I came all the way here just to eat it.

Amazing cuisine, fresh, high quality seafood, simply prepared using Basque techniques.
Soup only tastes of ingredients. It doesn't taste like seasoning. But it is rich enough. The staff handed me some salt, but it's not necessary at all.
Cream and cheese are not used in spider crabs. It focuses on the flavors of crab and slow-roasted onions.
Four flavors of Spanish croquettes. Crab croquettes are special.
Bacalao's pil pil is surprisingly thick. The pil pil sauce is cloudy but without cream or cheese. So don't disturb the taste of Bacalao.
All these dishes were excellent.
However, there were other dishes to eat most at this restaurant. It's Bacalao tripe. Bacalao's gelatin-condensed dish is a delicious bomb. I highly recommend waiting to eat the bread until this dish reaches you. Because the sauce is exceptional.
Great restaurants have amazing desserts.
The combination of warm blue cheesecake and apple ice cream will take you to heaven.
I want to try all the dishes in this restaurant. The food at this restaurant is so wonderful.
