A very good hotel in Mumbai. After checking nearly 30 options online, this one stood out for its reviews and location. It’s close to a mosque and run by the Similars group. My overall experience matched my expectations. Here’s my review on key points we usually consider while booking: Parking: Sufficient parking available. There are a few spots inside the building, and if those are full, you can park outside under their CCTV supervision. I parked outside and had no issues. Parking is in the hotel’s designated space, not on the main road. Room: Clean, pleasant-smelling room with toiletries, water bottles, and good lighting. Staff Behaviour: All staff members—from reception to housekeeping—were polite and helpful. Food: Breakfast was included. Taste is average; I would rate it 7/10. Surroundings: Located in Kurla, near Dharavi.

Rooms equivalent to 3 star. Atleast 24 hours front desk in that area , so good to have. Location is not so great but still they survived to maintain best they can and still expanding. Overall nothing bad. Not fancy, but if you need a decent stay being family person, you got this one.

We stayed at LA Hotel Metro during some official works, and it turned out to be a really good choice. Our original hotel booking didn’t work out, so we came here last minute, and the staff immediately helped us with a spacious double bedroom that was perfect for three people. The food was very good, and the staff—especially at the reception—were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is located in a not-so-great area, but inside, the service and hospitality were excellent. For anyone coming for their US visa, this is a convenient place to stay as it is around 2.8 km from the VFS center and about 3 km from the US consulate interview location. Overall, a comfortable and reliable stay with great staff support.

⭐ Very Disappointing and Worst Experience Ever! I had one of the worst stays at this property. The experience was completely opposite of what was shown in the photos. First of all, the TV was not working, and when I informed the staff, there was no proper response or solution. The washroom had a very bad smell, making it uncomfortable to even use. The overall cleanliness was poor, and the room didn’t feel fresh at all. The biggest disappointment was the room size — the listing mentioned 195 sq. ft., but in reality, it was much smaller. This is false information and feels like a total cheating of customers. I feel I wasted my money by booking this place. It’s definitely not worth the price they charge. The management doesn’t seem to care about guests’ comfort or feedback. I would strongly not recommend this property to anyone. Please check the place properly before booking — don’t get misled by the photos and fake descriptions. Never again will I stay here! 👎

Although they claimed the rooms were big and spacious, in reality the rooms were very small. Also, there is no lift in the hotel, so please think twice before booking.

Travelled with family took two rooms. Only concern was that property has no lift otherwise everything was nice, and food also not bad. Can recommend this hotel

The Rooms are smaller for the price being charged. The location is ok and the hotel is easy to identify. The staff is very cooperative and prompt. The food served is delicious.

Very decent stay. They have a person at the front desk around the clock. Conveniently located near the airport. We flew in at 3AM no problems checking in. Ride shares and taxis and auto rickshaws generally available always. AC was cold. Don’t think there’s hot water but don’t really need that in Mumbai. There’s local trains behind the building but I felt it was very nicely sound proofed. I enjoyed the view of the trains. They have
