Stumbled upon this restaurant - excellent location by the river good beer and food at a fair price

Actually visited this restaurant not on purpose since we were just hungry and looking for something in the area which aroused our interest and the choice fell on this beautiful Italian place right on the side of Gera river and across of the Small Synagogue.

Very cute restaurant, food is nice and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. Priced reasonably. Would like to go here again sometime.

Sometimes, you need a little bit of humility and simplicity in the places where one may eat. Giovanni makes surprisingly good food every single time, and his lovely partner is always so sweet, patient, and accommodating. I've had steak dishes, pizza, salads soups and more here and they are all made even better by the fact that LA Gondola is unassuming, comfortable and simple. I always feel at ease when I dine here. I love it, and I have had some genuinely good experiences here and wish the fine folks at La Gondola nothing but the best. They work awfully hard, too!

Delious food, friendly staff and wonderful setting by the river.

Friendly, efficient service with delicious food

Excellent authentic Italian foods at reasonable price. We spent 135 euros for 6 dinners including drinks & wines. It's a family own restaurant, the owner - Julie is very sweet, friendly and welcoming . We really enjoyed our meals and had a great time. Highly recommended
