Lovely place to visit late night. Indoor can be a bit loud with so many conversations happening at the same time. A quieter outdoor patio is available with plenty of seats for a group or a private two seater tabletop for a more private setting. The staff was friendly and attentive to you making sure you are never thirsty. Management is super friendly and always give me thr sense of professionalism.

Great atmosphere, staff was very friendly! We tried the meat empanadas and they were tasty! Also, the charcuterie board was a very good size! They also had a great happy hour deal for two people, a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board - awesome deal! Would totally go again and would recommend

Charcuterie plate was average. Cheese was good. It should have included a tapenade or something for the dry bread. The olives and grapes were both not fresh. The wine was ok and service pleasant. Atmosphere hmm!!

Great chic libraryeske speakeasy like vibe. Free street parking in front of the establishment or behind. Servers were extremely attentive to our needs and very knowledgeable about the menu. I highly recommend getting the moscato. Beef empanadas. Patatas bravas. House red wine cabernet and beignets and tiramisu. I also dont feel rushed to leave after eating here. Total bill for a party of 6 was $400

It's the best restaurant in El Paseo. The food is fresh and tasty. Our waitress, the one with a pretty makeup, did a great job on the suggestions. We got Chicken Screws, Empanadas, Ahi, and beet salad. The blond girl did check on our table often. On Saturday night at 6 pm, there wasn't a single empty chair available. This place is doing really well.

We adore this place. It's one of the few places you can either go for drinks or have a nice dinner. The mushroom flatbread is perfect for vegetarians and is nightshade free. We like the pilot grigio or the Post and Beam cabernet. We love that ot stays open late. It does get loud later, but they installed baffling foam under tables and in ceiling corners, which helped. One of the few places open until midnight, but the kitchen closes at 9 or as soon as demand drops.

Incredible selection of wines for all palates and price points, with good tapas to share. Service was very attentive. Would definitely go back!

I want to give more stars, because I don’t believe that what I experienced is emblematic of the restaurant. But I do feel that it is possible for them to prevent others from having the same experience in the future, so here goes: It would be very helpful if purse hooks were installed under those high tables. It’s a cozy floor plan and there’s really not practical place for a person’s bag. When those hooks get installed… remove the chewing gum patrons have tucked away there. I am disgusted by grown people of any socioeconomic background who think this behavior is ok. But, it is none the less apparently quite common, regardless of your tax bracket. So, it falls upon the good folks working at La Fe to roll up their sleeps and snap on some disposable gloves, because I wish I was exaggerating, but in my exploration for a purse hooks, I lost count of how many wads of chewed gum my fingers found before I realized there were no purse hooks. Lastly, I ordered the Ahi stack and I am a fan of raw ahi. It wasn’t rancid, but it was stale and had that fishy taste fresh ahi doesn’t not. In an effort to mask this I believe they over salted and sauced the fish. I was hesitant to complain as I didn’t want to detract from my group’s experience but one of my party tried the ahi and piped up to our server on my behalf. While the server removed the dish from the bill her response was insulting as she clearly said we were mistaken about the freshness and must just not like their seasoning. I’m sorry, I’m not a child tasting broccoli for the first time. And even if I were to have an unsophisticated palette, it is really not a good move to assume a defensive line as a representative of the restaurant. We weren’t being loud or attempting to draw the attention of other patrons, so I was embraced and uncomfortable for the rest of the time we were there. But the other dishes looked lovely and everyone celebrated as we intended and I think the staff even changed the air conditioning settings to make one of our guests more comfortable which was lovely. They also gave the birthday girl a beautiful desert. So I hesitated to write this review, ultimately I did so because I honestly believe the team there strives to provide a wonderful experience for everyone.
