La Fragua II

Good, typically Spanish hotel located at the top of the white village of Trevelez. Rooms are basic but very clean. Staff attentive and friendly. Breakfast is in La Fragua I , excellent quality and value for money, serving staff superb, particular shout out to Molly and brother Lewis in the bar. Would definitely stay there again, loved the village and hotel.

A lovely hotel in a very special place. Very few foreign tourists. This is where the Spanish go. The hotel is fine. The vehicle access is awful fo contact the hotel directly for instructions. The rooms are large clean and functional. The pool is fine. Breakfast is good. Meals at the Meson de Fragua are excellent. A great place for a break.

Fragua II is a great hotel in Trevelez. The place is very well run. Our room is huge and clean with a beautiful terrace. Dinner (half board) was good. Breakfast was excellent. Service was first rate.

Absolutely loved my stay at the fragua II hotel. Will miss this amazing view of the montains from the room or the pool. So peaceful. Great service from the staff too.

Very much enjoyed our stay here! The rooms were very nice with great balcony. Breakfast had a wide variety of options including fresh orange juice. Only downside was the WiFi did not work in our rooms. Overall, really great place to stay.

Hard to find. They had parking but the getting there was very very awkward due to the narrowness. Park elsewhere. Booked for two nights but left after one.

Stayed in this charming little hotel as part of a group on a horse riding holiday. Firstly why have I never visited this part of Spain before, the town, the surrondings, the hotel are delightful. All very Spanish clean and comfortable with large rooms and great views and an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel. If you are touring Spain, walking or riding do stay here.

La Fragua is a charming family run hotel with clean, spacious rooms and great views. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was typical for the area (bread, meat, cheese, fruit etc) but of good quality. The hotel next door of the same name serves a wide range of delicious regional fare and is highly regarded locally. The perfect spot to catch some winter sun while having a drink and some tapas. Highly recommend to others. Note : Travelez is STEEP - once you arrive you may not want to leave the hotel for the remainder of your stay - and you don’t need to !
