It's been over 5 months since I purchased from this store and filed for my VAT return at CAN, and I still haven't gotten my tax refund. I filed a complaint with the tax refund company and after two weeks, they told me it was because my passport no. and country were not on my LV invoice. The SA had only put my name and US state on the invoice, so the tax refund company said I have to contact LV to get an updated invoice in order to get my tax refund. I've contacted this store, the SA who helped me, and LV corporate by phone, email, and snail mail, and LV has been completely unresponsive. In the end, I actually spent more on my purchase here, than I would have back at home.
If you shop here, make sure your name, passport no., and country are stated on your invoice or you're going to have problems with your VAT return! Otherwise, avoid this store if possible!
