Good coffee shop with good atmosphere I tried their world famous Vanilla latte. It was subtle vanilla flavored and the food options are great as well. I wish they could be in more locations. The service is good, the packaging , the cup is solid. I felt too much of a single use plastic. Fast service is a plus.

The drinks are great and they have lots of non-coffee options especially with matcha. I got the Keith Lee special and it had lots of matcha in it with a fresh strawberry. The butter croissant was actually pretty good and had a nice crunch on the outside while being soft on the inside. The cafe has great natural lighting with bright colors everywhere. They have a decent amount of indoor seating while having some covered patio tables outside. Being in the Shops of Legacy also adds to an urban vibe like you'd get in big cities elsewhere.

I love this location! One of the best Lalalands! The drinks are always well made and the atmosphere of this cafe is always so clean and welcoming! The service is amazing! SHOUTOUT to Leslie, shes always so welcoming and friendly when taking my orders, you can tell she gets along with her coworkers, shes always smiling and happy! Love this place!

Such a cute place! The iconic yellow cups and ambiance of this place is just amazing! I love the matches here especially the iced banana cloud one! I also want to shout out Raven! She was taking my order today and she was so sweet and kind! She remembered me after only being there once!

Great aesthetic, great vibes, delicious coffee and pastries. Get the crookie you won’t regret it! If you need a to go bag they give you a cool tote bag which is actually cute, they proba would charge you for something like that in any other place. Parking is a bit hard to find, and the line could get pretty long, but it is all worth it. If you haven’t gotten the full experience, do yourself a favor!

Great place for coffee, matcha, and nice aesthetics! Carolina is the best barista there, and just after a few regular visits, she already remembered my name and usual order! Every time I go into La La Land and I see Carolina, it just immediately boosts my mood 🫶 Overall, I highly recommend checking out this place for any one of their drinks. The pumpkin matcha is my favorite, so I'll be sad when it's gone haha!

Great staff, line was long but went fast. Very aesthetic atmosphere. We got 8 drinks, some were good others weren’t. Would recommend matcha, banana latte, vanilla latte, French toast and the mango chiller. Stay away from salted versions as they are way too salty. Cookie croissant was also yum, wanted to try the toast but the toaster was broken.

I was looking for a coffee shop near my hotel and glad I found this one! I looked up the menu and the drinks sounded unique to me so I decided to check it out. I really couldn't decide what drink to get but I just went with their signature "la la latte." I was intrigued by their "cloud top." I also ordered a ham and swiss croissant. I was glad they asked if I wanted it warmed up - it's always nice when cafes ask that because no one wants a cold pastry! The la la latte was sweet and creamy - definitely wouldn't be my go-to every day latte, but it was a nice treat to have. The ham and swiss croissant was also good, although I wish there was more filling inside. I would def recommend this for out of towners if you are looking for a different coffee experience. The staff also worked quickly and were very organized with how they handed out drinks which I appreciated when it got busy.

-- FOOD -- I ordered the Strawberry Fields, Lavender Bloom with Matcha, Matcha La La Latte, and the Matcha creme with whole strawberries. The matcha was a beautiful green color but all my drinks were just way too sweet for my liking. My favorite was the matcha creme with whole strawberries but the portion size was soooooo small :( -- SERVICE -- The girl at the ordering station was super friendly and helpful when suggesting what to try. I told her I love super matcha forward drinks thy aren't too sweet and so I ordered all of her recommendations. It was absolutely slam packed in the store so there was a pretty long line and wait for the drink. -- AMBIANCE -- I'm not sure if the air conditioning was broken when I visited or it was just so hot due to the sheer amount of people h but by the time I received my drink I was SWEATING so hard. Because there was so many people there there was also no places to sit down and it was sooooo loud. I would consider coming back a different day if it was less busy, but I wouldn't recommend trying to come here if it's super busy

This was a little worth the hype! The hazelnut croissant alone. Our wait was only about 15-20 minutes, but the friendly staff was moving at a fast pace. My coffee was delicious and the chocolate chip cookie was equally as yummy. Beautiful decor with lots of seating.

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. I dont remember the name of the person who was out greeting everyone. We went to get the free hickey cup for our boy but sadly they were all gone. We grabbed a kids menu and got him a surprise gift instead. The kids avocado toast was really good- so fresh. I got a coffee Lalaland latte and it was good too. Overall the people, the atmosphere, food, drinks, music, everything was vibing so perfect!!!

This place is such a little ray of sunshine--literally! The yellow color scheme gives the whole café a bright, cheerful vibe. Yes, the line can look intimidating, especially on weekends, but it moves fast and the staff is always warm and welcoming. Coffee and matcha are both solid--I've had a few different drinks here and they never disappoint. The matcha especially is smooth and not overly sweet. My husband is obsessed with the avocado toast. It's HUGE and filling. Perfect spot for a weekend treat or even a quick weekday pick-me-up. We'll definitely keep coming back!

I'm obsessed with this coffee shop chain! I popped in on a Saturday morning, and there was a hefty line, but the wait was very minimal for how busy they were. The cashier was extremely kind, and even wrote love the earrings on my receipt! There are many baristas whipping out great coffees. The pastries are top notch quality. Prices are reasonable for more unique coffee options. So many great curated flavors! My banana breve was incredible, but overly sweet. Ham & Swiss croissant was amazing. Pop tart was a bit too sweet for me too, but beautiful! The interior had a good amount of seating and it's so bright and cheery. I loved it all. I wish I would have bought some merch. They had cute hats.

2025 Yelp 100 - #10 This location is located off of legacy drive with a parking lot out front. Depending on the time of your visit, there may be parking out front or you may have to park and walk down. La La Land is a Kind Cafe know for their signature yellow and calming cute decor. They offer signature drinks in matcha and coffee. Signature coolers and signature toast. My two go to drinks is an upside down coffee iced latte with oat milk & an Iced lavender boom match latte. This locations has plenty of seating available for you to enjoy your coffee inside or outside if the weather is nice.

This was probably my third time going to a Lalaland, to be honest I thought it was so so before and didn't get the hype until I came to this location in Plano. Their matcha drinks are super delicious and strong! The birthday cake matcha was my sister's favorite (she loves anything birthday cake). The matcha candles they have for sale are amazing, would totally recommend getting! Another thing that made this location have a good impression for me was the service. The baristas were so nice and actually care about people's dietary restrictions, honestly highly recommend! It's also a great place to work and enjoy the vibes.

If you are a fan of the movie,La La Land then you have to try the La La Land Kind Cafe. What a beautiful cafe. They are also a mission driven organization. The mission was simple but important : to provide valuable support and opportunities for fostering youth and individuals in need. How cool is that? I love supporting a business that helps to support others. They have all kinds of specialty lattes. I had the cookie expresso latte and my son had the brown sugar banana expresso latte. They were delicious! Service was excellent and everyone there was so nice and friendly. They had delicious baked goods too. We shared a cookie croissant,which was delicious. It was flaky and soft with lots of sweet cookie flavor. I kept going back for more. Lots of clean, lovely, areas to work or chat. They have lots of fun merchandise items such as hats, shorts, coffee, and phone cases with their logo. We both bought their hats. I love supporting small businesses that help others. I highly recommend La La Land Kind Cafe.

I love the aesthetic, the menu has any & every drink and flavor profile I would ever want, and the staff is super friendly! It was my first time at any location and considering there isn't one where I live (in NYC), I couldn't help but order 2 drinks. Both were phenomenal. The Iced Banana Cream Top Latte was made with fresh banana, the vanilla shined through, and it was so creamy and satisfyingly rich. The Iced Strawberry Fields Latte is absolutely beautiful and also tasted delicious! You do have to stir this one a bit more aggressively to ensure the sweetness is consistent throughout. Not to mention, the barista taking my order left me a cute note on my cup which made my day! I need them to open a location in NYC asap but until then, if you're in TX or CA, check them out!

I like this La La Land! They stand out to me because they have more seating than most locations in the DFW area. This allows for chatting with a friend, working, studying, etc for longer amounts of time. It's ALWAYS busy - it does not matter what day of the week it is or the time. I have been a handful of times (including the grand opening, which was cute), and they always seem a bit understaffed. The line will go to the door, and taking orders takes forever. Today, they were actually out of a bunch of things, including the strawberry fields matcha latte, my order, which I only saw after waiting in a 15 person line. I think this location would be better if they figured out how to operate a little faster. Even stopping by at 10am on a weekday, I know I will have to wait a long time for a drink. Their app also doesn't support ordering at this location, so you have no choice but to brave the line. My favorites are the strawberry fields matcha, salted maple espresso iced latte, crookie (sugar overload but so good), and their avocado toasts. I especially love the la la dream toast with extra chili oil and a boiled egg on top for protein. Overall, I like this location but I am hoping to see smoother operations in the coming months!

This place is always packed and my go to for their "banana cold foam match latte" they use fresh bananas and I crave it REGULARLY!! Only taking off a star because 1 it is very pricey compared to other matcha places and its location is in a very crowded centre where it can be difficult getting in and out because it's so crowded and there's a narrow lot, even getting to the structure. Service is fantastic and the food items I've tried are always good too, just on the expensive side and not easy to be in/out if you are on a time crunch.

I've only ever been to one other La La Land at that's their location on Preston which I suppose we can call my "home store". I decided to stop into this location last week since they are on my way to work. I really love this place! The consistency across stores and the calm vibe in the early morning here really makes for a nice experience. The crew are very sweet and often have thoughtful compliments. I love their positive energy and think it's really cute that they even print their labels with Love Ya on the end of your name. In a town where you know no baristas and don't have sweet notes written on your cups like you did at home this is a kind touch. Most of the gals even say "Bye, Love ya" when customers leave. This may be the type of thing that some think sounds a little cringe but it's been one of the nicest gestures I've heard. I typically order the same bevvie, an iced banana cream top matcha latte but I did try a milk and honey last week at the other location and really liked it as well. There's something about the crowd they draw that makes me feel at home. I have zero shame in admitting I may be Gods little city slicker or coming in first place for CA snowflake but the struggle has been real in Plano for me. When I come to La Land Land I'm not battling a language or culture barrier, no one is agressive or pushy. I can order my drink and pay for it without feeling like I'm being hustled on the streets of Cairo for the most mundane of services. I'm finding my safe spaces in town are places where I can enjoy myself and feel at ease with some resemblance of familiarity, La La Land has consistently been that spot and their name has nothing to do with a girl from Los Angeles (La) loving them. I'm extremely thankful for their existence in this town and will continue to be a repeat customer. Parking is always easy breezy in the morning. I snag a spot right out front. Service is timely.

I have never been to lala land heard many great things, went in was greeted by this lovely girl named zarina she helped me choose good drinks and add ons (cause i go all out). she suggested such great things and had amazing patience with me which i truly appreciated. and the croissants . thank you zarina and lala land.

I've tried matcha in at least five different states over the past few months and La La Land's Matcha² with coconut milk is easily one of the best. It's smooth, flavorful and not overly sweet. I wish there were a location closer to me, but honestly? I'll keep making that 45-minute weekend drive because it's worth it. Great vibes, friendly service and high-quality drinks. Highly recommend for any matcha lover!

I had went to La La Land Kind Cafe at their Royal Lane location during the grand opening, and it was an incredible experience. I even got the chance to meet the owner, who shared the exciting news that they'd be opening 20+ locations in 2025. When I later saw they were opening a location in Legacy--a spot I'm always around--I knew I had to go! The Legacy location is great. Just like every other La La Land, the aesthetic is stunning, the service is consistently warm and friendly, and the products are absolutely amazing. My personal favorite is the Upside Down Latte, but everything I've tried has been delicious and thoughtfully crafted. What makes La La Land even more special is their mission. Knowing that profits go toward meaningful causes, like supporting LA wildfire recovery, makes every visit feel purposeful. They're not just about great coffee--they're about spreading kindness and creating real impact. If you're in the Legacy area or near any La La Land location, I can't recommend it enough. They've become my favorite coffee shop in the world, and I'm so excited to see them continue to grow!

I went early monday morning, there was no long line like on the weekends, the baristas were very friendly and lively. I got the strawberry cloud latte and a butter croissant, both were delicious. Definitely a cozy place to work from on the weekdays.

It's always busy when we drive by but the line goes by quick! Had their banana cream matcha and strawberry shortcake latte. Both were delicious! Definitely on the sweeter side but iced for both and were refreshing. There's actually a good amount of seating inside and outside, more than expected! It's chic and cute inside and their coffee is actually good not all just looks! Love it here

Ordered a latte and it was quickly served and tasted great. I'm impressed that as LaLaLand scales, their friendliness of staff, drinks, and service remains consistently good. While I didn't stay, I would prefer this location to the Plano one if you plan to stay and work or sit. Way more room and seating both outdoors and indoors. Great location with parking options and nearby garages if needed. Can't wait to continue supporting a great cause!

Good product but the customer service is awful! And as someone who manages a cafe, waiting 20 minutes for TWO drinks is insane. It's so crowded and the layout is confusing to people needing to order. Ambiance sucks because everyone's pressed from waiting for over 15+ minutes. Management needs to remind their baristas that they make tips from not just the product but all the Inbetween. They all stood with their heads down and never greeted anyone and then still managed to mess up orders. Do better

I've been to La La Land Kind Cafe once before but now that they're all over the place, I haven't been back for years. I recently visited with my boyfriend because he's never been, and we both LOVED our experience. Firstly, the cashier was so friendly and sweet. I ordered a La La latte, which was PHENOMENAL. My boyfriend and I both slurped up that latte so quickly. We also got ham and cheese croissants, which were phenomenal and so flaky. Lastly, we ordered an avocado burrata toast, which took a really long time to come out but it was well made. The only thing odd about the avocado toast is that the avocado spread didn't taste very fresh. It had that odd taste that's typically of grocery store avocado spread. Otherwise, the toast itself was quite good and was toasted really well.

Wait time toooo long! Don't have good process of notifying your order is ready or call out your name when coffee is ready just leave on the desk expect you look at other orders to check your name

the inside doesn't look like a coffee shop because of how white and pristine everything is but its really pretty. i definable dont get the cozy coffee shop vibe though the drink came out relatively quickly but the toast took a while i got a dirty matcha and i couldnt taste the matcha at all. maybe next time ill get it straight or try something else. now the AVOCADO TOAST?? best ive EVER had. i would come back just for that. all the tims. its the only reason i gave so many stars. it is kind if soicy but not? tastes like a pizza honestly this place is really pricey though

Solid 3 stars--and that's being generous, thanks to the overpriced but tasty S'mores latte Now, the real kicker: the young woman at the counter (Asian descent) had an attitude so sour, it could curdle milk. It was the lunch rush, sure, but if looks could kill, my friend would've dropped right there just for asking about her toast. Instead of answering, Miss Hospitality gave her a look of pure disgust, then took her sweet time folding a box like it was the main attraction. The vibe? Completely ruined. Great drinks can only carry so much when the customer service is this off.

Oven broke all the time. Never sell breakfast. I come here three times. Once on Monday once today. Both times they said for different reason no breakfast sell. The only time they sell any food was on a weekend they only have like 2 options and there rest room is out of service. I simply don't understand why a great chain restaurant can have such bad management. Go for other stores but definitely not this one

La La Land offers unique coffee flavors. I've been there four times, and it has never disappointed me--always so good!

I always have good experiences when I come to this location and all the workers are usually so nice but not today. Tall, maybe Asian girl, with a slick back bun had the worst attitude and I'm not a Karen but I wasn't asking for a lot. My drink came with regular cloud and I didn't receive that when the girl handed it back to her she snatched it and dropped my lid. Then they handed the drink back to me and I had no caramel drizzle on top I proceeded to tell the girl and she got defensive and said the drizzle is in the cup and I kindly told her it should be on top. That's what I put in the app for TOPPINGS. Overall not Good service which is SHOCKING. However the girl who was calling out the names she's so sweet and such a queen.

I have been to this location several times now and the service is always amazing! We were always greeted with a smile and felt very welcomed! The drinks and food are delicious, I have tried multiple matcha options they offer and am yet to be disappointed! The aesthetic is amazing as well, the bright yellow chairs and accents along with the cozy modern vibe makes this one of my favorite coffee/matcha spots! Definitely recommend to all!

stopped by the new la la land location on legacy! tried the banana creme matcha which was so good! the location is great - easy to find parking and there was decent amount of tables both indoors and outdoors!

I was waiting for my coffee out in the front and one of the workers kept looking back at me (I had already been there for 10 min) she didn't ask me what my order was since she could tell I was there for awhile. I asked her if the orders on the counter were all mobile and she said yes. I waited longer and they put more coffees out (no one said my name) and she still gave me another look. I had to ask her if any of the orders were still mobile and when she asked my name mine was finally there. I asked her why she didn't say my name or even check if one of them were mine and nothing. I'm just going to order mobile next time because the service isn't the best.

Really great concept, I go anytime that I am in Plano, They have the best matcha around, really friendly staff, and I have never had a bad drink here. They really focus on the details, and keep a consistent theme in all they do, From the quality of the cups to little details like heart shaped straws, they know their customer. The pastries and avocado toast are also worth a try!

I placed an order online for 3 drinks, and they didn't have sweetener or the Oreo crumble on top. This is my 3rd or 4th time visiting the same location. I wish someone could take care of their service and do it right.

Long line. Very dirty. Half the menu was sold out. Avocado toast was so salty I had to throw it away. Kids meal didn't come with the toy it advertised. And they had a DoorDash deliver 5 bags of milk and cream. Very bizarre

Amazing service, coffee, and breakfast bites. The atmosphere is adorable, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I love La La Land Kind Cafe and always make a stop whenever I'm in town.
