La Hacienda Hotel

We spent 10 days here on our honeymoon and we can only recommend it. Beautiful views, peaceful environment in beautiful nature. Yes, there were some negatives, such as older kitchen equipment, but the great attitude of the staff outweighed all of that. Kavi regularly asked if we had everything. We had a wonderful experience along the mesmerizing view from the villa, We were provided with all the facilities of the room, especially Mr Sameer, who spoke good words.

Amazing location, but transport is essential, Sameer the manager gave me a lift to town to buy supplies when he had time but I felt very isolated and Vulnerable, especially being a solo traveller without transportation, the very steep hill leading to the guesthouse is a tough climb and not recommended, so I felt kind of stranded, there is limited opportunity to meet the other guests as there is no bar or restaurant, so it is a peaceful but lonely place for singles.

Excellent views 👏, Comfort bedrooms , Some zones of the villa need renovation, repainting and cleaning, and lighting for more comfort. Overall was an amazing experience, peaceful atmosphere 😌 ✨️.

Cabañas in a remote location on a mountain slope. Lots of nature around and great views on the bay. The cottages have pleasant architecture. Some Mexican (!) design elements. Nice little pool with deckchairs. Friendly staff. Good Wifi. Good aircon. On the downside, the cottages need more than a coat of fresh paint. The windows have not been washed for some time and its best not to look into the corners. The room smelled a bit mouldy. The breakfast consisted of a basket with nothing great in it. Would not recomend it.

The views are breathtaking and the studio villas are lovely. We stayed for 3 nights. Good air conditioning and kitchen supplies. There is a small pool and even some tortoises! Sameer was very helpful, we had a few problems with the wifi in our villa but Sameer did his utmost to solve the issues. The site is beautiful and surrounded by forest, at night we could even hear monkeys running around!

The place, view and the hut were amazing but we could not enjoy it because of many things like:||The place is full of mosquitoes and other insects , the owner is not doing anything to fight it, although we were using different kind of repellents but we were heavily bitten specially our baby. We spent the second night indoor.||The furniture and appliances are extremely old and need renovation.||I wont go there again or recommend the place to anyone

The place is nice. Beautiful location and amazing view from the balcony. The service is nice too. However, there are some details that could be improved on. 1. The kitchen was not very clean. There was dust and grease on and inside the microwave. The tea cups were stained. The pans and pots were old and greasy. 2. There was dust on the top of the fridge, windows seals, bedside tables and top of the wardrobe. 3. The bedding & curtains were stained. (Probably just too old and need to be replaced) 4. The bathroom was mouldy. ( I called the reception telling them about it, and they promptly shifted us to another villa, the reason why i said that the service was prompt and nice) however, the second villa had a better, but still mouldy bathroom. 5. The towels were old and smelly. 6. The couch on the balcony was stained and dusty 7. There were cockroaches & lizards in the room.
