Google
Beautiful place with a great and very friendly service. Be aware that it might be busy in weekends and waiting time can be longer than expected. The food was really good, tasted fresh. The toast with burrata & aubergine was really good, but there was fennel mixed with curry on top of it, which combined were a lot of different tastes mixed that didn’t really complement each other. On the other hand, the Royal Eggs were amazing!

Lovely staff, just wish I spoke French to make the experience easier for everyone. But alas, a time was still had. My friend and I were pleased with the overall vibe of the place. It felt very relaxed and easygoing, people were reading in the park nearby, children were at play, elderly couples walked hand in hand. The weather was also amazing, so we sat outside. It was like something out of a movie. What I wasn’t pleased with was the food. That was partially my fault because we arrived somewhat late on a Sunday afternoon (it was 1 PM), so unfortunately a lot of the selections were sold out.

Super fun location, with fun food and mediocre service. You pay mostly for location, food was not overwhelmingly good. We went for a small brunch, and as we didn’t make a reservation, we could not sit inside, despite the weather was quite chilly (our mistake ofcourse). The service was quite slow and we had to wait rather long on our food, but it was overall a nice brunch. When you have time, a great place to grab a coffee or to have a bite - but you will go for the location rather than the coffee or food.

July 2024 5* Visited the place with colleagues for team lunch. Unfortunately it was raining and we could not enjoy outdoor too much. The restaurant is nice and good is amazing. You can good vegetarian options so if you vegetarian, you can order veg burger.

This place has a lot of potential; the location is amazing, with a nice park in the back that is ideal if you have kids and want to enjoy a coffee. The building has a very nice atmosphere although inside it gets very noisy already when half full. Unfortunately, the food is really non that great but what is worse is the service: an absolute low even for Brussels standards, borderline rude at moments. Maybe yeah... Just get there for a coffee while you enjoy the park, but get your brunch somewhere else where you have better chances to eat well and feel welcomed.

Spacious place that can host a ton of people. Service is very fast. Space gets quite noisy when busy. Food is good although a little pricey. Space is very cute. Good for dates when the weather allows you to sit outside.

The coffee was quite average at best, and the service, too. However, the view and atmosphere are fantastic, you're surrounded by trees and greenery. If you're not too fussy, you can enjoy quiet time in nature. The food looks better (at the other tables) than the drinks, but haven't tried it. Apparently the brunch is popular. So, maybe go for everything but the coffee. 🙂

Absolutely fantastic. Their juices are delicious and the breakfast is very freshly made. I can recommend the chicken bites, which were spices really well and are a great addition. They were fully booked from 11:30pm on that Saturday, but we got to spend a good hour there. They were friendly enough to say that they'd figure something out if we needed a few minutes longer.

Yelp
Very beautiful aura, and everyone seemed to be having a relaxed time. The food was an 6/10 for me, wasn't the best.

Yelp
Yelp is asking me what I liked about "La Fabrique en Ville". Well, let me state what I like. First: it's seldom that I rate a place 5 stars out of 5. I like idyllic places. Hidden getaways in a busy city center-where at times its density can feel suffocating- that feel like crossing over the closet and stepping into the world of Narnia. You open your eyes and lay them on this beautiful Parc that feels like your garden on a sweet afternoon in warm August. You're having the reception of your dream: stylish, with a hint of cottage core to add some personality into it. You're in another place, a sweet fantasy that is so rare to find in Busy Brussels. I warmly invite you to try "La Fabrique en Ville" out: for a delicious brunch or maybe just a coffee. It's rare to find places that look and feel so good that you might not even care how the food tastes. It's even better to be surprised and find that the food does, indeed taste good.

Yelp
I'm not a big bruncher but my family took me out for father's day and it was really enjoyable, especially since we could sit outside on a warm day. The deal - unlimited buffet for 29 EUR for adults (1 drink included), 12 EUR for kids (no drinks) - is nice, if a little spendy. There's a good mix of sweet and salty. The space isn't really set up for the lines it generates, and this particular mix of Europeans doesn't do a great job of "queueing", as it were. The line for the omelet/crepe station can get particularly testy, be forewarned. All of the little brunchy things - the meats plate, the cheese plate, fresh breads - are all top-notch. Service is friendly and attentive.

Yelp
Wow. It's been a really long time since I've been so equally disappointed and upset with a place, but today's brunch at La Fabrique was just terrible. First off, the wife and I had been really looking forward to going out for brunch here since we discovered it during lockdown. We made a reservation, and when we arrived we faced our first issue... My name was already scratched off the list of expected guests. Luckily we were about 10 min early, and it wasn't full yet... But had it been, oof, I'm glad we didn't have to deal with that. Once seated, the wife ordered our brunch courses. Now, the menu offers a "First Sart" followed by a second and then dessert. We order our first and second sarts, planning to order cocktails when the food arrived. Then the second issues arose. My wife ordered a small bottle of Spa to which they brought the larger and more exspensive bottle of Bru. We ordered the Spa, not because of price but size... So when she told him that wasn't what she ordered, the dedicated drink deliverer person disappeared again to get the correct water. To start my wife got the baguette with jams and I got the baguette with charcuterie and cheeses. The jam was not as advertised. It said the jam was red berry and instead was some pineapple or banana jam thing... Then the unappealing poop scoop of some indistinguishable nut butter, which they never took the time to describe... And lastly a caramel sauce? Like... Why? My cheeses were fine, though they kinda skimped on the meats, but for 8€? Nah. My wife joked, "I hope they don't bring everything out at once," and I said, "Why would they? It says first, second, it wouldn't be logical." Well... I'm sure you can guess where this is going... Not two minutes after our first... Here came our second! The server, seeing we had little room on the table, as we were still eating the bread and spreads/cheeses/meats, plopped it down anyhow. No bon appetit, no enjoy your meal. Nothing. Plop and go. So there we are, our food getting cold, not finished with our first. So so disappointing. Oh and the food? Not good. I ordered the Mille-feuille de porchetta, which evidently comes with a glue sauce, over powered with pepper served on a stale pastry. The wife got the Œufs Royal, which appeared the have poached eggs that had been sitting under a warming lamp. Oh, and on top of this IT WAS COLD BECAUSE THEY BROGUHT IT OUT BEFORE WE WERE EVEN FINISHED WITH OUR FIRST SART! We had even planned on getting carrot cake and cocktails and in the end just decided to leave. The service was terrible. No one asked me about my meal. The girl bussing the table tried to take my coffee before I was finished... Just awful in so many ways. For a place that boasts, "Brunch is our religion,"... Shame. Just, shame. Don't come here. Sure it's in a nice park, and a nice setting and it's "brunch" but you're better than this.

Yelp
Best all-you-can eat brunch in Brussels for years. We have been coming here for long now - but this is my first review. Good selection of meals, cheeses and sweets for a brunch place. Sadly, the staff has a notoriously high turnover so there is always this awkward discussion of what they can and cannot do (regarding a child's food and drink intake) and then settling on the same (reasonable minimal charge as long as they behave and don't waste food). Child friendly setting overall, with a little playhouse upstairs! Conveniently located to go for a stroll afterwards in central touristic areas in case you have visitors - or if you're the visitor yourself.

Yelp
So first and foremost Brunch is at 29€ for adult and 12€ for children ( no drink). Went there today(sunday) with my wife and son. There was no way I could not have my son not to pay for the brunch (as he doesn't eat much) the waitress stating she "had to charge me" for my son... so we went away, saving 70€ for Brunch... and went for a great chinese instead accross the street for 35 €.... Familly friendly ? No. Nice staff though, nice place although very noisy. Up to you really, hope the food is fantastic for this price because that's the price of a very good restaurant meal and not a buffet!!!!!!!

Yelp
Love this place! Great for a drink/snack during a warm/sunny day, and also for weekend brunches!

Yelp
The location is vey nice and staff very friendly, but the food just isn't that great, the salads and meats are quite bland and the omelettes and crepes very average. The only good points were the cheeses and cakes. It's a great place to meet someone for a coffee but the brunch is just not worth it (also a bit pricey at 29€).

Yelp
Especially lovely on a warm day when you can sit outside on the terrace. A bit pricey to have a full brunch, but a one-round brunch option (€13) is actually excellent in most cases. Good service, and food was good.

Yelp
This café is located very nicely in a small park in the heart of Brussels. The Sunday brunch was very busy with many families. You can get a wide range of food such as quinoa salad, fruit salad or freshly made eggs and even yummy cake. The atmosphere is cozy and the waiters/waitresses are helpful and friendly. I would recommend having brunch there. What I do not like is the fact that the café advertises itself as being "100% family friendly" and unfortunately, I cannot agree with that completely: 1. The upstairs area (that's where the children's play room is) is unsafe for children. Although there is a railing, it is open, so that small children could easily crawl through it to a 3 meter drop - so dangerous! There should really be some glass covering this railing... 2. There is no changing table! 3. There is only one high chair! Nevertheless, the outside area is fantastic and this café has just opened so they now have the chance to upgrade their equipment.

Yelp
surprised by some of the other reviews. this was an outstanding experience. maybe the great weather helped, but staff were attentive and the food was outstanding. best glasses of house wine we've had in Belgium. portions are large, plenty to share.

Yelp
This has been a terrible experience! I went there for a brunch last week. I booked in advance to make sure this would be a nice and relaxed experience despite the business of the place. It was terrible! We arrive at the booked time, had to wait 10 mins in a drafty doorway pushed around by waiters until the person in charge of booking came to seat us down. Once there, she claimed that the booking was for 30 mins earlier - which was not true- and that the table had been given away to someone else. After insisting, we got sat down on table 'as a favour'. One of the chairs collapsed under one of us, which didn't provoke as much as an apology from the staff. The waiters were nice but completely overwhelmed by the number of people there, not to mention the poor lady cooking things on demand who was on her own trying to cater for a huge amount of people. For the 30 euros the place charges, I found the food very very average, only the cakes were nice, not to mention the fact that you get ONE drink included. If you have coffee to wake up, you have to pay your juice on top. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a relaxed Sunday morning....
