I loved this restaurant! The service was great and the food was delicious. The food is clearly marked so you know what you’re trying. I loved every mouthful.

We went during happy hour (3 to 6 p.m.) and everything was €12.90. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was very pleasant and air-conditioned.

Normally I hate all you can eat buffets. You see people who shouldn't eat a lot, stack their plates fuller than is healthy for them. But here it works. A buffet full of healthy low/no fat or sugar in a very colourful environment full of quirky, smart things. Such as recycled plates, jus de pommes bottles repurposed a wine caraffes. Formidable!

No wait, easiest healthy and affordable meal available in Toulouse! I can see why it’s been recommended everywhere and by everyone!

High quality food with very good service and a cute atmosphere, tucked away from the crowds.

Just had a wonderful (and reasonably priced) meal with a mixed buffet of salad, soup and tarte (“quiche”) and dessert selections. The owners and staff spoke fluent English and were kind and helpful. Sat outside at tables on Rue de Puits Vert in the center of Toulouse and enjoyed the evening immensely!

Excellent vegetarian/vegan restaurant. I was here after ten years, but they are still great. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. We had sans souci menu, all courses plus apero and tea/coffee. The meals were marked, which were vegan. Cold salads were tasty, four different quiches, one of them was vegan version. I can recommed it.

Yelp
Food is good not great. But it is a fully vegetarian menu which is tricky to find. Great service, good bar.

Yelp
La Faim des Haricot Rouge is an vegetarian restaurant (!) which makes me so happy because as an vegetarian, I always hesitate where to go eat or I cross my fingers to find vegetables where I am eating. So it's a great restaurant for people like me who loves vegetables. They have a unlimited salad, quiche bar and a soup station. And also a desert station (!) Place is pretty easy to find if you are coming from the Capitol place, its on the Puits Vert Street which is one of the parallel streets near the Esquirol Metro Station. They have couple of menu offers that you can select. For example if you just want to get salad bar : you pay around 11 Euros or Salad bar plus Soup station is only for 12 Euros. The great thing about this restaurant is; that after you choose what you are getting, it's unlimited. The decor is pretty and its convenient for big groups or families. The staff is nice and always smiling. I highly recommend this cute little restaurant if you are looking forward to eat vegetables.

Yelp
Being in Toulouse means great food whatsoever! This place is hidden at the end of a small road and it offers great and fresh food for a very good price. There is an all you can eat buffet with tasty and fresh food! I tasted all the salad offered and the quiche! Just go and enjoy the food!!!

Yelp
One of my favourite restaurants in Toulouse. It can be quite hard to find a vegetarian place, with good vegetarian food. But here you have a buffé with lots of options. I usually pick the Salade + tartar + dessert. For 3 choises it's the price 13 euro, which is good. Because you can eat as much as you want from it. (Same price during the nights). It's central and cozy. Staff is friendly. The only minus that this restaurant have, is the selection of the desserts.

Yelp
A vegetarian oasis in a sea of bread and meat. By this point in our trip, I had just about had enough of white bread and cured meat. We actively sought out vegetables and salads. Heck, I love cheese and I was just about cheesed out at this point. Enter La Faim des Haricots. La Faim des Haricots was so good that my wife and I ate here two nights in a row during our stay in Toulouse. Here's how it works. You have the following five choices: 1. All-You-Can-Eat salad buffet 2. AYCE quiche buffet 3. AYCE dish of the day 4. AYCE soup of the day (winter only) 5. AYCE dessert buffet/ice cream If you take: 2 choices out of the 5, the price is 11€ 3 choices the price is 12€ 4 choices the price is 13€ If you select all of the choices, the price is 14€ Our first time there, I went with 4 choices, as the soup wasn't available. My wife went with three I believe. It was good, but I really keyed in on the buffet and the quiche. THe dessert and the dish of the day were forgettable. The salad and quiche, however, were delicious and just what the doctor ordered. I liked to mix the curry rice with hummus. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. To top it off, like many places in France, you can get a bottle of house red, white, or rose for less than 10 euros. Bottom line, its some very tasty veggie food for a low price. If you've overdosed on heavy food, give this place a shot.

Yelp
My boyfriend went here with his mother a while ago, and told me how amazing this place was, so as soon as I was back in Toulouse with him, we definitely gave it a try. France is not exactly a vegetarian-friendly country. In PARIS, we spent over half an hour looking for a restaurant with a single vegetarian entree. So, I was really hoping this place would hit the spot, since places like this aren't exactly in abundance here. It really did not disappoint. Jarrod already laid out the prices (although if you want, you can do just one of the AYCE buffets for 10€), and we were honestly surprised at how good what would be an entire bottle of wine was for just 7€. I got the salad bar and the quiches, and my boyfriend got that plus the dessert bar. It was just so nice, having so many fresh and delicious vegetable options. It is ridiculously hot in Toulouse during the summer, so eating hot entrees tends to not hold much of an appeal for me. You can tell that this place is also popular with locals, because by about 8pm on a Wednesday night, the place was PACKED. The only real downside is that if they do have A/C (I'm assuming they do since they kept the door closed), it doesn't work great, and the place gets super crowded and kinda noisy as a result. We went just as they opened (at 7pm), so we missed a lot of the crowd, fortunately. It's something to keep in mind. But I know whenever I'm in Toulouse, I definitely want to come back here. AND I need to stress how reasonably priced this place is. So much fresh food for a relatively small amount in France, that's nothing to sneeze at. P.S. Try the hummus on their salad bar. It's seriously some of the best I've ever eaten.

Yelp
Lovely spot. Exciting find for any vegetarian travelling France. Delicious food and a cool alternative vibe. It is not too out of the way and some people were sitting out front in the alleyway. A real mix of people - groups and solo diners of all ages. I don't speak any french and they were lovely and helpful with little we could communicate.

Yelp
Went there with a group of colleagues on the suggestion of a local. Food was amazing and even the (non-vegetarian) remainder of the group couldn't stop talking about how good it was the next day. Quiche was out of this world and desserts were lovely. Definitely worth a trip and the buffet made it easy for a group.

Yelp
This was a recommend in our lonely planet and we were curious to go to a veggie restaurant in France. Based in the bustling old quarter of Tolouse down a little side lane it's in a tucked away setting adding to the feeling that you've stumbled onto a secret. Such good value, tasty and really friendly service. Don't keep it a secret - visit this place whether you are veggie or not...if you're on a budget it really is good value. 14 euros for four courses and that was pretty much all-you-can eat. The meal of the day was a delicous tagine but as well as that there were divine savoury tarts, salad bar, soup and too many desserts to choose from.

Yelp
The place is a great concept but I was not the biggest fan of all the food choices... they could improve the quality I believe.
