I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent experience at your restaurant, which was deeply disappointing. I noticed that I was treated differently compared to other customers, and I felt a clear lack of attention and fairness in the service provided.
This treatment negatively impacted my overall experience, and honestly, I cannot recommend your restaurant to any of my friends, colleagues, or business partners based on what I encountered. I had expected a high-quality experience that aligns with the restaurant’s reputation, but unfortunately, it fell far below those expectations.
I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and that appropriate actions will be taken to improve service quality and ensure equal treatment for all customers without exception.
