Unbeatable location with beautiful view right at the Basilica. I have been about 5 times over two years and the food, drinks and service have been amazing. Also fantastic for people watching. In terms of the high prices others have mentioned, I guess I didn't notice as I'm from Vancouver, Canada so these were normal prices to me, lol. As for the 'poor service' and tipping issue, my husband is Hungarian so we were treated well and didn't run into these issues. Case in point, during our last visit we did not have extra tip added to the bill but overheard the Brit family next to us did. Cost of being a tourist I guess.

Great experience! They welcomed us with big smile and took care of our coats with no delay. We were here three of us for steaks 🥩. Server Marcello explained us how things work with steak selection and soon Chef was there personally to cut steak in front of us. Steaks were delicious. We had ordered cocktails and those were good too. Ms. Bibi, personally made sure that the front house staff is taking care of us. She is a gem.

Yo my boy Almos was there for me and my crew. I love him and he hooked me up with the best burger I have ever had. Shit had me creaming to the beat you know what I mean. My friend thought he was very attractive too!

La Fabbrica is in a great location with a really good atmosphere. There is an outside terrace which we took full advantage of on a sunny evening and a lovely inside restaurant too with gorgeous interior. The outside terrace looks onto the St. Stephen's Basilica which is a bonus! Our server Carmen was really friendly and kept on top of everything during our dinner. The only thing that stood out as a negative was that the Carbonara was slightly too salty for my liking but still lovely. We had a lovely time and we will definitely be back!

Everything was good but special thanks to Almos the waiter, he was so kind and friendly, always a smile on his face and very patient 🫶🏼 the food was good (the shrimps were a bit salty though), cocktails are good also thanks guys for the nice service which is rare in Budapest ✌🏼

Nice decor, watermelon vegetarian soup was delicious, but the aubergines with cheese was raw and not cooked properly, bit disappointing.

Don’t go if you are on a budget. Will be an expensive night. In terms of staff and food, It was good and people were really paying attention about the details and everything we needed on the table. Some effects on the food (dry ice on the antipasti platter) that didn’t bring much except that it is instagrammable. The food looked exactly like in the picture which is a really nice detail as you get exactly what you saw. Not sure if I will recommend as this a bit overpriced restaurant. We were two and sure we took alcohol but the bill was around 200euros which are big cities prices With a lot of service charge added to it. More than 20%. On top since you are a tourist they can ask you to put more which is a tricky way to get even more.

We had a great time. Roland helped us a lot and he was so friendly. He helped us to choose and was so quick in getting our orders. He helped us also when we picked something we couldn’t eat and changed it for us. The food was great and the ambience is awesome. Thank you Roland, you made our dinner experience amazing.
