The hotel is a very nice place to stay especially for solo travelers. It is small and has a very pretty facility so is not a large hotel. The rooms were nice especially if you are doing activities during the day and using the rooms mostly for resting. If you are a traveler looking for a luxury experience it may not be the hotel for you as it seemed to cater more to those traveling during their days, the rooms were nice but definitely more for resting than spending extended time in the rooms. The location is excellent, very close to good restaurants and main routes through the city. Breakfast was very very good too, and the rooftop restaurant was pretty and a nice place to eat meals outside. Overall, I had a great stay for an extended weekend in Guatemala City and would definitely recommend the hotel for travelers who are looking for a quiet, peaceful place to rest while they explore the rest of Guatemala and surrounding areas.

This is a multistory hotel in a nice Guatemala City neighborhood, Zone 10, that is close to restaurants and the Oakland Place Mall, where there are also many restaurants. There is also a supermarket on the way to the mall. Hidden behind the hotel walls is a garden which provides a peaceful setting in this busy city. There is a semi-outdoor restaurant on the fourth floor, which is where breakfast that is included with the room is served, beginning at 6:30 AM. There is an elevator and the front desk staff speak English. You can also get an English menu at the restaurant. The room which is very nice, is air conditioned. In the room was a king-size bed, desk and chair, TV, and sitting chair, and there are enough outlets and light. There is free Wifi, toiletries are provided, and a card key is used. You can also order an airport shuttle from the hotel which costs $13. ||For breakfast, you get to choose from the menu and there were egg dishes, waffles, pancakes and healthy choices. ||The hotel is within walking distance of Universidad Francisco Marroquín where there are two great museums, Museo Popol Vuh and Ixchel Museum of Indigenous Textiles and Clothing. These museums are next to each other.

Very nice hotel, well located in one of the safer areas of the city and close to airport. Staff is friendly and helpful and rooms are spacious and comfortable. Room rate includes a nice à la carte breakfast. Restaurant on top floor has a nice city view and is partially open air. WiFi is fine and rate we paid was very reasonable. The hotel also picks you up at the airport for free.

I’ve stayed here a few times over the years when visiting Guatemala City. Always a great place to stay: Great professional staff, ( see names below), close to and convenient to airport, clean confortable rooms, little spots to sit and read or have a coffee, and a nice little restaurant on top floor. Fernanda, Alyson, and Jennifer were so kind and helpful to me, an older solo traveler! Hotel can help you book a very interesting city tour or to Museo Ixchel. Thank you so very much.

This hotel is such a great place to stay in Guatemala City. Very well located for restaurants and cafes in Z10, and a short car ride from museums, etc. The bed and pillows are some of the most comfortable I've had at any hotel, and definitely the most comfortable during our trip throughout Guatemala. Service was impeccable, particularly the very helpful porter/security guard. And the breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was a really nice way to start the day.

Great place for a stay in Guatemala city...on a smaller scale but with great rooms, restaurant on site serving wonderful breakfast! Staff very friendly and helpful. On site private and secure parking available. Walking distance to some other food establishments. Highly recommend this place!!!🌞🌞🌞

The location was excellent. I was very disappointed the night we got in because the smell in the room was very strong, it seems it was recently painted. However, they moved us to another room the next day, the room was very spacious and we were able sleep until late (10am) without a problem. The ladies on the front the desk were professional. There are so many nice restaurants near by that eating at the hotel was not something I really enjoyed but the cook and waiters were very nice and friendly. I will recommend staying here as you have the Oakland Mall, Fontabella and La Estacion (go to 2nd floor) so close by and it is a very safe area. They also offer transportation from and to the airport for $13.00 which is not bad at all.

For the price (I paid about ~$100 USD for one night, which is quite high for Guatemala), I was disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was the noise—my room was near the front desk, and I could clearly hear people in the hallway. I'm not sure if it was just a case of very thin walls, but it sounded as if people were yelling, which woke me up multiple times throughout the night. I'm not sure if the noise was from staff or other guests, but it significantly impacted my ability to rest. Additionally, I was disappointed with the lack of vegan options for the included breakfast. I had noted in my reservation that I was vegan, but no one informed me whether they could or could not accommodate this until the day I arrived. Unfortunately, there were no suitable options available—not even fruit—so I essentially paid for a breakfast I couldn’t eat. Given the cost, I expected a more quiet experience, and better consideration of dietary preferences.
