatively for this level of cooking) ridiculously cheap. Thoroughly recommended.

LE BISTRO DE LA DAME was a random discovery and just an amazing experience! Great way to discover the cuisine of Chef Laurent Perriguey from the gastronomic restaurant La Dame D’Aquitaine! Fantastique bistronomie concept and cannot recommend enough to go for their unique diner menu of 4 starters / 3 mains / 3 desserts! Next time i come will test their lunch menu!

Not great. The quality of the food was sub-par. The monkfish was allright but the vegetables tasted like they could have been cooked five times. Quality of the foie gras not great. The smoked lamb starter was ok. The Borgougne beef was too dry. Rabbit ok but also dry. The chocolate dessert was good, the creme brulee boring. Our main waiter was good but had too many tables and the other two did not help out much. The manager pretty much stared at the computer screen all night and did not help out even though it was necessary. The decor of the place really needs an upgrade. Could have been an unlucky visit, but we would not come back to this place. Bill ended up at 170 euro for three people (2 adults) which it is not at all worth. We let the staff know, but they did not do anything else byr make an apology. Even added 10% service charge automatic when they knew we where really unhappy.

The jardin of the Dame: The place to be in Dijon (Off chart) The Gambas "service" was outstanding, the vino (Rosé de Marsannay) out of this world, the sardines , Whoaa!, Dessert ( long time I did not have home made one) and the service FIRST Class. The bill more than raisonnable (going back very soon), But don't go if you are noisy !!! Je recommande. Pascal

Google
Wonderful experience. If you are not French, spend a bit of time talking with the staff to understand the menu and the experience the chef has created. And enjoy some of the fine local wine.

The price (over-priced) does not match the quality (average). The wine list is impressive, even the wines sold by the glass are good quality (expensive as well for 12 EUR for a glass of red wine).

Yelp
Don't go !! Unaware that they charged $70 Euro in addition to their daily menu. . what a rip off! save your money. Greed at its best ! Go somewhere else Dijon offers better!

Yelp
Great food and great service. Ask them about wine pairings -- they're MAGICIANS. If you ask for a glass of whatever they have available, they roll over a cart of wines to your table and explain each to you. I tried a glass of each of their reds, 3 in total (don't judge) and they were all fantastic. Make sure they know what you're having for your main course and they'll hook you up with a wine that goes with it perfectly. Though I will say on the downside the lights were a bit too bright and the decor a little weird and oddly futuristic.

Yelp
Food and atmosphere was awesome BUT they charged us 30 ea for the service charge on the bill. WTF! I maybe it was because we just ordered appetizers and a good bottle of wine so they needed to make it worth their while to stay open for the lunch hour hour for us.

Yelp
Great atmosphere under the streets of Dijon with cathedral like vaulted ceilings. An unparalleled wine list and top notch service make this place stand out. I had the tornados de boef with a bonne mare grand cru- awesome. The presentation of the dishes is as stunning as the food itself. Have to try if you are in Dijon.

Yelp
There was a private party in the main dining room so we got to eat in the wine tasting cave next door which was intimate and fun. The food was superb- the foie gras lasagna dish is in my top 10 best things I've ever had. Our server, Miguel was so kind and helpful. Overall a great dinner- well worth the price if you are in Dijon.

Yelp
Gave this a lot of thought. A beautiful location in the vaulted cellar, but lit like an operating theatre, destroying the ambiance. The food was beautifully presented, but somewhat bland. The service was indifferent. I think this restaurant is coasting on its location and perhaps its reputation. There are much better options within walking distance in Dijon
