Stepping into this charming restaurant in the heart of Barcelona was like entering a warm embrace. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through the menu with genuine enthusiasm. The atmosphere was vibrant and lively, filled with the chatter of happy diners enjoying their meals. The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with fresh flavors that tantalized our taste buds. The prices were quite affordable, making it a great value for the money. Overall, our experience at this delightful restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. The friendly staff, inviting atmosphere, and delectable cuisine made for an unforgettable dining experience that we highly recommend to anyone seeking a taste of true Barcelonan hospitality.

The food had great quality. You can really feel the freshness of the ingredients. Service was super quick and pleasant. I absolutely recommend the vegetable rolls, the Tortilla, pimientos padrón, the Eggs with Iberian Ham and the fried baby fishes. Those will not disappoint you, guaranteed. Spent 45€ for two people and was absolutely stuffed and we didn’t finish everything. So I’m sure you can have a great meal for even less!

A small restaurant in a side of one small street. Relaxed atmosphere. An ideal place to eat unplanned and in a hurry. The food is very tasty. Our order was varied and abundant, and we can say that everything was super tasty. The waitress was very kind, she really made an effort. Alone in a Restaurant full of tourists, but she made it all the way! In addition, we ordered a piece of chicken boiled without spices and salt for our pet - it was prepared and served to us with pleasure. Well done.

Google
Great Tapas. Waiter was extrmelely good at giving recommendations and the patatas bravas where to die for. Calamari was also great. Bread was a bit soft for me, but tasted well. Sangria was average. Would recommend going there again for the food.

Everything was delicious and fresh (without any problems), one of the best tapas that we had in barcelona. The service was very welcoming and friendly.

It's very hard to find a good one among so many businesses, but you really can't go wrong here! The lady who served us was very nice, she cared a lot about the customer's well-being. We ordered fried calamari, gyoza, chicken fingers and a Spanish omelette. Everything was very good and so was the beer on tap, well chilled. I can only recommend this business!

We enjoyed lunch here and overall left satisfied. We ordered fried calamari, pasta bolognese, noodles and salad. To drink we got a glass of wine(came in a bottle that normally in our country we serve water in our homes) and a craft beer. Service was not so good.

Yelp
Nice place, great service. Food was very quick to come out. Calamari is oiled and not fried. Still good, but not as good as fried. Just don't expect it to be fried. Servers were very nice.

Yelp
La comida aqui es deliciosa y a muy buen precio. 100% recomiendo este lugar para cenar. Llegué aqui a las 7 pm y no estaba lleno. Se llenó a empezar de las 8 pm.

Yelp
There was no wait when we arrived on Catalonia Day. We ordered a beer, fried baby squids, bomba from barceloneta, bread with tomato, octopus galican style, and steamed mussels. Pros: Get the octopus and bombas! These were so unique and so delicious! The octopus was probably one of the most tender I have ever had. Everything else was also super delicious. Additionally, the staff were very friendly. Cons: To my dismay, they were out of cuttlefish and razor clams, but the mussels recommendation made up for it. Pro tip: The women's restroom door gets stuck, so do not close it all the way shut. The lady in front of me had trouble getting out and started pounding on the door for help. (I helped her out, of course.)

Yelp
We came here after another option was full and another busy and were glad it worked out these way because the food and service was excellent. Bf asked about some bottled ales he could see in fridge (which are not on menu) and was recommended based on his stated preferences a local IPA which was actually an amber ale - perfect for him. Food wise we had extremely good pulpo a la gallega and bombas plus croquetas and, surprisingly, some gyoza! The place generally has a nice vibe, not least from the super friendly staff but also some nice not too loud music and attractive decoration. Recommended.

Yelp
Lovely place to eat lunch! I ordered two tapas and it was more than enough for lunch for myself! My friend ordered a sandwich and was full at the end. The staff was friendly and just let us be - typical for European countries. The prices were just right! €20 for two for lunch!

Yelp
Las bombas here are the bomb. I had two all by myself. I also loved the octopus Galician style. Everything we had tasted great. The servers were excellent and the restaurant was quaint and didn't look very touristy which is what we wanted. Met our expectations

Yelp
This is a true find in Barcelona. We had tried to go to a different restaurant close by for lunch, but they were closed so we happen to stumble on La Fresca and we're glad we did. Everything about the place was excellent. We had the bombas (delicious potato balls), croquettes (beautifully seasoned ham), patatas bravas (lovely potatoes with a spicy sauce) and the octopus (thinly sliced on potatoes). We completed this lunch with two glasses of vermouth. The entire meal was such a delight - capped off by our wonderful waiter. We would not hesitate to go back for lunch or dinner. It's a smallish place and very quaint with all the windows open that just serves to make the place even more inviting.

Yelp
Friendly staff but it baffles me how they can serve people food like this. We were served a plate of manchego cheese that was so dried out it was like plastic. The mussels were old, smelly, and could potentially make someone sick. Tomato bread was flavorless and limp. The octopus was not cleaned properly and I had to spit out a slimy black piece of guts. We left hungry.

Yelp
New to the neighborhood but worth a try. Nice staff and good burgers. Nice wine selection too!

Yelp

Yelp
If you are wandering around the Barcolenta, get off the beaten path and try this neighborhood gem for delicious tapas at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and welcoming and with enormous goblets of sangria to wash it all down we had the cous cous, black sausage, potato bombe, octopus, and coconut pudding (similar to flan). We didn't try the burger, but the man sitting at the table next to us ordered it and it looked huge and mouthwatering!

Yelp
Excellent tapas. Great drink selection. Clean and well organized. Service was superb.

Yelp
Found this place for lunch while walking the narrow streets of Barceloneta just behind the main thoroughfare. Had a very nice lunch with a couple of beers to wash down a very tasty burger with foie. Seafood tapas were pretty good and my kids liked their pasta selection. Staff were very attentive and friendly.
