La Danta Salvaje - Costa Rica nature preserve

One of the most amazing experiences of my life - beautiful location, excellent hiking/swimming/scenery, great rustic accommodations (plus hot water for showers!!!). Fantastic hosts/guides that really know the area (options for moderate to challenging hikes, share info about flora and fauna). This is a must trip for anyone looking to experience nature to its fullest!!

I did this tour in 2018, and I can't believe I never left a review! This was an incredible tour I would recommend to all! Despite the airline losing my bag and having to do this in one outfit for the whole time, I still wouldn't change a thing. The hosts were so gracious and had a wonderful time.

One of the most amazing trips of my life! Can’t say enough about the natural beauty, amazing guides in David, Jose & Bernardo. This trip should be on everyone’s bucket list. Definitely will be back again!

4 journées inoubliables à la Danta! Ce fut l’expérience la plus authentique que nous avait fait au Costa Rica. La nourriture, le lodge, le guide.. tout était parfait. Le peu d’animaux présents dans la jungle lors de notre séjour a largement été compensé par les magnifiques rivières et cascades dans lesquelles nous nous sommes baignés! 10/10

Merci pour cette parenthèse au bout du monde, ou nous avons découvert la luxuriance des différents milieux de la forêt tropicale. Merci à José notre guide si attentif et compétent tant sur la faune que sur la flore. Sans oublier Bernardo, l'intendant efficace, qui mijote de bon petit plat, qui nous attendent à notre retour de balade.
