Pleasant and helpful host. Great service. Room as well as the hotel was clean. Very charming building and brilliant location. Amazing views from the rooftop. Excellent value for the money.

In April of this year-2017-I spent two nights at this hotel and I was very disappointed.I arrived in Trujillo at 8.00 p.m.Check-in was handled promptly and I was shown to my room.The room that I was given was on the ground floor,at the front of the building.This made sleep impossible-due to a combination of traffic noise and people chatting outside my window at 3.30 in the morning.The room itself was dirty-the area near the window hadn't been swept in ages.In the en-suite there was a dead cockroach on the floor near the washbasin.Had the staff member seen this when he accompanied me to my room?Apparently not.On the following morning.having had no sleep,I requested a different room.The new room was on the first floor,was quieter but not any cleaner.On the way up to the room I noticed that there was a strong smell of urine on the stairs.I saw two cats in the building later on-presumably the urine was from them.The smell was pointed out to a staff member who proceeded to wash the stairs.This improved matters,but surely it should have been done BEFORE any guest arrived?On my second night I was awoken at 11.40 p.m. by a very loud noise.It seemed to be some sort of machine.A car?A lorry?Actually it turned out to be a man with a machine spraying some sort of chemical on the vegetation in the garden to exterminate insects.Soon the smell of the chemical he was using began to seep into the room.On the grounds of health and safety I was very concerned.Why had nobody told me about this beforehand?....I checked out the following morning....My stay at La Hacienda was very unsatisfactory...I cannot recommend the place and I can give it only 2 out of 10.

Estuve por un fin de semana. La habitación limpia con balcón y un ventilador. Agua fría y caliente, en todo el centro cerca a la plaza principal.

Con una ubicación central, a cuadras de la plaza de armas y el paseo principal de la ciudad ofrece buenos servicios por un precio razonable dentro de la oferta del lugar, lo que sumado a la comodidad hacen del lugar una excelente alternativa para hospedarse en Trujillo.||El lugar cuenta con un restaurant, servicios de sauna, piscina y masajes, los que tienen un precio de s./ 25.0 para visitantes que no se hospeden en el lugar, ya que los huéspedes tienen acceso libre a sus instalaciones entre las 11:00 y 23:00 hrs.||Además del uso de sus instalaciones, incluye desayuno y en general la atención es bastante amable.||El único contra, es que también es un centro de eventos, por lo que es posible encontrarse con algo de ruido algunas noches, lo que por cierto no es tan grave.||centro de eventos

65 soles una habitación simple, LIMPIA con baño privado, SIN TV cable. Te dan acceso GRATIS al sauna, y tiene una pequeña piscina. El dueño es amable. El desayuno incluido NO vale la pena. Para el precio es una buena oferta. Normalmente cobra 80 soles. Queda muy cerca a la plaza y es una zona SEGURA.

Solo alquile el local, buena!!!!

local de buena impresión visual, para eventos, piso mojado en caso de uso de yakusi, con aires rústico modernos, pisos de madera en segundo nivel con estructuras metálicas de soporte, personal con vestimenta en no ven estado, atención cálida, y muy relajante.

Casona remodelada para la estadía de viajeros. Buen trato al cliente, cómodas habitaciones.
