It offers a great mix of good dining options — from casual bites to nice waterfront restaurants — along with plenty of luxury brand stores for serious shoppers. The atmosphere is vibrant yet laid-back, with scenic canals and a lovely view of the lagoon. Large variety of shops. Clean. Nice sunset view from boardwalk. I went in the evening and highly Recommend going in evening time for sunset and walk around.

Its fine. Plenty of places to shop. Some nice high end stores and an aquarium and plenty of good places to eat. A bit of a hard sell here and there from local information people trying to sell tours and massages and other services. Its just really hot touring around there in July and August. Only the stores you walk into are air conditioned. The entire mall is otherwise outdoors and in 95 degree weather it's a lot.

Very luxurious mall with cute unexpected restaurants/shops around every corner, felt like I was in Abu Dhabi (never been… yet! lol). Plan to check it out during the day time next trip! 🛍️✨

Branded shops under one area with lots of activities including Aquarium, Sky wheel, Ripley museum and wax museum and casino and plenty of restaurants. Overall it is a good mall however you will pay a high price for everything. We did the aquarium and sky wheel. The Aquarium was good but the Sky wheel is just average and not much fun.

Liked it there, very beautiful mall, as a traveller from Canada I enjoyed seeing Breshka, Stradivarious and pull and bear. Great spot for beautiful pictures just go after 6-7 PM otherwise it will be super hot

La Isla Hotel in Cancun is in a convenient location!! The outdoor mall has EVERYTHING restaurants, shopping and even a cinema !! The hotel was clean the staff was friendly and the rooftop pool view was amazing. Breakfast is a buffet and has so many options you won’t be disappointed. If there’s something you want just ask the staff they will work to accommodate your dietary needs. Ladies a word of advice bring your walking shoes if you plan on shopping the cobblestone style walkways are not high heel friendly !!

Came in just before closing a few nights ago and the ladies were very helpful and friendly. The young man working was attentive but honestly disappointed during our check out with him we weren't offered drinks, were told all the perfume "samples" were sold out and did not even get a product catalog in our bag. Unusual and unfortunate but attention to details in retail seems to be declining in many areas.

My friend and I were able to snag both the bags we wanted which have been near impossible to find in the states because they are always sold out! This location had 3 of the Mini Palm Springs backpack in stock that I was looking for so the SA let me choose. My friend purchased a MM Neverfull. The next day they got new shipment in and she was able to exchange for a different interior color very easily. Bring your passport so you can get a form to claim 8.9% tax back at the airport!

This store is awful.... It was noticeably dirty and little run down inside the store, but whatever.... I know it's not the best town ever, but no excuse to run a multimillion dollar store with the products having HOLES in them... maybe it's the pandemic idk. But please avoid this location at all cost.

Wife and I try to go to Cancun once a year and she loves making a stop at this LV store. We made an appointment since this was during Covid and I was assigned a sales person, Maria Munoz Ledo. She was great. She kept me updated on our appointment and asked if we had an item in mind so she can prep it for us. On our appointment day she kept her promise. She also was extremely helpful on making some recommendations on items I might like. Both my wife and I came away with some great gifts. Try and book with Maria...she's so easy going and really helpful.

Worst experience ever, was purchasing my spouse a $2700 US Dollars bag had to run to the restroom first so my spouse went into the store without me. After returning I was refused entry by the asshole you had working at the the door even though he allowed 4 folks though after I attempted to enter. I will NEVER SPEND ANOTHER Penny at your store! I told my spouse to go ahead and buy the bag since it was promised but I still didn't enter! Never felt so unwelcome or unworthy! YOU WILL NEVER AGAIN HAVE ME AS A Customer!!!!!

I had a blast in the Mexico store in Cancun. First time in Cancun and had a great experience every time I stopped in during my visit. Lead to me making a purchase on a accessory I wanted for a very long time. The 9% tax back was an additional incentive. The store is not pushy. They basically allow you to walk around without bothering you. If you have questions they are quick to help. I like the fact that the store was organized and clean. There are items for men and woman. Very large location fully stocked with a large inventory of handbags, shoes, accessories, technology accessories and much-much more.

I was beyond dissatisfied with my experience at LV a few days ago. The gentleman who helped me I believe Miguel made my experience awful. I was rushed & given horrible service. When I had questions he looked at me like I was a joke and not going to buy anything. After paying and leaving I realized he didn't give me my paperwork I needed. I had to go back and he gave me so much attitude. He then saw my husband and pretended to be sweet. I will never buy from that location again. They need to treat customers with respect.

Juliana was very helpful and courteous. She showed us what we were looking for and she tried not to influence our decision. The store location is very accessible and convenient. We stopped by few times after the first purchase to look at other items. In this shopping mall, they have an office where you could get your sales tax back.

The workers here are not annoying as regular flea market shop owners on the strip. We walked in to look around; it's normal for one sales associate to follow you to assist you. You do save on sale tax since we are foreigners. I wanted to her w souvenir from Cancun for my birthday. Nothing was appealing to me there that I wanted or needed at the moment. Again, workers were not pushy on a sale, thank you for that.

It's been over 5 months since I purchased from this store and filed for my VAT return at CAN, and I still haven't gotten my tax refund. I filed a complaint with the tax refund company and after two weeks, they told me it was because my passport no. and country were not on my LV invoice. The SA had only put my name and US state on the invoice, so the tax refund company said I have to contact LV to get an updated invoice in order to get my tax refund. I've contacted this store, the SA who helped me, and LV corporate by phone, email, and snail mail, and LV has been completely unresponsive. In the end, I actually spent more on my purchase here, than I would have back at home. If you shop here, make sure your name, passport no., and country are stated on your invoice or you're going to have problems with your VAT return! Otherwise, avoid this store if possible!

The people who say the customer service isn't top notch are wrong and probably filthy rich. Mr. Pompous who said he was gonna spend 10k. Did he not think 10k worth of Louis was gonna come in a small box? It's called carry on if it's such an important purchase. We were offered champagne within minutes of walking in the beautiful store. Found things here in Cancun I've never seen even in the 5th Ave store NYC. I purchased the matching necklace to my lock earrings, LV "Birkenstock" sandals that I love and a hot pink notebook with LV embossed on every page. Store is huge with armed guards at both entrances. VERY safe. I will be going back every year to purchase a new item. I'm sure like any store even high end, you have sales people that don't care. Carlos was fantastic, Our salesman told us his full name and created a note in our account to notify us when the men's tri fold wallet would be available in the US or in Mexico for our convenience. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

We were treated like we had no money. They would not let my husband in. They would not let our party in. We had 2 families spending over $6000 and the rest could not come in. It was ridiculous. We were willing to spend $$ but the jerk in the shop would not let my husband in. He was in kakis and nice shirt. So crazy never had this ever.

The customer service at this location is horrible, they have no class, they don't attend you until you ask for help, they look at what you wear and what you have on before even attending you for what you need. The sales associate that helped us, was so rude and unappreciative of her job and our purchase that it made me so upset that she got the commission of my purchase. I wish I didn't buy anything from the Louis Vuitton at la isla Cancun. I am a traveler and I've purchased items all over the world from Louis Vuitton because we love the brand, but this store was by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I agree with most of the reviews. The service here is horrible. I came in knowing what I wanted, the eclipse monogram card holder. The sales associate who "helped" me was rude and cold. She never smiled, even after I made my purchase. I felt uncomfortable, like I was disturbing her. If it weren't for the 8.9% back that I would receive from the tax refund, I would have avoided this LV.

Overall beautiful store with exceptional service. They also are going over and beyond in safety measures for customers but their staff too. Antonieta is who assisted me during my visit. She was incredible from start to finish providing exceptional service plus so personable & joyful. She has a lot of patiences too. I left one happy client! Recommend this store to any Louie fans!

Love the inventory, had a little bit of everything. The SA I had was so nice and welcoming letting me try on to see if I wanted it. Unfortunately I forgot my wallet at home so I could only purchase a messenger which was so beautiful. I recommend to come here and to ask for Yimena! Will definitely be back to purchase more.

Stopped in a few times this week while on vacation. The staff were friendly, especially Dana (I hope I spelled her name correctly) and I am looking forward to using what I purchased when I get back home. One thing I have to say though is the security do not make you feel welcome at all. They stare at you and kind of move around to always be in eye shot of you which is off putting but the second you have the LV shopping bag around your wrist they seem to back off.

I've shopped at Louis Vuitton all over the world; Stuttgart, Munich, Zurich, Paris, Madrid, and I live in Dallas where there are 3. This was our second time in this location and I believe it is by far the best service I have gotten in the last 20 years of shopping with LV. I was specifically interested in buying a perfume from Louis Vuitton, as with my last handbag purchase they included a couple samples of LV perfumes. Our sales person was Ana and she guided us through the history and different notes of each of the 7 perfumes. She was informative and knowledgeable of various products, as we also asked her about multiple briefcases for men. When I experience great customer service, I think it needs to be applauded. Thank you Ana!

As to negative reviews I read.. while I can understand how Luxury Goods Sales people can appear "cold" its mostly because they are intimidated by us - the high-end customers... I smile, expect great service and I am treated like a kid in a candy store anywhere I go;) I was assisted by Store Manager, 2 sales associates and a security lady. They ALL were caring, helpful and couldn't stop offering me drinks! During just one visit they managed to serve me 2 glasses of champagne, one espresso, 1 evian water and kept insisting I drink more... LOL Not only did they treat me, an average looking single mother, as a VIP.. they helped me process the Duty Free at the mall office (hope it was done right) and even carried my purchases to the taxi stand and loaded them into the cab. I say.. we experience what we expect.. I just wish the contractors were kinder to me - Need to Manifest that in 2018!

Worst customer service period, I been to lv stores all over the world and this is by far the worst service period. No offering of water or any drinks. I spent 3k American there and he didn't even have the right box to put it in. What a joke. He gave me a over sized luggage box that I can't even bring back to states. I almost spent 10k but the service was so bad that it was just not worth it. He rang me up for the bag already so I just kept that. Not worth the exchange rate difference. I did save 400 bucks compared to what I would of paid in Usa. But not worth the bad customer experience. These people make the brand look bad

Some LV stores are great and others the service is lacking. This Louis Vuitton was lacking service. I wanted to see men's wallets and a duffle carry on. I had no problem and was treated phenomenally at Prada and Gucci. There loss I left and bought elsewhere. I am a LV fan but some stores are lacking what this store symbolizes.

Best buying experience ever. We were inCancun on vacation. I was greeted immediately by a CA and I showed her my wish list. She brought my top three choices in the canvas I wanted, and allowed me to try all three bags loaded with my iPad Pro and normal purse contents. She never asked me if I wanted to purchase, just kept asking what I liked about bag.. when we told her we were ready to purchase, she then asked if I wanted my initials on the name tag that came with the bag and then spent time showing me all the options..she then got the tag to the hot press room,...while we were checking out. She went over in great detail how to get the tax back at the airport and made sure we had all the documents right and emailed a copy to us immediately in case we lost them.. we then were offered a drink.. champagne, Diet Coke, etc while the initials were added along with Cancun imprint on the back of the tag...brought it out for my approval before boxing it up! We were dressed like beach bums . The shop had a great vibe and seemed well stocked.

The worst customer service of any Louis Vuitton store I've purchased at around the world!!! Not only will the sales people tell u anything you want to hear just to make a sale but they lie to u about the exchange policy. I've never seen that from a premium retailer in my life. Who's going to believe that there is only a 30 day exchange period. And even if there is being 4 days over and not willing to exchange the product is a mind blower!!! Anyway not a loyal customer anymore. Of course when u come back your salesperson is always on vacation because they don't want to deal with you. Since they wouldn't give me the name of the salesperson who helped me, and if u have to purchase something don't deal with the only Asian sales lady that works at the store also the manager of the store Nicolas Barello is the most arrogant pampas person I've ever met that runs a high end retailer. Just lost loyal customer. Hello Gucci
