LA HOTEL METRO

We stayed at LA Hotel Metro during some official works, and it turned out to be a really good choice. Our original hotel booking didn’t work out, so we came here last minute, and the staff immediately helped us with a spacious double bedroom that was perfect for three people. The food was very good, and the staff—especially at the reception—were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is located in a not-so-great area, but inside, the service and hospitality were excellent. For anyone coming for their US visa, this is a convenient place to stay as it is around 2.8 km from the VFS center and about 3 km from the US consulate interview location. Overall, a comfortable and reliable stay with great staff support.

The Rooms are smaller for the price being charged. The location is ok and the hotel is easy to identify. The staff is very cooperative and prompt. The food served is delicious.

Very decent stay. They have a person at the front desk around the clock. Conveniently located near the airport. We flew in at 3AM no problems checking in. Ride shares and taxis and auto rickshaws generally available always. AC was cold. Don’t think there’s hot water but don’t really need that in Mumbai. A Memorable Family Stay – Highly Recommended! I stayed here with my husband, father, and brother, and it was truly a wonderful experience. Before our trip, I called over 100 hotels asking for an early check-in, but none gave a clear “yes.” Most said it would depend on availability. However, Mr. Salmanbhai (the owner) stood out by assuring us, “Don’t worry, we’ll provide you rooms to freshen up for sure.” That kind gesture meant a lot, especially since we had to leave for Imagica that day. True to his word, he has given us 1 room for the fresh n up and within just half an hour of our arrival, we were comfortably settled in our rooms. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the food was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable — I’d easily give them a 10/10! What really made it special was the personal touch and the family-friendly vibe. Even during checkout, they thoughtfully gave us mineral water bottles for the road. This is not just a hotel — it's a home away from home. Highly recommended for families looking for a caring and comfortable stay!

Had a great experience at this hotel. I stayed for a night before an appointment at the Visa Center in BKC. The place is very close tot he Visa Center - only 2-3 kms and 100-150 Rs. by autorickshaw. The room was spacious, clean with a comfortable bed and a fantastic AC. The service staff was courteous and the simple breakfast in the morning was just right. I left my bag with them after checkout as it is a hassle to carry any bulky bags or laptops to the Visa Center. They have a systematic luggage check system to store bags. The owner was very courteous about this and it was a great overall experience.

Best place to stay, specially if you’re going for US Embassy. They guide you through the rules and also help to you get there. Whole staff is really friendly and welcoming. Rooms are nice and clean, with proper room service. Good quality food available at really reasonable price. If you’re visiting specially for US Embassy, this is perfect to stay.

All staff members are cooperatives, room services are good, it's very near to BKC and one can easily get or locate this hotel as it is just on main Street. Airports and major connectivity are near to this location. Overall it's value for money.
