We LOVED our dinner at La Guanaca tonight!! From the moment I stepped in and asked to see a menu, the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. Each of the 4 individuals easily found a delicious dish to suit their mood - from pizza, to seafood, to pasta. The server went out of his way to check with the kitchen regarding 2 dishes to see if either was lactose-free (the seafood pasta was lactose-free and perfectly cooked with a generous serving of crab, tender octopus, scallops, and mussels). He also made helpful recommendations for a flight of beers - my favorites were the golden ale and the porter. Excellent service, great music, welcoming atmosphere, and comfortable vibe with high quality food at a reasonable price.

Alex was polite, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home as she handed us the menus. We began our meal with the Tuna ceviche and garlic bread, and they were nothing short of heavenly. For our main course, we opted for the pizza with pineapples and mozzarella cheese and it was a masterpiece. The pizza arrived piping hot, with a crust that struck the perfect balance—not too thick, not too thin, but just right. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, making every bite a delight. To complement our meal, we sipped on refreshing cocktails, which was the ideal accompaniment to the rich and savory dishes. What truly impressed us was the value for money. The prices are very fair, especially considering the high quality of the food. The atmosphere at La Guanaca is casual, lively, and welcoming, making it a great spot for diners of all ages. Overall, our experience at La Guanaca was exceptional. It’s a meal we’ll remember fondly from our time in Puerto Natales. If you’re looking for delicious food, great service, and a comfortable vibe, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Solid place to stop while in Puerto Natales. Prices were decent and drinks were tasty. Food came out quick and was delicious.

Excellent pizza and excellent service. We ordered two pizzas and both were very yummy. They only offer one size which is 30cm cut into 8 slices. 2-3 pizzas was enough for four people. We also ordered drinks and the portions were huge. Definitely recommend.

Loved the vibe of this place! They have plenty of food and drink options with both Spanish and English menus. The location is convenient and just a few minutes walk from the neighborhood we stayed at. Highly recommend trying their Margherita pizza and pesto-walnut pasta.

Ate here twice in three days we liked it so much. Great pizzas made from the in-house wood oven. Loved the quinoa salad to finally get a huge portion of green vegetables. And don’t skip the garlic bread!
