The Cheese Sauna.
Simple, DIY food. Excellent quality, good portions.
They specialise in Meat (often raw, for cooking at the table via oil fondue or on a "hot stone") and Cheese (fondues, braziers). Very good selection of local wine and beer.
The room is low and completely covered in wood, and the hot cheese smell hits as you walk in, really living up to the Sauna description!
Only downside is the service. Our waitress was the only one taking orders and serving (Wednesday night in January), which meant she was hard to get hold of for additional drinks etc. But it's minor. Wholly recommend.
