The French cheese itself can make bread delicious without anything. After coming home, I ate bread only with the French cheese but it was far better than my sandwich including grilled meat and fried eggs. Futhermore, the French cheese shop staff, a French staff, was kind and bright, so I became happy due to his bright personality. I went to La Fromagerie Cheese Shop for the cheese, but I could’t resist grabbing a French sandwich too due to the staff’s bright personality. The sandwich price was reasonable and the most delicious sandwich in the world. I am falling in love with French food culture due to this experience!

Google
One of the most disappointing sandwiches I think I’ve ever had. The bread was stale and I do think that a ciabatta role is a questionable bread for a French cheese/sandwich shop to begin with. What’s wrong with using French baguette that is actually crispy? Moving on to the toppings… everything was just sad. The cornichons were chopped up so fine (and were barely there) that you couldn’t tasted them in a single bite. The butter tasted stale and old, like butter left in your fridge for a couple of weeks where the fat takes on the odors of everything around it. The cheese was not freshly cut which is disappointing for a French cheese shop. The Gruyère tasted staler than cheese you buy at Trader Joe’s or Costco. The ham was ok… but the flavor of it didn’t shine compared to anything else in the sandwich. I’m attaching pictures of my sandwich and then the sandwich they have posted online for their online ordering for reference. I also asked for something from their “charcuterie” section and asked for the ham to be thinly sliced. The shop worker brought a box of pre cut ham and just took thick slices from there. It wasn’t vacuumed sealed or anything so I question the freshness of taste. Disappointing for ham they charge $30 dollars a pound for. I wouldn’t recommend their sandwiches or charcuterie items. Maybe the cheeses that they actually cut fresh are good.

Google
Incredible store for all your charcuterie needs and good sandwiches to top it off. Got the Toulouse sandwich and it was a yummy light lunch. Great cheese, soft bread, yummy meat and the jam topped it off well. Overall, a lovely little store with friendly service.

My husband and I took a walk today and stumbled upon this gem! We were greeted by a very nice young college student from France that is here on study abroad. We had a nice conversation about being a business major in France and that he was here for 6 months to study business and learn the ropes of this business. He was very engaging and had such a nice personality. We talked about France and SF. We ordered the Parisian Sandwich ( I'm not a ham fan but had a delicious one in France). It was delicious and loved the arugula salad side. I can't wait to return and try other cheeses, etc.. We also loved that they hired a student from France. Can't wait to return and support a small business!

Google
I had the Parisien sandwich and LOVED it! Really appreciated the salad bc the arugula was super crisp and fresh. Definitely will be returning!

Google
So delicious the sandwich! The bread is toasted with olive oil, cheese is perfect, and the ingredients are so fresh. Great lunch options.

Google
Cute local cheese shop in the neighborhood. Perfect spot to grab a sandwich. They’ve got a great variety of cheeses, wines, and jams. The sandwich is made fresh and pretty fair pricing. Comes with a side of chips or salad. Would recommend trying!

July 2023: Tried three sandwiches: turkey, prosciutto and the ham. All were really tasty 😋. I like the bread 🍞 that they use. It's from Firebrand bakery. Worker was very friendly. Will definitely come back again for more delicious food.

Yelp
My friend recommended that I try the sandwiches here, and they did not disappoint! Came here on a Tuesday around 12:30 PM and there was only one person ahead of me. It's a shop with walls lined with wine bottles and a display case filled with a variety of delicious-looking cheeses. The staff are super friendly and offered me a sample of French cheese with cherry preserves, which was lovely and tart. I got the Toulouse Sandwich with arugula salad, and it was perfection! The ciabatta roll was so fluffy and light, and I saw that they also sell fresh ciabatta rolls inside by themselves. I loved the fig jam paired with the Manchego, and they added just the right amount of duck so that it didn't overwhelm the delicate flavors of the sandwich. They gave a generous portion of arugula in and outside of the sandwich as well, and I was very satisfied after. You have to try it if you can!

Yelp
A cute cheese shop that serves sandwiches. Tried out the Toulouse and Italian sandwiches. The Toulouse has smoked duck and figs, whereas the Italian has proscuitto and buratta. Sad to say, but the best part of the meal was the arugula salad. It was mustardy, sweet, and a little spicy. The sandwiches were not memorable. The duck meat was pretty good but eventually gets lost in the figs and fig jam. It was a very sweet sandwich overall. And the Italian was overpowered by the balsamic vinegar. The buratta was also not as creamy as I'd like. Also wished the ciabatta was a little toasted. Very nice workers, but not the best sandwiches, although they are pretty affordable for the area.

Yelp
La Fromagerie has remained a lunch staple for me for many years so this review is long overdue. First, I'd like to say I love the selection here and how knowledgeable they are on all their products. They are always very kind and friendly to any questions or request. I usually get the sandwiches or salads for lunch though. My favorite sandwiches are the provincal and the italian. Both are on their great bread that is airy with a great chew. Both have fresh ingredients. Both use minimal fillings as to highlight how great each product is. Inside is a cute French cheese shop with a robust wine collection.

Yelp
One of my favorite lunch spots in SF! I ordered pickup through DoorDash for a Toulese sandwich, which is a smoked duck breast sandwich with fig, and was almost immediately notified the sandwich was ready for pickup. However, I feel like the sandwiches are getting smaller and smaller over time :(

Yelp
I was walking around the neighborhood looking for an affordable apartment. Search was unsuccessfully - I'd need to sell a kidney to afford it. But hey, silver lining - stumbled into La Fromagerie. Needed some cheese therapy. This place is really cute and small, but don't be fooled... it has more cheese than a rom-com marathon. Seriously, the selection's insane. Cheese, wine, meats - all my vices crammed into one small shop. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! They could probably convince you to buy a wheel of Limburger even if you're lactose intolerant. Grabbed a couple new kinds of cheese, duck liver pate, and a can of white wine to eat with my gf. After a whole day of walking, this perfect snack revived us more than any rent-controlled apartment ever could.

Yelp
Came in for Raclette party ingredients and left *an even bigger fan* of this cheese shop. WOW, what great service from the gentleman who said he loved Raclette parties (didn't catch his name)! He assembled the right amount of Raclette and Morbier cheese, as well as Serrano and rosemary ham for us. Gave an excellent recommendation for a clean champagne to go with it (and dessert)! Threw in two jars of cornichons because why not?! Looking around the shop, it's a cute and quaint little space, packed with tasty delights, somewhat like the shops at Rue Cler. It'll make you want to be French (... and too bad I can't speak the language)!

Yelp
I've passed by this spot a number of times but just figured the name said it all. While I probably could devour a wheel of Parmigiana-Reggiani or more likely, squeeze a bottle of Cheez Whiz down my gullet, it didn't strike me that they actually served salads and sandwiches until I saw what I erroneously thought was a continuous parklet that accommodated diners of all the businesses in the area. However, I was tersely told by a server at the neighboring restaurant Ungrafted that I couldn't eat there. Never mind that it was the middle of the afternoon, they had no customers, and that I was almost finished with my sandwich. Forgive me for apparently I have sinned. However, the woman running the cheese shop was very patient as I reviewed their sandwich menu. I landed on the $12.49 Toulouse Sandwich which featured slices of smoked duck breast, manchego cheese, both dried figs and fig jam, and arugula, all between a wood-fired ciabatta bun. It came with a hearty side of arugula salad drizzled with a tangy mustard vinaigrette (photo: https://bit.ly/3RRvqan). I took my takeout lunch to a table that looked to be outside the shop, but apparently I was unforgivably mistaken by the Ungrafted server. In order to avoid further scolding, I walked a few blocks down to Crane Cove Park where I could sit at a picnic table without harassment. Like I said, I just had a few bites left, but I really liked the sandwich enough to consider coming back to La Fromagerie soon where I can have them convert a sandwich into a salad. Would I consider Ungrafted? Well, she could've been nicer. FOOD - 4 stars...a hearty, tasty sandwich with a whole lotta arugula AMBIANCE - 4 stars...compact shop surrounded by quality product SERVICE - 4 stars...well, I thought the woman at La Fromagerie was nice, the neighbor not so much TOTAL - 4 stars...a fine lunchtime find for sure RELATED - Exploring Dogpatch? Yelp
Great selections of cheese and wine. Love the attentive and friendly service. Asked a lot of questions about the cheese and knowledgeable salesperson was very helpful. Recommended the store to friends and family.

Yelp
Cute little cheese shop. Quite a few different cheeses available, cut to order. They have salads, sandwiches, meats and other food knickknacks to pair with their cheeses. Tons of wines on sale as well. Street parking.

Yelp
La Fromagerie is probably my favorite discovery since moving to dogpatch--they have a ton of cheeses, wines, & lunch sandwiches including my fave, the Toulouse (smoked duck breast, manchego, fig jam, dried figs, arugula, EVOO). This time I got the "Greatest Hits & Wine" box which included: Manchego La Fromagerie Double Cream Aged Gruyere Morbier Wafer crackers Fig jam Dried fruits + nuts Sauvignon Blanc & we added on a saucisson sec dry sausage Everything was so damn good it was the perfect assortment of cheeses & there was 1 lb of cheese total so my bf and I got full and still have a lot leftover! Definitely recommend taking out one of these boxes for date night/girls night!!

Yelp
More a 3.5? Cute cheese shop, pretty unique cheeses. The customer before us seemed to have a really strong relationship with the worker--really love to see that! However I went for a sandwich which was only alright. Expected something a bit fancier but everything was premade/cold and chips were very stale. Will update once I try their cheeses!

Yelp
Looking for gift ideas or a cute indoor date night? La Fromagerie has over 12 different gift boxes to choose from! If you want to get creative, you can also build your own charcuterie board! La Fromagerie offers FREE DELIVERY in SF and delivers all over the Bay Area! I had the Gourmet Cheese, Meat & Wine Gift Box. It was neatly packaged in a cardboard box at the right temperature. The meats and cheeses were carefully sealed along with a complimentary wooden board. Gourmet Cheese, Meat & Wine Gift Box is priced at $69.99. I enjoyed it with 2 other guests and the portion was just enough for all of us! Totally worth it! Gourmet Cheese, Meat & Wine includes: 0.25lb Prosciutto Di Parma from Italy 0.25lb Local Rosemary Ham 0.25lb Manchego from Spain Sheep's milk 0.25lb Double Cream Brie from France Cow's milk Olina Wafer crackers Greek Olives Mix Jar Bottle of Red Cotes du Rhone Cicada High recommend checking them out!

Yelp
A1 customer service! I last minute decided to go on a picnic date in SF and had no time to prepare my own charcuterie board. Luckily my boyfriend found La Fromagerie online. They had the option of ordering online and picking up in store. Unfortunately the website wasn't letting me do same day pick up, so I called the cheese shop, placed an order via phone and picked up in just 1.5 hours (which was perfect because we were coming from the South Bay) The man at the shop was very sweet and welcoming. You could tell that he really enjoyed his job. We ordered the Happy Hour Meat & Cheese board for $49.99. It wasn't anything too crazy, something I could have made myself if I had the time. But for the convenience of things, it was worth it. The crackers they gave weren't the exact ones in the photo online but it was still really delicious! It was also a perfect portion for a party of 2. Would recommend to anyone planning a picnic or event and just don't have the time to whip something up yourself.

Yelp
I've been a long time fan of La Fromagerie for their catered sandwiches. My favorite is the Le Toulous with smoked duck, fig, and arugula. I recently tried a cheese & charcuterie platter here and loved that as well! The presentation is on point, they use quality ingredients, and I feel the price is reasonable given the generous portions. They also sell a good selection of imported wine and beer. Pair with some of the grazing boxes, and you are picnic ready!

Yelp
I was introduced to La Fromagerie because of work, and I am thankful for it. We do a lot of staff lunches and client meetings, and we come here often because the staff is so amazing and friendly, and their food is to die for. My personal favorite is the Toulouse sandwich. The smoky duck combined with the fig jam is the perfect combination of savory and sweet, and we also buy their charcuterie and cheese boards. I stopped by this weekend because I had to run some personal errands, and I went out of my way to come here because it'd been a while since I had a Toulouse. It's a small, unassuming place, but it's packed with amazing cheeses, my favorite of which is the brie fermier. Whether if it was Tom, Thomas, Aymeric, or Aldin, everyone here is top-notch. I can't stop recommending them.

Yelp
One of the best cheese shops in the BaY Area. Due to Covid I can only order online but the cheese has a two day turnaround. Amazing, right? We ordered one of their cheesw gift boxes that make with three cheeses, honey, wafer cracker, honey, and fig spread. Was a huge hit at my holiday party for the fam. Our three cheeses were: humboldt fog ( from Cyprus grove) , cheddar Cabot, and Toma from point raise. The goat cheese (humboldt fog) was by far the best! I loved it so much so glad I got two trays! Highly recommend especially with the ease of ordering online

Yelp
OVERALL: Great cheese shop with multiple locations in SF. Tons of interesting and unique products and cheeses. They also do catering, grazing boards, and create their own charcuterie boards. FOOD: In addition to all of their products, they have some set boards you can choose from. They also have a beer & wine selection. I got the vegetarian board, as well as a couple cheeses from their case, some special crackers, and a salami. Everything is artisan. The board was prepared beautifully. The vegetarian board comes with three cow's milk cheeses, one sheep's milk cheese, a fig jam, and some artisan crackers. It is served on a board that you can keep. SPACE: The space is small but it's filled with a ton of interesting products as well as a cheese case you can pick items from. SERVICE: Staff is friendly, helpful, and quick to fulfill orders.

Justin C.

Yelp
Guy gave good recs based on what we asked for and cheese was yummy. They had some other goods like crackers and meats that were convenient. Niche beverage selection as well but we did not partake.

Yelp
Best cheese shop! Reminds me a lot of the wine & cheese shops in Paris. The staff is super welcoming and knowledgeable. Service is amazing here. I've also catered for company lunches and happy hours and they never disappoint. All the ingredients for their sandwiches and salads are super fresh, light and tasty. They're flexible and reliable and quick to respond. They were able to cater last minute (day before) orders and personally deliver it themselves. Don't forget to ask for samples before you buy!

E Y.

Yelp
I called this store and they said they delivered gift boxes within San Francisco. I went there and ordered a gift box for my friend's birthday, and the guys at the store said they would put all of the items in a nice gift box before delivering. They also said they would call either me or the person receiving the gift to let us know it was there so that the cheese wouldn't spoil. I paid extra for delivery and gave a generous tip. But they just put it in a grocery bag and left it on her doorstep. They did not try to call me or my friend at all. My friend found this mysterious paper bag with cheese and other items, but has no idea when it arrived. When I called the store just now to ask about it, the guy played dumb and gave me the runaround. Too bad my friend will have to throw all of that cheese away!

Yelp
We ordered the Gourmet Meat, Cheese and Wine assortment and the quality was stellar! The entire cheeseboard came dressed in an impressive box, including a bottle of wine. The store is a cheese-lovers dream, with very friendly staff members who are happily available to find cheeses that best suite your taste. The box came with two types of cheeses, including a Brie (my favorite)and Manchego. This is perfect as a gift, for a cute picnic or for date nights. I would definitely love to try their other cheeses as well!

Yelp
Phénoménal! Loved my experience with La Fromagerie. My boyfriend and I decided to host a raclette night with all our closest friends and wanted to have authentic raclette cheese and sides. We purchased several types of charcuterie, wine, raclette cheese, cornichons, and pate! Everything was amazing. They were even nice enough to throw in free bread loafs and macarons. The gentleman helping us was French and was extremely knowledgeable in raclette and the types of wines that go with it. Sadly, he said he was leaving to work in another French restaurant. He will be missed!
google avatar

Yelp
First time here Was warmly greeted by Samuel! He offered us to try a couple of cheeses, which we ended up getting. We got a sandwich was delicious. This place is great to explore different french cheeses. I would highly recommend coming here! Especially because the service is amazing. Thank you Samuel!

Yelp
La Fromagerie is a cute, little cheese shop! Here, you can purchase wines, cheeses, meats, jams, foods, and meat & cheese boxes (ordered ahead). The young, gentleman working in the cheese shop was super friendly and knowledgeable. He was super approachable and answered all of our questions. I got the Ultimate Cheese & Meat box. The box was absolutely stunning! It was colorful and everything in the box tasted fresh and amazing! The Ultimate Cheese & Meat box included Chabichou (Goat's milk), Manchego (Sheep's milk), Mimolette (Cow's milk), Double Cream Brie (Cow's milk), Serrano Ham, Chorizo Iberrico, Local fig jam, Grapes, Strawberries, Cherry tomatoes, Walnuts, Pear, Greek Olives, Kale, Honey. Wow! I am not a fig or jam person AT all, but the fig jam was delicious! It paired really well with the cheeses and meats. The boxes are great for picnics and parties. I absolutely loved it. I recommend coming here to pick up some meats & cheeses. Check online to look at all of their boxes! You will not be disappointed.

Yelp
I am reviewing from over here in Austin Texas, because of some stellar customer service I just received from this company. To help us celebrate our anniversary, good friends had a vegan cheese spread shipped to us. As you may know, Texas gets pretty hot. The single cold pack that was included with the shipment failed to keep my vegan cheese from melting on the way. The problem may be that this particular type of soft vegan cheese melts more readily than an actual dairy cheese would. We could not eat it, because we did not know how long it had been warm during shipping. Rather than sadden my friends, I contacted the company directly to let them know what happened. Within 90 minutes, they responded to let me know they were shipping out another gift box! With twice the cold packs. Really, I only expected them to replace the single affected cheese. But I certainly won't say no to more of the delicious fixings that went with the cheese. Succulent dried apricots, opulent Marconi almonds, yummy little pots of honey and jam. And the apologetic tone was so sincere and kind. This business has my full support now; the next time I'm in San Francisco I will be visiting in person. I can also highly recommend their gift box as a wonderful mail order gift to friends, although time will tell if summer is a workable time for such a gift down south! I will post a photo of the original cheese spread I created using their gift box, although the cheese you will see was purchased at a nearby grocery store, as a replacement. Thank you very much to Thomas Choffel and all the team.

Yelp
I finally got the duck sandwich and didn't just buy some cheese and wine, and it is delicious! I feel so extravagant having such an amazing and unusual sandwich for my lunch. Duck is maybe my favorite thing to eat and I love figs and arugula as well! So glad I finally got this. The ciabatta is nice and fresh and the cheese, of course, is delicious. I feel so lucky to live right down the street from this place!
google avatar

Yelp
I'm so happy that they deliver- especially during this quarantine period! Such an amazing charcuterie platter for a great price. They delivered it on time and I definitely prefer to order platters from here vs. shopping for my own spreads at Safeway (for the convenience AND quality/price). Everything was high quality and the wine paired with the board was amazing. Will definitely be ordering from here again. Not to mentioned, that picnics are such a fun and safe outdoor activity during these times. :) Follow my foodie IG lulugrubbies@ for more reviews!

Yelp
Popped in for a quick MealPal pick up and I am so delighted with my choice! This place is a gem. My husband had the Californien sandwich (turkey, arugula, avocado) and I got the Alps grilled cheese with Gruyère, Mediterranean chicken, and avocado with an arugula side salad. Both sandwiches were fresh, light, rich in flavor, and encased in perfectly baked bread. Will absolutely come back!
google avatar

Yelp
FWIW this is usually a great place that has a great selection of cheeses and very good sandwiches/service. However in the interest of public safety... The person working behind the counter at lunch on Aug 20 was not wearing their mask properly. (Below the nose) When I asked them to put the mask over their nose they responded by saying it was not a N95 mask. They then offered to to double mask arguing about the effectiveness and efficacy of mask. I replied that I was not there to argue and decided to have lunch elsewhere. This person could have adjusted their mask when I entered and could have adjusted their mask at my request. When they chose to argue I chose to leave. It's a pandemic, where your mask properly.

Yelp
They ran out of one of the cheeses I had ordered on DoorDash and sent me a different one free of charge after refunding the cheese they didn't have! Really nice of them. They didn't have to do that. Also the comté was delicious.
google avatar

Brianna J.

Yelp
For all of your cheese board needs, this is it! Quality products and a large assortment to choose from. Last Saturday, I picked up my "Happy Hour Gourmet Meat & Cheese Board" and it was delicious! There are also lunch options like their sandwiches and salads, which I hear are tasty as well. You can order through food delivery apps or directly on their website, but either way, you won't be disappointed!
google avatar

Yelp
Oh that was some fancy cheese on my fancy sandwich and now I am inspired to make a charcuterie board. Excuse me while I learn French as well
google avatar

Anthony T.

Yelp
Uh, did I really stop by a cheese shop just for a salad? You bet I did. So yeah... I'm just here to write a review for a salad (who thought this day would ever happen?) because it was surprisingly good. The La Mancha ($11.99) is a kale salad with figs, Manchego cheese, pears, sunflower seeds, smoked duck breast, and an apple cider & honey vinaigrette. The kale wasn't bitter and was nicely coated in the light/refreshing dressing, and the duck breast was tender. The cheese was the perfect touch of creaminess to balance out the healthiness of it all. I also just love fruit in my salads. I'd definitely come back to try their cheeses or one of the sandwiches. And beware: once you step in, you can definitely smell the cheese ;)
google avatar

Brian B.

Yelp
We got there very late in the day so they were out of bread. We had some amazing cheese and bought some crackers and it was fantastic. The French guy working there couldn't have been nicer. They also sell wine but do not sell wine by the glass. It would be cool if they could however there is only one small table in the shop so it really is a "grab and go" cheese, wine and sandwich shop. Based on charm, service and the quality of the cheese, an easy 5.
google avatar

Kevin C.

Yelp
A+ customer service. He's extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about cheese and helped me level up my cheese knowledge and palate. They have a pretty wide selection of cheese, let you sample cheese you might be interested in, and prices are relatively reasonable for a specialty cheese shop. Personal favorites include the brie fermier, gouda, mimolette, and conte. It does get busy during peak hours and lines can get long, but it's definitely worth the wait!
google avatar

Kristine P.

Yelp
This shop is adorable! Inside, you are surrounded with cheese and their wall of wines is mesmerizing. The lady at the front was very friendly as well. I got their meat and cheese platter. The presentation was so nice. When you open the box, it's filled with paper confetti and and everything is wrapped up nicely. It's a really nice board to get for family gatherings.
google avatar

Nancy F.

Yelp
Stopped by on a day they were supposed to be open and they were closed. I was not very happy.
google avatar

Tanay S.

Yelp
Some of the best cheese I ever had. The lady there was very friendly and generous with samples. All three cheese that I tried (gruyere, manchego, truffle gouda) were 10/10 and it gives me immense pleasure to snack on them. I will definitely be returning for more ;)

Yelp
Hands down the best thing about living in Dogpatch!! My husband and I have a weekly tradition of getting lunch here on Wednesdays--two Toulouse sandwiches with chips and salad on the side. We've also gotten custom cheese plates for New Year's Eve in the past. This year we are treating ourselves to one of their grazing boxes for the holidays. Great wine selection, jams, crackers, terrines, too! If you're going to a party or picnic, order one of the grazing boxes. Everyone will love you!!! Lastly, everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. Merci beaucoup!
google avatar

John H.

Yelp
I got one of their "greatest hits assortment" Patter. I was blown away. The quantity and quality of their assortment platters are absolutely perfect for a small picnic. Me and my friends are obsessed. This is officially our favorite place if we are seeking to make or get a chacuterrie board or a cheese platter. They have Multiple locations throughout SF, and you can also place an online order! Do not sleep on this place, 10/10 would recommend to any cheese lover.
google avatar

Matthew H.

Yelp
I love this cheese shop. They always have quality french cheeses and wines (often ones that aren't easy to find elsewhere). Prices are pretty reasonable although the range isn't as wide as you might find at a large deli or upscale grocers (mind you, there's always something you'll like). It's definitely worth a visit.
google avatar

Austin C.

Yelp
The perfect gift if you're going out with a couple of friends and want to share a charcuterie board! Got this and spent the day having a picnic with a couple of friends. Love that they don't skimp on anything, also have a ton of choices for wines and cheeses!
google avatar

Jennifer C.

Yelp
I was in the neighborhood and saw the cheese shop. I thought it might be nice to have a picnic! So I walked in. I am very new to cheese so I just mentioned I liked Brie. I got to sample the Truffle Tremor & Fromager D'Affinois. I liked them so much I got both cheese, Black Mission Fig Apricot, and crackers. I've been snacking on them all week that I might need to go back to get more for a proper picnic. ;) Parking is difficult in the area. The surroundings is lovely and peaceful. Service was very friendly and helpful. Will come back again!

Yelp
Quant French cheese/wine shop with the most delicious sandwiches in the Dogpatch. If you've ever had foie gras and wine in Le Marais, you'll get that feeling of nostalgia deep. I recommend grabbing a sandwich and some wine, walking over to the park next to Piccino's, and waste an afternoon. The staff is exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for recommendations with whatever you're looking to purchase.

Yelp
The Toulouse sandwich was the food highlight of my week! I've been meaning to try a sandwich from here and it did not disappoint. The style of sandwich took me back to my European travels; you can taste the quality of each ingredient used, from the bread right down to the aromatic and flavorful olive oil. There were free cheese samples offered today and I couldn't leave without buying a piece of the truffle gouda - I haven't bought "fancy" cheese in a while, but after tasting a bite I couldn't resist. The service here is so kind and friendly; I'd been in once before to grab a gift for my boss (a true wine aficionado), and the girl helped me to find a good bottle of French red wine in my price range (even a little less than what I was willing to spend, always appreciated). My boss came back to me after a while and said that she really enjoyed it! They don't have a whole lot of items in the store (I would've really loved to pick up some chocolate too, but they didn't have any), but you can tell that the staff here are really proud of their offerings and know about their products. Can't wait to come back and try all of the other sandwiches - each combination is unique and they all sound delicious, making it tough to decide on one (but there aren't so many options that it's impossible to decide, and I appreciate that as well). You can even ask for your sandwich to be turned into a salad, if you're on one of those type of diets. You get a choice of salad or chips on the side of your sandwich. A perfect little lunch that won't break the bank. Also their salad dressing is without a doubt one of the best, if not THE BEST dressing I've ever had!! I'm hoping they sell it there, would definitely pick up a bottle if so. I could eat it all day.

Yelp
On Monday, 6/13/2022, my grandaughter and I ordered two sandwiches and one drink. The total was $31.75. A pretty hefty price for a light lunch but we had heard good things about La Fromagerie's food. We were happy with the flavor of the sandwiches but got more bread than filler. The food placed between the bread was very minimal. I don't want to go there again or recommend that anyone else buys sandwiches there. No guts for the price! The assortment of cheese and their flavor is really good. That's why I would patronage them again.

Yelp
We came here on a whim after picking up some pastries down the street at Neighbor Bakehouse, because we wanted "something with vegetables" for our picnic at Esprit Park. We were so pleasantly surprised by the reasonable price points, delicious food, and excellent service. First off, the place is legit; the owners are from Normandy and were speaking in French to us. Super friendly, too, and didn't have an issue with cutting up our sandwiches for us. The L'Italien is delicious with the housemade burrata, and the salads are HUGE and generous with portions of meat. The cheeses looked fantastic too, and definitely get a bag of Torres black truffle potato chips from Spain, which are only $4.99 (normally $7+ at Mollie Stones).

Yelp
We use Cater2me for office catering and they hooked us up with La Fromagerie last month. OMG, this place makes one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The guys came early and had little French accents; totally awesome presentation too - big plastic wooden looking bowl for the salad & the sandwiches were served on cutting board. I had half of a Le Toulouse and L'Italien. The Le Toulouse was a salty and sweet combo of smoked duck breast, sheep's milk cheese, fig jam, dried figs, arugula, and EVOO. Love figs now because of this sandwich! The flavors were all balanced well. The L'Italien was homemade burrata, proscuitto, arugula, basil, tomato, & EVOO. The burrata was so creamy and the proscuitto wasn't overly salty. All of the sandwiches were served on wonderful soft ciabatta bread and have quality fresh i trendiness. Only gripe is that there is a ton of of flour on the bread..like after eating it you look like a sketch coke fiend who missed their nose. They also served the meal with a simple spinach salad with EVOO & balsamic dressing & a big bag of salt & pepper krinkle chips. I hope to visit their storefront in the future for more sammies and to take home some cheese.
