A Wonderful Stay from Start to Finish I absolutely loved my stay here. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. My room rate included breakfast, which was fresh and delicious every morning, and I also enjoyed several lunches and dinners in the restaurant. The food is healthy, beautifully prepared, and served with great attention to detail. The hotel has so many thoughtful touches — a beach bag and towels, robe and slippers, high-quality toiletries, and tea and coffee available 24/7. Housekeeping do a fantastic job; my room was always fresh, light, and comfortable. The small pool on the rooftop terrace is a hidden gem, with stunning views over the bay and mountains. It’s the perfect place to relax, and you can even order food and drinks right to your lounger. I enjoyed it so much that on my last night, I hosted a dinner for 11 family members in the restaurant. The team went above and beyond to make it a truly memorable evening — great service, fantastic food, and a wonderful atmosphere. If you’re driving, there’s free parking available in the public car park and nearby streets, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I honestly didn’t want to leave. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, welcoming, and well-run place to stay.

Excellent location for beach lovers & lovers of fine dining . Hotel is absolute perfection in all ways . Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is really good . We can highly recommend the eggs ( freshly cooked for you ) |We stayed in a superior room with a sea view . It was outstanding. Hotel is extremely clean at all times . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at La Goleta, and would highly recommend it. The staff are lovely, including the reception, cleaning, and cafe staff. Our room was ideal, with lots of extras including beach towels, and access to beach umbrellas etc so use on our trips out. These features in particular were really appreciated. Otherwise the room had every thing you need - the shower was hot etc. Breakfast was included in our rate, and was amazing. We enjoyed it every day! Whilst staying, we celebrated my birthday and the staff kindly gifted me a bottle of cava to enjoy. This was unexpected and very kind. The location is perfect, as you're right on the front with beautiful views, and nearby parking etc. The hotel has bicycles too, though we didn't borrow them.

Highly recommend this hotel, it is excellent, classy, and very well positioned for the beach and the town. Lots of little touches make it special - beach towels provided with a lovely beach basket, free yoga and paddle boarding, free hot drinks and water all day. Breakfast was fabulous and being available till 11am is great. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The pool is small but there were never more than a couple of people on the roof terrace, drinks can be ordered and brought up to the pool. We used the transfer from the airport and back which was excellent. I was with my daughter but would be equally happy here on my own. All the staff were brilliant, incredibly helpful and friendly. We didn’t eat here other than breakfast but the ice cream was gorgeous and cocktails fabulous. I’ve stayed all over Puerto Pollença including the bigger hotels like the Ila D’Or but loved this one and will definitely come back again.

This is the first time I would actually consider going back to the same hotel. I stayed in this hotel for a week and I am impressed. I loved their sustainability mentality. It was just natural to fill the bottles from the cafeteria instead of buying plastic 6-packs of water. We got a nice small room that was clean and had everything necessary including a small lovely balcony. Service was always helpful, always cheerful. Beach is near (a few minute walk). Breakfast was super nice. We also used the pool on the roof, there were no people. We even had some dinners at the same cafeteria because it was just so delicious and highly rated. Had superb Caesar salad and pizzas. This hotel was a wonderful experience and I thank them a lot for this!

Booked this the same day that we arrived in puerto pollensa, after checking into a hotel elsewhere that was unsuitable. |This hotel was like a breath of fresh air, warm welcome, beautiful light clean room. We loved the balcony with the fantastic view of the gorgeous beach. Everything was thought of, the beach bag and towels to the fact you can use the cafe for complimentary coffees and water refills. |We made use of the roof top pool which we had to ourselves which was nice. We ate in the restaurant below and enjoyed lovely cocktails.|The stand out for us was the staff, so friendly and accommodating. Hope to return for another visit loved it so much, felt very lucky to get a room so beautiful at last minute.

We have been to this area several times but this was the first time at this hotel and we honestly could not rate it high enough. |The booking process was easy, the staff fabulously helpful. They arranged airport transfers, booked restaurants and gave us other recommendations. |We arrived earlier than check in and our Room was ready. The room is small, but has everything you need and was spotlessly cleaned along with the bathroom everyday. We asked for several toiletries etc and nothing was ever an issue. |The breakfast and the cafe below is also fabulous and all The staff are very welcoming. |The extra details such as beach bag, water bottles and unlimited Tea, coffee and water Are very welcome. |We would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and will definitely return. |We had a beach front room and would Pay the extra for one again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. View from the balcony of the front rooms is fabulous. Staff very helpful and lots of lovely little details like 24hr access to coffee and water from the cafe below. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with hot food straight from the kitchen and not on a buffet. Would definitely stay again.
